Just so people aren't confused about NEEL ( Northeast Expedited logistics ) this is all we really know that WAFR has only had this for less than a year and plan to use it as stated below.

Action Products acquires North East Expedite Logistics

Action Products International, Inc. (APII) has acquired North East Expedite Logistics, LLC (NEEL), a Delaware-based company.

Gary Polistena, CEO of Action Products, said: "We have been working on this acquisition for most of 2011 and even though APII is not focused directly on logistics, NEEL provides shareholder value by bringing positive cash flow into the company and improves our balance sheet and fixed-asset financial position."

North East Expedite Logistics provides transportation and logistics services to customers on the East Coast of the US.
