I'm not sure if anyone has seen this or not. I haven't been reading everything on the board for lack of interest, but I have seen people asking whether or not Calypso owns RV Tech.
Effective July 22, 2005, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire a 25% interest in RV Technology Limited (RV Tech), a limited company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong. The Company immediately acquired 16.8% of RV Tech by paying $1,000,000 in cash ($666,666 in working capital to RV Tech and $333,334 to the shareholders of RV Tech) and issuing 1,000,000 shares of the Company's restricted common stock. The Company issued a note in the amount of $1,333,334 to acquire an additional 5.6% interest in RV Tech; however, the Company will not receive the additional shares of RV Tech until the note is paid by the Company. In addition, the Agreement provides for the Company to acquire an additional 2.6% of RV Tech by paying $666,667 in cash when RV Tech meets certain milestones such as RV Tech achieving CE and FCC certification of the first functioning Dual Mode (GSM/GPRS and WiFi) model cellular telephone. The agreement also gives the Company exclusive rights to acquire the remaining 75% of RV Tech by issuing 6,000,000 shares of the Company's restricted common stock and paying $3,000,000 in cash to the shareholders of RV Tech. The option to acquire the remaining 75% of RV Tech expires in 9 months from the closing date of the original transaction.
Well, obviously there will be ups and downs to any stock price, but bankruptcy and pps of 0 is still in the future.
I think as soon as these institutional investors decide that this company isn't going anywhere they will all dump their shares at about the same time...the stock will plummet, and the company will be forced into bankruptcy without money to operate. I suspect that is going to happen sooner than later.

Billcoln,
You are correct. I was in support of Calypso Wireless at the time I wrote that post, but it did not take me very long to see evidence that showed that this organization was misleading or perhaps fraudulent (we won't know that until there is an investigation), that they have blatantly lied about upcoming events, they have proclaimed revenues that have now been wiped off their accounting records, they have basically made claims that simply are not true, etc. It does not take me long to see simple evidence. As soon as I saw this evidence I turned negative and I have been attempting to warn people ever since. I have been following this company for a long time now, I know a lot of facts regarding the company due to the time I have spent researching and keeping up with it, facts that any normal person would see that shows this organization can NOT be trusted...
I was lucky. I was able to make a 100% gain on this stock, but I realize that many people lose their money on scams such as this, and I am here simply to share the truth with people. I am a facts and figures person, and I am a person that believes strongly in doing things right. People who take advantage of others I truly have disgust for, and this is the reason I am still here. I got involved when I thought it was a good company, and now I am involved because I have found out they can't be trusted. It is clear that the SEC needs to investigate this organization. I feel bad that people think I am "bashing" the stock or whatever, but it does not bother me because I have found throughout life that even when you are doing the right thing you have to battle your way through people that attempt to discourage you. Upholding truth and fighting for what is right is not easy, and it never will be.
By the way, I am a man, not a woman. Sugarpea is a nickname I've been given because I am so sweet. ;)
There are people on this board that have acquired shares from Calypso Wireless at below market prices. This explains why they mindlessly pump the company. They are trying to protect the value of the shares they have been given and they are trying to pump up the price of the stock so that when they are able to sell they can sell at a profit. It's a shame that money can buy undeserved loyalty, but it does.

The pattern I see occurring is that Calypso Wireless pumps for a while and then there is total silence for months allowing enough time to go by to allow new investors to cycle in then more pumping. Also what I see is that the stock price generally struggles a little more with each pump cycle (case in point this last pump cycle...the stock could not make it past 1.60 even with what some people might see as positive press releases) because of dilution and just flat out more selling occurring each time. Obviously the stock is going to have ups and downs, but I honestly don't see this stock getting above $2 again unless they show revenues. I do see an overall general trend downward, and I think it is much more likely that we will see it approach .65 before it gets close to 2.00. Of course, I don't have a crystal ball, but this is my analysis of the situation. Obviously, we are much closer to .65 than we are 2.00 anyway so it doesn't take a rocket scientist to make such a prediction.
Let's be honest. There is an extraordinary amount of downside risk/pressure on this stock. The company has very little money, and they are only surviving by issuing stock for money and services. This obviously is likely to continue, so the downside pressure will continue. The company has a total of 200,000,000 shares to issue. Currently approximately 113,000,000 shares are outstanding. I suspect that we will continue on this path of issuing shares so we will continue on the path of general downsloping of the stock price with momentary ups and downs based on press releases or anything else the company might do. Investors need to understand, though, that as time goes on more and more restricted shares will become unrestricted and the company continuously issues more and more shares for money and services, and with a falling stock price in general more and more people are inclined to sell.

I tend to look at the market cap quite a bit, and personally I can't value Calypso Wireless at nearly $100 million as it is right now. I think a reasonable market cap for the stock is around half that (which would be around the .40 - .45 range)...just being honest. Obviously this could go much higher if anything REAL ever comes about, but until then I personally would not touch it for any amount over this range.
Calypso has always been priced too high, in my opinion, for a company that has no revenues and that never follows through with anything. I get the feeling that some investors are seeing that it is over-valued for this very reason and thus the drop in price to more reasonable levels.

This is the "overnight" 50% drop in value I've been warning about, except it occurred over a few days. It appears all the stock holders are getting out of this stock. The next step is bankruptcy which will drive the stock to 0.
Ouch...
.53! I don't think it's going to stop there. This one is eventually going all the way down.
There is no movement in the price of the stock because insiders are dumping into any buying that occurs. This causes a stair-stepping down effect because later these newer buyers will sell, etc., etc....the stock is about to break all-time lows.
Think about it...1.5 million shares traded hands the other day on one of those announcements and the stock ended up like .02! That is a LOT of shares being sold...a lot of people know that they must get rid of their shares as they can.

If I was Schillings, I would have skipped out too! He made more money by quitting!
What's funny is this time Calypso did not even give any time lines...these are just purchase agreements with zero details...just like we've had no details on how Calypso is acquiring all these businesses...like RV Tec (who are they anyway?) and Sleipner...With what money are they acquiring these businesses? Oh, they have no money...it must be with stock! How much will these purchases cause the stock price to fall in the near future?
...but you must add that Calypso has attempted to get off of the Pink Sheets (or so they act...read between the lines) and could NOT.

Notice the same ole: "we will work to get irrevocable letter of credit from bank acceptable to Calypso Wireless, blah, blah..."
This purchase will never happen folks. This has been done over and over again. ...and who the heck is Inversiones? They just dumped a million shares off of this press release today.
I was going to post something just now, but I decided not to because it's no use. How are ya'll doing? It's been a while since I checked in here. You guys shouldn't waste so much time with this scam...
Where is the freaking second quarter filing? It was due over two weeks ago!
"george alfredo micheal what a combination!! great hire george pizzi !!"
It's beginning to sound like an Italian meal!
He shouldn't waste his time filing for the OTC BB because they don't file on time...the only requirement to be listed on the OTCBB is to file on time, and Calypso Wireless can't even do that. Why is their filing so complicated?
.75 and falling...getting close to that all-time low...
How's the stock faring now, Dave8?
First sign of the pumpers slinking away...is the pump over?

The filing states:
"On June 22, 2005, the Registrant accepted the resignation of Robert Leon, former chief technical officer of the Registrant, as an officer. The letter of resignation addressed to the Registrant, which is attached as exhibit 17.1 to this current report, stated that Mr. Leon had no disagreements with the Registrant's operations, policies or practices."
Again, it says, ..."the Registrant accepted the resignation of Robert Leon..."
Yes, it clearly says they accepted his resignation in their filing.
I agree. There is no good excuse for the filing to be late. The only reason I can think of is that it keeps the pressure off of the company regarding trading on another exchange other than the pink sheets.
As expected, they have filed their late filing notice...
Do you really think you answered my question by giving me the RV Tec website?
Thanks for the information. Does anyone have any information on RV Tec.?
Well, usually the stock price of an acquiring company goes south during an equity investment unless shareholders can really see true value in the investment, and I'm not sure I can see any true value in this move...it only serves to continue to dilute the stock. What are the terms of the deal? I would be scared if I were holding the stock since I didn't know the exact terms of the deal...
This move does nothing to advance the ASNAP technology since RV Tec has nothing to do with ASNAP. Basically, this has just added an expense to Calypso's business. I can't think of any positives for this news.
I'm not very familiar with RV Tech. What phones or other devices have they manufactured so I may take a look...anyone?
LOL...all of this is so funny! It reminds me of children splitting up on the playground or something.
Well, Calypso's 10-Q report is due Monday...it should be interesting to see what they include in the report.
Of course, first they will file a late notice (which officially gives them five additional days to file, but they will be a little bit later than that as usual) so we'll probably see it maybe two weeks after the official due date.
But, still, I'm curious to see what they will include in it.
They never learn, do they.
It's not wise for everyone to scatter to different websites. I don't understand why people can't see the value in hearing all sides of a story...
When a detective is investigating a story they don't simply listen to one side of the story before making a decision. NO! They listen to all sides and dig in and investigate!
It's amazing how people feel good about being able to discuss something where no dissenting viewpoints are allowed. It reminds me of how different cultural groups have been treated throughout the history of the United States...

Pumpers many times blindly accept what company representatives tell them without checking out a company's history. Pumpers will pump a stock even when the company fails to follow through with things they've said. Pumpers basically are willing to blindly follow a company when it just doesn't add up for them to do so...beware of pumpers who do this.
Pumpers love to work in packs. It provides the quintessential cover to achieve supposedly "independent" validation of an argument. It is neither independent nor validating.
Pack Structure: Pumper Packs can be comprised of any number of Pumpers. They can be purposely formed within an organization or they can be "ad hoc" formed during a conclave on a particular board. In fact a pack mentality can be achieved by an ambitious "party of one" with a few select aliases.
Once a pack is formed, a leader emerges. This leader is usually acknowledged by other Pumpers because of 1. Knowledge of the stock. or 2. Recognition by current board Longs (high visibility). Once established the Leader will usually work the Pack members up in to a posting frenzy. Constantly changing themes and even occasionally attempting to add credibility to another member by saying they have confirmed similar information, etc(this earns instant credibility), and it enhances the effect. Quite sophisticated.
Packs will disband and slink away without notice. Usually this is the call of the Pack Leader who is adept at recognizing overplay. More often than not, Pack members must move on because they have other Pumping commitments to fulfill.
What calls a pack together. The Cry of the Leader. Certain Pumpers love to work together. They know each others bite, how to feign in and out, it is a well choreographed Pump when pack members have worked together before. They constantly check their "Sites Du Jour" for signs of Pack activity. Occasionally they will throw out a "Nibbler" Pump to see if the pack responds or if not they can work the site themselves. It's all about effectiveness, time and earning money.
< BEWARE OF THE PACK >
The Internet has lured a whole new class of investor into the market. A new investor is just that - New! This new investor, while learning the basics, is particularly vulnerable to the tactics of professional Pumpers. New investors tend to lurk in the background of message boards, content to form independent opinions based on what they read with their own eyes. Very often, honest, intelligent and cautious people can easily be overcome by a well orchestrated propaganda effort.
You must always remember that their is a lot of money to be made in just the motion of a stock UP or DOWN it doesn't matter! And Pumpers have money at risk just as you do. But they have the edge of hope, lies, and falsehoods to post while preying on the un-initiated. The average investor dose not have the edge of organized deception.
I'm not paid to post on this board...although I should be with all the time I've spent here.
I've been considered a "basher" on this board, and all the statements I make are backed by SEC filings, press releases, and other information that I gather...MOST things I "bash" with comes directly from Calypso Wireless and they can be verified.
You have never met policemen, firemen, SEC administrators, many other government employees, etc. before but they work to protect people because they believe in the common good. They all have your best interest at heart.
