PUMA is being very sneaky here buying and selling for 2 ticks change. Looks like they're ready to load back at 5s right now.
You are just agreeing with me. I.e. what you just described is still not an after-market trade, it is a reconciliation of trades out of cycle because they have a certain amount of time before they have to register them. That's a dodgy process in itself.
Any which way, that was a T-Trade and the average value of it says to me conversion / dilution from earlier in the day. It was not a purchase of those shares at that price at that time.
You realize that there is no after market on the OTC and this was a T-trade, right? It wasn't a purchase, it was a cover of shares sold higher than that earlier in the day
What is?
I thought you were just being unclear and ungrammatical, I can't really get past that and even understand to then see sarcasm or not
We are just at stand-off right now with everyone waiting to see if they can grab 4s. The ask is thin and the bid is loaded. Looks good for a stock with no volume. Either someone will dump on the 4s or the bidders will give up waiting and hit the 5s.
You never know, he could be right on all 5. I'd say he's right about IENG at least.
It seems like you are in the same position so I guess it really depends on what happens next. The logic with "giving up" and flipping at 3s is that if it doesn't go back down, it's a missed opportunity. I'm in this for a lot more than a $2K flip so I'm not really bothered if I miss out on that.
If it continues back up after this blip, they'll be kicking themselves for leaving too early. I've been there too many times.
I thought everyone was done flipping their 2s for 3s when we passed by that before but the people flipping 2s for 4s today probably made them nervous and they cashed out.
I've got no argument with anyone's logic or selling style here. Part of the game is to work around what everyone else is doing instead of complaining about it.
Imo, it got to 5s too quickly and then had nowhere to go because the volume couldn't carry it further without more interest and news. It doesn't surprise me that it didn't hold that level and I've been happy that it has been consolidating between 4s and 5s and staying relatively stable. It's building a new base here that will launch it much higher soon.
If the argument was that we should have all sold at 5s and now be buying the 3s that someone let loose today, I'd agree with you. Hindsight is a wonderful thing though.
There weren't any 1s to speak of so they most likely bought 2s and flipped them for 3s making $1K. It's OK money and 50% return is good in a short period of time but I think the point being made is that if people are buying lottery ticket 2s, they should be making a lot more than 50% on this one now that we've cleared our way to go higher.
Even if we hang around for a while, I don't see 2s becoming available again and this will move fast on news. 10m of 2s could have easily been worth $10K if they held for a short time.
Most read is much more important
IENG has awoken!! Big moves coming
Definitely IENG. The one to watch tomorrow.
The problem with kind of logic is that it presumes that the OS doesn't increase in the meantime. You can predict market value, you can't predict share price unless you know the exact OS in a few years time
I agree. Tips that actually come true are the best not tips that create a bunch of interest and big sell offs that allow you to make money if you are really lucky and get in and out at just the right time.
Unfortunately, his tips are getting into exactly the groove you mention which is that anyone sensible hangs back and waits for a big dip before jumping in. Meanwhile, the insiders are already starting to dump and the dip gets bigger and bigger.
Dangerous but interesting. Money can be made but a lot more will lose than win on his tips from here forward.
You can't.... eom
That was kind of my point. Who in their right mind would short at .0001? I don't short and individual investors can't for sub-pennies anyway, the costs are per share and obviously not worthwhile.
The only people who short are in league with convertors and have easy covering through those shares. That is why you hardly ever see a true short squeeze even though everyone speculates about them all the time.
Can we all just agree to let it run?
So lets say that I buy that story for a second. Why wouldn't they have covered at .0001 and be gone by now? There is no lower after all? You can't carry a short through an RS as far as I know so why would the volume be near to zero right now if people hadn't covered? Or have they forgotten to finish the transaction?
Can you explain exactly how you would short a stock at no bid?
That's incorrect though so a bad assumption. Stocks perform more than one RS within the space of 12 months all the time. The last one was in the last calendar year, they can do this as soon as the reporting paperwork is complete. I'd expect a mid- to late- July RS
What killed this is an RS and an AS increase. Simple as. Even if they'd have held that off for a week, this could have run. Flippers will always be flipping but all this company is interested in now is dumping a shedload and resetting with a RS for the next go. SMFH
Why do you say months? Doesn't it say July?
So, if you wanted to use an RS as a threat, you wouldn't tell anyone and just file the paperwork? Then, pull it back later? Very unrealistic. This RS is coming and will happen, they always do once they've filed.
Of course there is. And a number of groups on here who bought and are now burned by the AS increase and impending RS. Best advice to anyone is to sell 1s as quickly as possible (if possible) and get the hell out of here. That's what all the pumpers will be doing.
Link to that rule? I've seen stocks do more than 1 RS in one calendar year so that is incorrect
That barely ever happens. A suspension is more likely if enough people complain
I saw one stock do 2 RS's within 3 months
I think you are going to struggle with that prediction. It would have to close at 0.00064287
I 100% agree
All I'm seeing is a 220m conversion at 0.00007 sold at mostly 0.0001s today. Am I missing something? Doesn't look great when you get huge volume and no movement.
Not at all. I sold on the way up, made profits and now I'm back in at these levels on free shares. Why would I be worried? It went up from here before and it will do it again soon.
No one has really tested that and the volume is too low to be considered dilution right now. When I see hits on 0.001 and they stay there, then I'll be concerned. Right now, this is just typical of a stock at these levels and doesn't worry me at all.
"Clear skies ahead IMO load up" quoted by you. We're all optimistic but I'm not and have not made any claims
You don't buy a p&d and hold long. Make profits and move on. It will crash when everyone leaves
What hype?
That will be the game changer when that arrives. This one is oversold and undervalued due to the failed pump a while back. Could get fun around here.
TLPY looking very interesting. Increased and maintained today. Much more to come imo
Yup. Big move happening today. Anyone know anything yet?
I'm happy with the risk at these levels.
