We definitely need some news that's for sure I don't see this moving until then. People are on the fence IMO about where this company stands financially in the third Quarter.I would imagine that reading the news in NY city things are still jacked up from the hurricane not sure from what I read if they even have power there. Prayers go out to those people.
WAFR will eventually get back up there just a little green in the day would be nice.
I thought my quip about the truck having to change a tire was funny, just seemed to go in line with the nit picking bashers of late lol.
WAFR should be Green right now 21,000 buy volume and only 6,400 sell.
I believe you Maria not disputing the NY deal hasn't ran all the way through, but the paperwork has been sent the deal is done IMO. Just paperwork to be ran through the government channels. But APII in my book no longer exists really.
MM is working again painting red when it should be green.
I am seeing 20,000 for buy and 6,000 at sell and they sold for .033 sad Wouldn't even think about it .033 man.
There isn't any such company as APII it is WAFR right?
Last rights will be held at 9:30 for all shorters that wish to attend the service. Or just watch from home if you like.
WAFR is strong and it shows in the increased volume and interest in the last weeks.
Dog your DD dates back to the floppy disk.
Go WAFR
Where can I buy a CD that does this I will take 1,000 of them.
Multi-Dimension (MDT) has developed a new type of magnetic switch sensor which offers fast measurement, extended battery life, and uninterrupted, reliable operation to smart flow meters such as those used to measure water flow and gas flow.
MDT was founded in 2010 and is breaking new ground in the manufacturing and delivery of field range, high-sensitivity magnetic sensors. MDT is the first high-volume manufacturer that brings the full advantages of Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology to the commercial sensor market.
When MDT needed to ensure that their manufactured components met the highest standards for quality, they reached out to COREwafer for solutions. COREwafer's Apollo on-wafer parametric magnetic test system was able to deliver on the requirements set forth by MDT for their TMR Angle Sensor product line.
Using the COREwafer Apollo system, MDT can perform product wafer sort under real world use conditions. This system provides DC and AC parametric measurements under a variety of test program controlled magnetic field waveforms and geometric magnetic field patterns. The program can perform R-vs-H and R-vs-rotating-H measurements to devices on-wafer prior to packaging, critical to product success.
The DD you have provided for NEEL is before WAFR even owned them. NEX has been running like I said between Jan to August proof is in the insurance they have had on file.
You can be authorized by the DOT or not depending on what your hauling why is this still an issue?
Lets be carefull not to distort the facts and mislead less informed investors.
Mods Where are the relevant stickies how about the one PC posted this morning?
That"s great news PC !! Do you think we will go to a dime this week?
That"s what I am talking about the carrier was authorized from January to August those are the dates when WAFR first bought NEEL and then started Dba NEX Global USA.
So now they are back to not Authorized a couple months ago what do they have planned is the big question and how much did they make doing the trucking between January and August probably not alot so why is this so important?
Its small potatoes here compared to the big Kahuna CWS and WAFR's assets. If you look back they wanted to use NEEL for a specific purpose on the books shall we say. Gary spelled it out very clearly during the acquisition of NEEL.
Unless this post reference's Docket number 2265411 it is irrelevant.
2265411 is NEX Global USA'S MC number and is NEEL Dba NEX Global USA.
the post is not worthy of a stickie in accordance with the TOS it isn't even supposed to be allowed.
OMG one of the trucks had a flat on the inside dual. Call the AAA. LOL!
Wafr Long and strong
You hit that one right on the head Big D!!
GO WAFR
WAFR is gonna fly this week IMO.
Hope we get some good news from Gary as promised O happy day!!
Last rights will be given to the shorter's who wish to attend the service on Wednesday morning!
9:30 Sharp,
Lord willing and the creek don't rise.
I think that this is gonna get real old, NEEL has never been "authorized" by the DOT while being under WAFR I thought this was old news.
Last time they where was in 1/18/2011 ( pre purchase by WAFR),
WAFR never bothered to get NEEL "authorized" since the acquisition on 2 Jan 2012. This could be they didn't need to because of several reasons.
A: They are using the trucks to haul their own equipment or other companies sending equipment that is in their control for testing.
B: They are hauling commodity exempt freight which could be anything from mail to tax exempt goods of any kind.
I am pretty sure that NEEL is DBA as NEX Global USA and the last authorized status was in August this year. This was the last record of this carrier having the insurance to haul as a Authorized Carrier. So they ran trucks for 8 months as NEX Global they may be ready to switch on NEEL's Authorization now or continue with NEX it's anyone's guess till we get some news.
You all in the states stay safe Hurricanes no joke GLTA.

NEW YORK , Oct.. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- COREwafer Industries, Inc. (OTC Pink: WAFR) reports that the merger filings, related to the acquisition of Core Wafer Systems, Inc., a technology leader in semiconductor testing, have been sent to the State of Nevada and the State of New York .

They do much more than that Maria.
Shorters about to be given last rights Here.
WAFR is running to the teens!!
Just so people aren't confused about NEEL ( Northeast Expedited logistics ) this is all we really know that WAFR has only had this for less than a year and plan to use it as stated below.
Action Products acquires North East Expedite Logistics
By editor on Jan 4, 2012
Action Products International, Inc. (APII) has acquired North East Expedite Logistics, LLC (NEEL), a Delaware-based company.
Gary Polistena, CEO of Action Products, said: "We have been working on this acquisition for most of 2011 and even though APII is not focused directly on logistics, NEEL provides shareholder value by bringing positive cash flow into the company and improves our balance sheet and fixed-asset financial position."
North East Expedite Logistics provides transportation and logistics services to customers on the East Coast of the US.
Hey what happened to the stickies from the past two weeks that was very relevant info IMO.
Go WAFR
How do you take the software to the hardware manufacturer's facility and test 2,150,000 hard drives? I would imagine that you ship the hard drives to a test facility. Lets say Nevada somewhere to have it done maybe by i don't know who has the best equipment "O yeah" its Core Wafer systems lol.
Makes perfect sense to me if I were Seagate or western digital thats what i would do.
I think it is CWS's best interest to keep testing in house because of the technology they have and a controlled environment.
Also most of the time when you see a truck that says Expedited usually its a tractor semi with a large box attached as in the Fedex Custom critical trucks. Not a dry van 53' box tag along.
It makes sense to me can we move on too looking for some answers from WAFR, and the info promised in the great weeks ahead?
come to the light !! Wafr will run hard this week !
I don't believe that NEEL is acting as a broker they can't because their insurance is not in place and not authorized by the DOT to do so.
However if NEEL needs someone to make their runs of non commodity exempt freight they are free to do so through a third party.
The first thing is some of your DD is prior to APII's acquisition of NEEL.
Next thing is NEEL doesn't have to be authorized by the DOT and hasn't been since August of 2011.
Why is that you asked, well if they are hauling privately for there own gain such as hauling their own products like they were doing as the toy company and possibly now for CWS. Also their contracts with USPS is non commodity exempt.
They may not need to show a profit of huge rewards if it saves the millions in shipping cost of their own product ie: CWS.
I like the part about cargo that is not federally regulated. NEEL is bootlegging whiskey again lol.
NEEL doesn't have to have Operating authority from DOT according to this. As long as they operate as described below.
http://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/registration-licensing/registration-OP.htm
Interstate Operating Authority and Financial Responsibility
Print this page Print
In general...
Companies that operate as ?for hire? carriers (for a fee or other compensation) that transport passengers or federally regulated commodities, or arrange for their transport, in interstate commerce are also required to have interstate operating authority.
The Reach of Operating Authority
FMCSA operating authority is also referred to as an "MC," "FF," or "MX" number, depending on the type of authority that is granted. Unlike the USDOT Number application process, a company may need to obtain multiple operating authorities to support its planned business operations. Operating Authority dictates the type of operation a company may run and the cargo it may carry.
Financial Responsibility and Exemptions
All of this also dictates the level of insurance/financial responsibilities a company must maintain. Carriers not required to have operating authority include Private carriers, "for-hire" carriers that exclusively haul exempt commodities (cargo that is not federally regulated), or carriers that operate exclusively within a federally designated "commercial zone" that is exempt from interstate authority rules. A commercial zone is, for example, a geographic territory that includes multiple states bordering on a major metropolitan city, such as Virginia/Maryland/Washington, DC.
Thanks guys, setting up for a massive squeeze on the shorter's here!I would like to drop in about 100,000 shares on their heads too PC LOL.
WAFR will give us some great returns IMO. This will happen very soon.
Now how could you possibly know that?
Calrod, if APII/WAFR, their third party promoters, biz associats, biz partners have said to you that Nex Global, a subsidiary of APII/WAFR, has any comtracts with the Navy exchange, they have lied to you.
There is a lot of information you put out Maria and thanks for that. There is like 4 NEX Global's a link is on Google and Jeff's recent post. Some in the USA others in Mexico and Korea.
The most interesting is that NEX Global that shows up on your link to the DOT web site only shows one truck not the massive trucking company that it would require to deliver goods to the Navy exchanges.
But it was interesting that the job posting you listed was out of Baltimore MD and delivers to VA( Norfolk, NAS Oceana maybe), MD (Pax River maybe) DC area Who knows there. Just seems a little coincidental.
Then there is the whole NEX Global USA,international, Nipponexpress connection which has so many different directions don't even have time to look at.
The DOT website shows that NEEL hasn't been authorized in over a year and a half. NEX Global was not authorized since august.
This we know is incorrect because the Q1 and Q2 showed profits from the trucking company that is "not operating" according to the DOT web site.
There may be many reasons the DOT site shows not authorized : may not be updated correctly or they are under a different name that we don't know about yet.
I believe that anything is possible and don't want to mislead anybody just another angle on the developments here in WAFR land.
I believe that soon we will have a clear picture of what has transpired over the last 6 to 8 months with both CWS and NEEL and then we wont have wonder anymore.
Can't believe you all are hitting this board up on the weekends too. are ya nervous? I am in Afghanistan you all gonna turn me grayer looking at all this Data lol.
The armed forces have exchanges or commissary's the Air Force and Army use AAFES and the Navy and Marine Corps use NEX or the Navy Exchange. This is how they sell things of all types on Armed Forces bases. I am limited on what I can find out because I am in Afghanistan still. But if this is true look out cause Baltimore is a Navy hot spot and there are bases all over the east coast it would make sense. Bases all over the world.
I believe NEX global is the Navy exchange and that is a very lucrative contract.
Nice close being a Friday it is to be expected. IMO
I know that the Q3 is much anticipated and we have been told we will get information soon in a or. Look out for coming weeks we will be heading back in the teens by November.
This was from the Sandia settlement PR from Gary :
Gary Polistena, CEO of COREwafer Industries also comments on these latest developments, "Clearing up all of these outstanding issues has been one of our top priorities," states Gary Polistena. "We needed to be sure that all legal obstacles were eliminated related to this transaction, and as they are now resolved, we can now issue stock to Core Wafer Systems and execute and file the merger certificates for the acquisition of Core Wafer Systems. We're working very hard behind the scenes to execute on our announced plans, and we will continue to keep our shareholders updated as we can. Due to specific non-disclosure requirements, we have been unable to notify shareholders of all issues impacting the company; however I am glad that many have stayed with us throughout the acquisition process. We continue to keep our filings and financials current and will continue forward with seeking listing on a higher exchange as discussed."
I would imagine that the man sitting at the head of the Board has got this under control LOL. Mission Control we are ready for lift off of WAFR!!
Chairman - Lt. General Thomas P. Stafford USAF (Ret.) NASA Astronaut (Former) - Action Products joins a long list of admired companies and organizations whose board General Stafford currently holds or has held a seat with, including Seagate Technologies, the largest independent disk drive maker in the world; Fisher Scientific, a life science research and laboratory testing firm; and a number of aeronautic engineering and research firms, including the famed NASA Advisory Council Task Force on Shuttle-Mir Rendezvous and Docking Mission. The General previously sat on the Board of 14 corporations listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and one listed on the American Stock Exchange. Presently he is on the Board of two New York Stock Exchange companies. During his NASA career, General Stafford served as Co-Chairman of the Stafford-Covey Space Shuttle Return to Flight Task Group, an independent committee tasked with making assessments of NASA's space flight safety measures.
You were incorrect about the company not having profits, and the merger never happening and the company being a scam. The real scam isn't working dog.
WAFR is heading north sorry.
I think the five cent resistance is more than meets the eye look out shorties. Go Wafr!!
Can someone wave the magic wand i want to see five cents lol.
I have to give your DD an A+ Maria if anything underhanded is going on you would probably find it. I think sometimes it is easy to jump to many different conclusions when information is dug up. Like I said you have done a fine job getting information about WAFR. Even in the days of no news available. Can't say i agree with what your determination was of that info but none the less it was information. Thanks!!
I didn't notice a change tho in the board i think Aziz was always an adviser and Kim also I thought.
