Carbon Credits International, Inc. Chosen to Build and Support Mobile Platform
eLayaway(R), Inc. (OTCBB: ELAY) ("eLayaway" or the "Company"), parent company of DivvyTech, Inc., creators of innovative recurring payment technology solutions, specializing in online layaway services, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Carbon Credits International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CARN) who, doing business as Text A Day, develops mobile-based technologies. Together the two companies' technology will expand both organizations' market reach and capabilities by enhancing the way they communicate and transact with their customers. This mobile platform will also serve as the foundation for eLayaway's brick & mortar mobile layaway solution that is currently under development.
"eLayaway's market has always favored the mobile platform," said Sergio Pinon, eLayaway's Founder and CEO. "Text A Day's technology makes it easy and affordable to serve our customers' needs and preferences. Efficient and effective communication solutions such as this will have a positive effect on our bottom line."
Previously, consumer communications were limited to emails and messages posted to their password-protected online accounts. Text A Day's technology will empower eLayaway's application with the ability to send immediate order/payment confirmations, increase customer service capabilities and enhance marketing communications. The increase in member interaction will be managed by the application, allowing customer service to focus on sales and support. This will prove especially beneficial during the upcoming holiday shopping season.
"With the resurgence of layaway, this is a very exciting agreement for Carbon Credits International, Inc. As we head into the holiday season, eLayaway's use of our Mobile technology will increase our revenues immediately," said Greg Lambrecht, Carbon Credit International, Inc.'s CEO. "This is the perfect mobile technology product for eLayaway to communicate via test message to their customer base and to facilitate transactions with the mobile device."

I think you forgot an indicator on your chart. No wait, I found it - on page 7. LOL
Monday's watch/investment list: ELAY and DNYS
Here is the pre-market news announcement:
Here is the latest share structure -
Authorized (30-SEP'12): 1 Billion
NEW Outstanding (21-NOV'12): c.185,836,570
OLD Outstanding (30-SEP'12): 158,724,452
That means ELAY has only diluted approximately 27 million shares since the 30th of September 2012.
You get it! PayPal/eBay or a competitor will buy Elay out.
Great day here as shorts are trying to cover with out looking like they are trying to cover!
For ELAY: Monday is going to be amazing! Massive accumulation here as profit taking Friday and weak hands were shook out and all the shares were absorbed above Wednesday's open which makes today an up day! Over a hundred million shares traded... I only wish tomorrow were Monday!

This is holding so well above yesterday's open that I truly believe we are seeing strong accumulation from longs and non-traditional institutional investors.
Even if ELAY fully diluted to 1 billion shares, that would only put their market cap at 8 million dollars!
The accumulation line isn't coming down.

ELAY bounce accumulation courtesy of VERT. At least there is liquidity here, this will bounce - great short and long term investment opportunity in a true startup company equivalent to companies like Netflix and GameStop.

Green line totally crossed brown with red pulling away! Super great indicator setup on my 1 minute. So confident I'm going to go take my shower now, try and seduce my wife, and then cook breakfast for the everyone.
Partial fill, adjusting again...
Adjusting order, too juicy.
Looks like I need to wait again.
Order is set, waiting to place - so so so close to ready.
As soon as this green line crosses up over the brown with the red curling opposite of the green on my 1 minute chart - BOOM !!! EVERYTIME!
Almost there...
Intraday and daily indicators are looking great! One more data change and I'm on board.
This brakes .01, it will be off to the races.
Filled the previous gap up, looking great here. Have the order in my crosshairs - pull the trigger or not? Where are my kids? They would normally do this for me.
I'm up now waiting for Etrade Pro to load... Coffee brewing - headphones are in!
I'm laying in bed in the dark using my iphone, don't want to get up yet - ate too much food yesterday. No L2 on my phone... Not getting back in here yet.
I'm probably getting back in.
Why doesn't the symbol show in Etrade anymore?
GLTV stock symbol no longer is showing in Etrade. Why?
Happy Thanksgiving!
