There is no movement in the price of the stock because insiders are dumping into any buying that occurs. This causes a stair-stepping down effect because later these newer buyers will sell, etc., etc....the stock is about to break all-time lows.

Think about it...1.5 million shares traded hands the other day on one of those announcements and the stock ended up like .02! That is a LOT of shares being sold...a lot of people know that they must get rid of their shares as they can.
