If it was bogus, you should share it so we can all see the bogus tracking #
You are 100% correct, best way to invest in this stock is LONG AND STRONG!
I love that.... I predict that 450M number is going to be LOW!
That would be a good one!
One of the few MMJ stocks on my watchlist that ended in the green today! Scooped a bunch today and did some nice averaging down!
Haha... yep!
Also... you will get a fresh start on the ticker once the ticker changes! LOL
C'mon eheiser! Stamina my friend! It's going to be a fun ride all the way through March!
I have a feeling that their former dealings with GLCO may have come into play and they had to explain why they terminated the contract with that company, etc. Just speculation... I have heard that they can be kind of finicky with the information they request in order to complete the change... ask for additional information, etc.
bottom line is that it is a major bureaucracy.... and we know how that goes
Oh, nice to hear from you... I liked your cute little message you sent me! So adorable (LMAO)
Unless FINRA requests additional info, etc... that can lengthen the process significantly.
Hopefully we are shaking the dead weight that has only been hanging on here in hopes of riding a short pop North Via the name/ticker change before elections tomorrow.
You are 100% correct! The elections just help with awareness
Are you a new flipper? Shorter? You will not get very far here with that kind of rhetoric... there are many longs here who have done extensive DD and have been with this company for two plus years.
I'm totally fine with sloooooow and steady today with all the volatility in the MMJ stocks today...
Wow! Just got back in the office and am impressed with how this is holding up compared to many other in the MMJ sector today!
you're correct...
Man, the whole sector is doing some bleeding today... UBQU's hanging on pretty good! I feel bad for those MJN$ investors... whew!
You did good!
Others would slap it too but I think they're busy doing damage control and selling their MJN$... lol
You should really consider using the 300mg "domestic pure" oil too...
I've been giving it to my two dogs as well and you just put 2 drops or so on your finger and wipe it on their tongue.
You can also put a couple drops on a spoon with some peanut butter as well for a nice snack.
My dogs don't have any health issues but one of my dogs is getting older and I have both dogs on it mainly for preventative, etc.
I guess it really helped with my oldest dog's separation anxiety when my wife leaves the house. He used to do really bad things and borderline hyperventilate when she'd leave... now he just lays in his dog bed with no issues!
Ahhhhhhhhhh yeaaah!
Yes, you are correct... They did say that they would be putting a 30% off coupon code for a future order in the packet with the sample capsules.
Who cares how they label it... the bottom line is that it is a very good deal considering the retail price of the capsules. Companies have the ability to change a marketing plan... plus they made this change prior to the launch of this program so it is not "false advertising".
Also, when I called and placed my last order I spoke with them about this and it is not even technically a program that is being offered to the general public right now... it is being displayed to clients and website visitors that come through certain advertising portals of theirs and is not available how to the general public at this moment.
Are you sure you aren't just upset that you couldn't call them and get free capsules?
You have got to be joking... I think it's a GREAT move! You must not be thinking from a profit/investor point of view? What they have changed it to seems like a "splinter offer".
I originally didn't like the free capsule offer cause as an avid/career internet marketer myself, in the last couple years free trials and free samples have proven to be a "drag" on revenues and profitability.
Smart marketers (which it seems they are) are moving to "splinter offers", which are a smaller portion of a larger offer just to "get someone in the door" at a ridiculously low price.
New data on this (splinter offers) shows that it actually creates MORE long term paying clients and higher revenues to do splinter offers than free offers, trials, samples, etc.
Plus, think of the cost of those 6 capsules... the retail cost is about $3.25 each capsule in a small pack which would be nearly a $20 retail cost! $10 plus free shipping seems like a good deal to me!
I think they are smart and now looking at this change, it reaffirms how great of marketers they actually are! Great move HLT!
Shake the tree hard! Let's lose some dead weight on the move upwards!
I love it!
[Important Info] Some history of HempLife Today and UBQU/GLCO...
Here are two posts I made yesterday that I have combined to help people understand that HLT has some history and past involvements you should be aware of...
#1 http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=126188066
"HempLife Today was originally acquired by GLCO back in January of 2014 and the stock went from sub-penny to a high of almost $0.10. It was HLT that made it happen, nothing else. GLCO was a dud of a stock until they got involved with HLT...
Evidently the CEO of GLCO didn't follow through with the purchase contract of HempLife Today and they pulled out of the deal and that is when UBQU picked them up... and they've done amazing things with this symbiotic relationship... including getting into the CBD market in a big way."
#2 http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=126166664
I started investing in hemp life today all the way back when glco acquired them... they had a massive run at the beginning of 2014 and it was all because of hemp life today.
From what I understand and what I've Been Told, the owner, Frank, of glco did not live up to the agreement that had been signed regarding the acquisition. Therefore, they considered the contract violated, went back independent, and teamed up with UBQU.
They have done extremely well with UBQU and it seems like it was the partnership that they intended on having in the first place!
Oh, also when I asked about this a couple times it was mentioned that they have sent numerous requests and cease and desists to the CEO of glco with no cooperation and no answer.
At this point I'm hoping it's late Nov. before it happens so we shake out all the weak knees.
Simple solution for you... DON'T BUY!
Indeed... they are spendy $$$
Ok, lets think logically here...
"Now we're dealing with a broken machine that is setting things back. Why don't they have another machine to use as a back-up?"
Seriously? Do you know how much these processing machines cost? Especially if you're talking about the powder... they are one of the only companies offering a water soluble product. It's not like you can just go down to your local Walmart and pick up a new one.
I've heard some of these new processing machines are so specialized, only the manufacturers can fix them and a lot of the machines are imported. Which means they have to fly someone in to do the repair, wait for parts, etc.
They did tell me when I called last week that they thought they'd be able to do the repair but it ended up being a more specialized repair that needed done.
I think we all need to get off the stupid name change thing... it's going to happen, they have no benefit in not making it happen.
What if the situation with GLCO raised some questions from FINRA that needed answered and clarified? That could hold it up 2 weeks or more by itself.
Just cause we have 2-3 red days doesn't mean you need to freak out... we've had longer periods of green days. Just because we aren't following the exact trajectory of the rest of the MMJ market isn't a reason to freak out yet either, as we don't have our relevant name change yet.
Think of if as "good timing" because we know this has to blast off from somewhere and even though we seem to be a bit behind, it just means your in the best position to ride the whole wave!
I know it's going to happen (IMO) because I've seen this exact company (HLT) blast off another stock 2 years ago.
Ahhhh shoot! Good catch! hahahaha!
Yet another flipper mad they can't flip and can't flip a quick profit on a name/ticker change.
You're only complaining becasue you're a short term investor who wants to flip the name/ticker change.
I already told you this SAME COMPANY took GLCO from sub-penny to just under $0.10 in 2014 for 2 month period. At the time they weren't even in the CBD industry and had no revenues.
Dump your shares and cry later when this takes off and rips!
MasterBlastr is 100% correct. Frank didn't live up to the acquisition agreement and HempLife Today pulled out. I think Frank was afraid of the investor fallout so he said nothing.
HempLife Today has told me in a couple inquiries that they've sent numerous demands to take HLT off their site (GLCO's site) and many cease and desist letters and Frank does nothing. They've been with UBQU for a couple years now...
If you are interested in HempLife Today and their CBD products, go over to the UBQU board to learn more. UBQU (Ubiquitech Software Corp) is also pending an official ticker/name change to HempLife Today... so the public entity will trade as HempLife Today and the Ticker will reflect this name change too.
Uhhhh... you are 100% incorrect. HempLife Today was originally acquired by GLCO back in January of 2014 and the stock went from sub-penny to a high of almost $0.10. It was HLT that made it happen, nothing else. GLCO was a dud of a stock until they got involved with HLT...
Evidently the CEO of GLCO didn't follow through with the purchase contract of HempLife Today and they pulled out of the deal and that is when UBQU picked them up... and they've done amazing things with this symbiotic relationship... including getting into the CBD market in a big way.
Not true at all... back in 2014/2014 MMJ stocks ran hard all the way through March 2014
Haha... I really "laughed out loud" when I saw that... too funny.
Very good point... For all we know, finra may have noticed this as well and ask them to explain their former affiliation with glco as they're still listing them on their website, etcetera.
I am so glad they moved away from that company because there was never a phone number to call glco and neither Frank or anyone with the company would ever respond to emails... It's no surprise he (Frank) did not live up to the contract he had in place with hemp life today
