Your right. God forbid Miller letting little T scam on his own. ( ;
TIME will tell all about Tony's work ethic!
LMAO!! That's funny using Tony's name and the word "ethic" in the same sentence.
Now we are counting hours .... We are that close
What's with the "we" crap. I thought Miller was keeping his mittens out of this one and let Little T handle it.
Pretty self explanatory if one knows what pinks are all about. If you need an explanation I'll PM it to you. Let me know. ( :
Audited companies move out of this trading arena.
Yea and they are transparent whether they succeed or not. At least you can drive the used car instead of taking Joe Schmo's Used Cars owners word for it.
And when USEI files unaudited fins it shows absolutely no transparency. Therefore it's legitimacy is bogus.
Thanks Ed.
Very well posted and 100% correct.
USEI has opened two stores in Seattle, grow op in California, several partnerships.
LOL!! USEI has opened ZERO stores anywhere. Are shareholders to believe just because a known pink scammer shows a few pictures on Twitter that USEI opened stores. Totally ridiculous and people are not believing it.
I find it ridiculous to think they don't have money.
I agree with this statement except "they" is Tony only. And he has all shareholders money. Shareholders are at HIS mercy.
demise of these companies
The first thing that needs to be addressed is that these were not real companies. They were pink scams.
Did shareholders outside of his personal circle of friends benefit?
And I would know that info how? Why don't you contact some of the posters that were on those boards and ask.
Is there publicly available information establishing that the CEO benefitted?
LMAO!! How would one know? Has Miller ever filed an audited anything? Total nonsense.
All of these companies Miller owned had different directions to go. Unfortunately every one went south to either bankruptcy or SEC shutdown. Too hilarious.
This is Tony Miller's history as a CEO. Not included was the recent SEC shutdown of Hot Cloud Mobile which was Tony's next scam. Enjoy!
Let's take a look at Anthony K Miller.
He tried the same thing years ago with another company.
Look familiar?

Miller was CEO of USCI from 1996 til 2005, until the company was revoked and suspended by the SEC. It's now worthless.
There's an iHub board for USCI. Read the posts from back in 2005.
investorshub.advfn.com/United-States-Crude-International-USCI-2256/
Miller was also CEO of FBVC from 2005 til 2009. It's now a grey sheet stock. And needless to say, worthless.

There's an iHub board for FBVC too.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/Fire-Mountain-Beverages-Co-FBVC-5535/
ENMI was the parent company of AMOR. Also on the greys and worthless.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/Energy-Management-International-ENMI-8513/
Then, there's Alphatrade (APDTQ) which by the symbol you can see went bankrupt and is worthless.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/AlphaTrade-APDTQ-346/
He was President of Cyber Group Network, which is defunct and worthless.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/Cyber-Group-Network-(fka-CGPN)-129/
He was also invoved with EATR in 2010 which is a no bid pinky.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/Eastern-Asteria-Inc-EATR-7848/
I can't seem to find a single company he worked for that wasn't a pinksheeter. Easy living when it's on the shareholder's dime.
LOL!! That's certainly reassuring to shareholders who lost all their money.
Thank goodness Stanton is out of the picture now.
What makes you say that. Just because Stanton is in a county jail doesn't mean he's out of the picture. Far from it. LMAO!! ( :
LMAO!!!
USEI never had any association with ECSL. The only thing in common is they were both Stanton scams. What's even more hilarious is that Stack is legal counsel. Scammers are priceless.
Singular 96 is not a scam...
LOL!! Maybe, maybe not but USEI is definitely a scam. Yea, logistics and confidentiality agreements were the problem. There is no reason to try and explain Miller's bs. Its all about the MJ now, isn't it? ( :
Lots happening in the background in my opinion
There is nothing happening in the background. There is no background. This scam is done just like Miller's previous ones.
Miller might be a crook, scammer, etc. but one thing he isn't is stupid when it comes to pinks. He's been doing it a long time and good at doing it. I've said it a million times. Tony is smart for not putting out PR after PR on the OTC, especially concerning MJ. Look what happened to Fortitude and others touting MJ BS. The SEC whacked them. I can't help but laugh.
It is the point! Tony promised the dividend and others got it.
LMAO!! Wait until shareholders try to sell them. Typical pink stunt. Shareholders better start talking to USEI's TA so he can get to work right away on the 4th. ( ;
This is what I see. A career pink scammer that makes a living off naïve penny players. Unfortunately you can't erase history.
This is Tony Miller's history as a CEO. Not included was the recent SEC shutdown of Hot Cloud Mobile which was Tony's next scam. Enjoy!

Huh?? I don't understand. I think he's confused as to how pink CEO's do business.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=108258118
And no, I have no intention of selling.
Why tell me? Their not my shares. But according to your post I'm not sure there is any understanding how OTC Pink CEO's work their magic. Have you looked at Miller's previous pinks and the outcomes? Good luck in trying to recover your money.
It's OK to brag when you are good at what you do
Totally agree. No argument here. As far as USEI ready for another move up, I could care less. Anyone stupid enough to give Miller any more money deserves what they get. At least that's what someone who would know said on this board. ( :
Tony is not screwing the investors like other pink land CEOs
LMAO!! Tony already has shareholders money so therefore they have been screwed. Miller is the ultimate pinky CEO. Ask him, he'll brag about it.
Can you tell me who audited USEI's financials? It wasn't in the filing as usual. Pink fraud also as usual.
Remember, it shows whatever BS Miller decides to file. It's a joke.
3rd quarter results are not that bad.
That's funny. Nothing more than a cut and paste from the last worthless fin.
How does anyone know Miller is negotiating anything. Because he says so. That's hilarious.
Why the desperation for USEI news? Miller doesn't need to put out news on a dead pink.
YES…. WE ARE ON IT
Yep, that's about as professional as Miller gets. LOL!!
Who the hell is PrimeQ? I'm guessing Primarq and Steven is Cinelli? Hard to make out what is being said.
I've said it before
And you can keep saying it. I don't care. USEI is a fraud pink POS and until you or anyone else can prove otherwise then it is what I say it is. Pretty simple.
I don't deal in hypotheses. I deal in facts. There is zero interest in this POS. The ONLY way there will be any interest in USEI is IF Miller decides to run this one more time. Pinks only have so many in them. It makes no sense for Miller to do so though. It's not hard to figure out the longer he runs this pig what the ramifications could be.
I see quite a few opposing views keeping a close eye on this.. wonder why that is?
LMAO!! Probably because they enjoy seeing a train wreck.
heck if my group wanted to force the issue we could run it ourselves
Then it might be time put a fire under your crew because Miller is not interested. Why would he since he already has shareholders money. Hard to believe your "group" would give him more.
Care to explain what your basis for this run is. Just curious since USEI has no MJ or biodiesel business.
Hey Trader,
What's up with USEI? Is there anything coming down the pike to invoke some interest in this POS.
USEI should be submitting its quarterly report in the next week or two
Who cares. It's not a real fin because USEI is not a real company.
Not all pinks are scams
Yes they are. Especially USEI and Miller. Look at Millers history with his previous pinks. ( :
Usei has proven itself as a live actual honest to goodness 100% real business
When, where, and how has it proven to be anything more than a scam. It hasn't and no one has proven otherwise.
There will be no run because USEI is not a legitimate business. It will only pump if Miller decides it will pump. The whole MJ aspect is pure nonsense, plain and simple. That's why there is zero interest on the board.
Sellers will be sorry IMHO
Too late to sell now. Might as well wait and see if Miller runs this one more time. It's already lost money for shareholders. Maybe some other scammer will acquire the shell a couple of years from now. Or maybe Miller will resurrect it many years from now like he is with Fire Mountain Beverage.
And that helps shareholders holding at .005 to .01 how?
Doesn't matter because USEI and Miller don't give a crap.
