Just happy to get this far! Grandad made it to 50...dad was 48. Both were seemingly healthy. The day before I had my stress test done last year I rode my bike 52 miles. Two days later I had three stents and never had the first warning sign (other than family history) that anything was wrong!

Lets make some money. I need to help pay for the doctors retirement home in some exoctic island!

I do hope it is a little more exciting than most of my past birthdays! lol

Ken, i don't know enough to know what i would like to see in the website.

I know that what I have learned from the traders on this board has come from someone saying what it was they were looking for.

Looking for breaking resistance, with volume, not just looking for a bottom but what bottom they were looking for and why. I could then take that and look at the chart and L2 and see what happened.

Today I saw the Bid substantially above the Ask. I have never noticed that before on other trades. If I had heard someone say ..... Look out for XXXXX because the Bid is Above the Ask then i would have know to be "on watch" or it was just something that happens.

This example may not be a good one. When I was a child I was told by my dad to watch a horses head. Ok...I watched the head. It wasn't until something happened and my grandfather said his ears and nostrils told you he was about to do something. From that time I watched the head with special attention to the ears and nostrils.

We new guys can be told to wait for a good entry....and we, or I don't, want someone to be responsible for me but sometimes after the fact the more experienced may add...."that is why i decided to enter....that looked like it made a go"

The mistakes are easy to do. On one of the drops last week I was trying to get ahead and set a sell for $32 instead of .32 . Funny no one wanted to by $32's. I immediately noticed that my ETRADE Pro hadn't even acknowledged the order. I was able to figure it out pretty quick made the correction and luckily didn't get hurt bad!

I said that to my dad and got my but busted for smarting off, then had to work for three days to mail the box to China.

I moved 3 strings of irrigation pipe, each 1/4 mile long, twice a day in cotton fields. I got .50 cents per line.

I doubt the box ever got mailed...lol. But I sure learned not to "smart" off to my dad. Well, for about a week anyway!

I thought that was the case. I would have definatley given way to your experience...but I first tried a trailing stop on SN$K and it wouldn't allow it. The rep told me it would until he tried.


Today the rep told me we could bracket pennies, then he tried and couldn't. I guess this is just another reason pennies are dangerous.

Will it work on pennies? I know you can see trailing stops but I have not been able to use them on the penny stuff.

You can do a stop loss but then can't set something like a limit sell on top...

That is what the ETRADE rep found out. He thought you could at first but then tried several different things. None wee allowed

I don't know much about them...so caution should be used if their sister sites sometimes call pics.
