Thanks, great information
I guess my question then is what made you stay?
I'm not sure why either, I have had several chances to get out, but my gut says stay and hold on tight. We shall see.
You could be right, one never knows. I just know that technology is like watching corn grow.
Bobby, development takes time. I think this is a long haul investment. If you into flipping..not so much
Think about flipper like an ex girl friend, always be nice, always be kind AND DON'T EVERY GO THERE AGAIN, CAUSE YOU KNOW THEY BE CRAZY AS HELL...I'm just saying!! LOL sorry could not resist.
My humble opinion...some are flips ... some are long haul.. folks this is a long haul. Grab a beer and relax..either get in for the long or flip and move on. In my humble opinion ...
Damn,I love this stock it keeps me interested.
Anyone else notice that yesterday day zero volume?
I'm sorry but all I can find when I research this is qoil.. Help me out here. I have made a few calls and it looks like the same company... let me know what you find out.

I agree Navy
Bodach, I am right there with you. I am also going to buy tomorrow. I believe this is a good stock and it kills me that they are flipping it like it's trash.
I think this will take awhile. I know they are reaching out to stock holders on Facebook and having some open conversations. I think it's a winner, but it will take time. Just sit tight.
I agree with you..something about it just feels good.
Amen to that Ulatec... let's act like a company all grown up and ready to play in the big leagues.
BobbyZ
Actually, your article does tie (according to Harvard Medical) to MCET. Very good article, and here is one I think you will enjoy.

Thank you for your input
I wonder how this differs from Orphan Drug status? looks to me, considering the illness they are trying to work with, that this is a great option for Bio Matrix
http://news.investors.com/newsfeed-marketwire/031413-141450407-biotech-industry-looks-to-benefit-from-fdas-new-breakthrough-designation.aspx
Orphan Drug status
Helps explain the process to Orphan Drug Status
http://www.fda.gov/downloads/ForIndustry/DevelopingProductsforRareDiseasesConditions/OOPDNewsArchive/UCM294786.pdf
the path:
Scientific Rationale Criteria
Must demonstrate that there is “promise” that the drug will be effective in treating said disease. “Promise” is interpreted to include—
•
Data from clinical trials OR
•
Data from case studies/reports OR
•
Data from appropriate animal models OR
(rarely)
•
If no appropriate animal model - data
from in vitro experiments + support
•
Note: these are data, not theories
Prevalence Criteria
Consider all published estimates. Those
on best epidemiologic grounds have preference.
Extrapolate when necessary.
Provide the prevalence estimate, not “<200,000”.
When a range exists, we take the highest (unless justified otherwise).
Expert opinions are a last-resort option.
I want to make something perfectly clear...I believe in this company..do not know why...but I do.. Quest!! keep on going, I'm with you and I believe you can do this... email if you need help..I am very technical and cal help...inbox me.
Life is a question... do we have the answer? no? should we wing it..heck yeah.. we are in this...let's roll
I purchased to... I have a gut feeling about this one..not fast, but it will get there.. Do no listen to the board BS (sorry for the bad language_
I'll buy the shares you do not want..no problem!!!This is going to go big..really big. Not fast, but it will..
I think I can, I think I can, I think I can...and you will..
Stands to reason that they need money, clinical trials are not cheap and climbing into bed with a big company is not always the best option, especially for share holders. I'm going to hang tough, I think it's a winner.
Don't give up or in, BMSN
and profitable
And it will ;)
I smell a clinical trial about to start..yeah!!
"Once the IND is submitted, the sponsor must wait 30 calendar days before initiating any clinical trials. During this time, FDA has an opportunity to review the IND for safety to assure that research subjects will not be subjected to unreasonable risk."
http://www.fda.gov/drugs/developmentapprovalprocess/howdrugsaredevelopedandapproved/approvalapplications/investigationalnewdrugindapplication/default.htm
It would be too easy to seize assets to satisfy a judgement, why mess with the stock? but you never know, you could be 100% right. But I will tell you, I sure would not take on stock that I was going to lose my butt on,when I new there were physical assets to be had.
What the FDA says about state line vs what Cromos Pharma Does Certainly would make clinical trials more cost friendly.
http://www.fda.gov/drugs/developmentapprovalprocess/howdrugsaredevelopedandapproved/approvalapplications/investigationalnewdrugindapplication/default.htm
"Current Federal law requires that a drug be the subject of an approved marketing application before it is transported or distributed across state lines. Because a sponsor will probably want to ship the investigational drug to clinical investigators in many states, it must seek an exemption from that legal requirement. The IND is the means through which the sponsor technically obtains this exemption from the FDA."
What Cromos Pharma Does
http://cromospharma.com/en
Cromos™ Pharma is a contract research organization (CRO) that specializes in biopharmaceutical clinical outsourcing to Russia, Ukraine and the countries of Eastern Europe – areas with the most compelling environment for biopharmaceutical research. We manage Phase I-IV clinical trials, bioequivalence and observational studies.
Interesting article about short selling and other stock related issues. Not the same BioMatrix (I assume) however really good write up.

BMSN Judgement
Seems to me if the company had no hope for a future that no one would be will to accept 41,000,000 shares as settlement. Just stands to reason that if they were willing to accept shares, they thought there was future value. Just my humble opinion.
I will be happy to buy back any share you have... let me know
Wow, 30 minute deliver. I wonder if they can perform this using the surgical robot. That would be amazing, cutting recovery time down to nothing and helping the infection rate. Great article, thank you
Can a penny stock go big? you bet!!! Just thought this was a great read. Hope this makes your day.
