That was actually me trying to test the ask a few times and it printing below the ask price.

I was one of those multiple orders to fill my one order and it took almost 4 minutes to start executing.

I would not rely on that site for accurate short information. Watch for trends and price/volume spikes for good indicators of where the price will be heading.
