Yeah NITE dropped from 19mm to only 3 so some people seem uneasy or someone was trying to drive the price lower.
I looked at the last filing and saw that out of the SGA expenses about 118k were salaries and the rest were selling expenses. Has there been any marketing done for the new products set to launch this year?
My guess is gnc deal
Bear trend over bull trend starting on Monday
I found some precedent that may be able to help AGIJ out! LAIDLAW ACQUISITION CORP., Plaintiff, v. MAYFLOWER GROUP, INC
Case Overview: Plaintiff was the largest private contractor engaged in busing school children; defendant company was second largest. Plaintiff commenced an action seeking declaratory and injunctive relief against defendants, challenging the constitutionality of the Indiana Takeover Offers Act. Defendants counterclaimed against plaintiff, alleging that plaintiff's acquisition of defendant company through its tender offer would violate § 7 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C.S. § 18. The court noted that injunctive relief to prevent a violation of the Clayton Act was appropriate where an acquisition would have the specified anticompetitive effect in any line of commerce. Defendants' request for a preliminary injunction was granted because the parties together would account for ten percent of the American market in the contract operation bus service, and public interest weighed in favor of preservation of competition.
The main violation it looks like is in the Clayton Act.
Isn't that called a hostile takeover? If they did not provide the company with a public notification of intent to do this then it is a violation of the Securities Exchange Act in 1933. As I recall that company would be held liable for the total cost in pps manipulation by volume to the company, and by association us the shareholders. I am looking for precedent.
The important thing is that they are also net positive and have their next 25 million of income tax free. (The rolled their losses forward.
Financials also posted on yahoo finance. Maybe that will bring some fresh faces here.
Ah good to know! I am using a variation of fundamental analysis that has worked with decent success. I still think in the next six month we will be bullish. However we should bottom at .0173. We got close to that today.
Remember how I said we were in.for a bearish trend and you said I was illiterate in charts?
Are those numbers from the t/a? I have not gotten a chance to call them lately.
Its usually good to actually read the 10-k note where they state no.dilution and share structure. O/S has gone down by 20mm
There have been a lot of vender to vender trades, those are the 25mm blocks we have been seeing. I am wondering if that is the exchange. Would make sense for the mm manipulation.
There are financials filed for June 30 on the otc market website
That is down from 935mm last report
Common shares also went down 7 million. Not much but hey that's good news. Revenue also increase by 80k and we had double operating expenses, but that could be new staff being added on. As long as we stay net profit, we are set! Also very very low liabilities. Most are just common stock.
We will see what tomorrow brings
In small float companies a bear trend is about 3-4 days of drop.
I have been in since sub penny but I plan to load up some more around the .017 .015 range
I think the bear trend should continue to .015. Then it will bottom out. But lets see what tomorrow will bring. I hope we will hit a new 52 week high though! GLTA
Reasoning?
I just know that some information providers have o/s at 935mm still not 1.42mmm so it is throwing people off. Just getting some clarity out there.
I know but o/s increased
I don't think they will increase the a/s but we will see.
MR. BIGG is right on the Share structure changes, http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=AGIJ&id=87661
I am more bullish though because of this.
The L2 shows a massive drop in buying interest here. I would definitely say that we are in for a bearish trend. This is unless there is a Distribution announcement the BULL BULL BULL!
Agreed I see a bullish trend in the future
I will not deny that I am going to Acquire more shares. I feel that the current PPS should be at .018-.019 range. Also the companies were listed in the 10-q under Predecessor Company. (Pages 3-5 of the consolidated financial information statements)

I just wanted to share some information to get Y'all's thoughts. Can you please send me some calculations for your reasoning? Also I am curious if anyone knows what the prepaid stuff is. That could change PPS estimate if it is direct material credits.
GLTA-FITX
Well I agree with you that there are bright futures ahead of this company and I have been invested for a while as well. I have some capital freed up and ready to invest but with current information I do not feel this is a BUY order. I would say HOLD is a better order, so any flippers should SELL right now. I am long on this stock.
However here is why I feel this company is overvalued. Right now with current PPS our Market Cap is 17.123 Million Dollars. With only 88,000 in net profit we have a P/E Ratio of 194.58. This shows massive investors confidence, however it will take over 25 years for the company to reflect the PPS with current revenue and operating margins. That is why, current market price should be half the current PPS. Even with the bright future.
There are a few main problems. Several of the companies that were acquired are not turning a profit and that are killing this companies Operating Margin. Also the distribution channels are killing this companies revenue stream. There is a plenty of Cash on Hand and with this business and any growing business it is important. However the cash is still very limited, the cash is only 1.6% of the total Market Cap. In order for the PPS to reflect the actual value of the company I feel that the Cash On Hand should be 10% of Market Cap. The company should be worth the current price within the year. But with the current risk, and stagnant revenue, we are overvalued.
Believe it or not you actually turned me on to this stock and I am very pleased with this. I just want people to not panic when we do see a drop in PPS and bash the company saying its a scam.
Currently I feel this company is overvalued. Until there is more distribution channels open, for example through GNC, I do not feel the current PPS reflects the companies true value. However I do feel that there is a bright future ahead of this company! Good luck to you all and I hope the best!
Its not a merger or buyout but in exchange for selling their product they are going to own a large ammount of agij common stock.
That's what I did. Its called day trading lol
That is where I have my second buy in point! I already got in at .0005 and I want more :)
On June 1st pps was over .0004 just fyi so your numbers are off.
I can see it happening without a reverse split. There is no share structure requirement to be on the otcbb.
The post I replied to was actually stating that we will be getting out of pink sheets
That values the company at 2.2 million dollars. Not that unthinkable.
That is information I did not know about thank you. I was just going off of their most recent cash flow statement on yahoo.finance. That means the company is really undervalued. With the roi of this company they should be trading at .0022 pps.
Every time I read his post the words seems to scream at me.
Thanks! Did not see naked shorting numbers
