Hey Jade...No, no Buffalo...only bass and trout. I haven't even checked the market today...guess I should.
We had a blast even though the water was at a 35 year low. 3 of the 5 boys I took rarely get outside, much less rough it on a river for 3 days.
I'm still here Jade...Just returned from a three day float trip on the Buffalo River with my son and 5 of his friends. Just not worried about the monotony of the day to day waiting game. I'm all in... my chips are in the pot and now just waiting for ATRN BOD to turn over the river card.
LOL...That post in reply to the previous poster was me being funny...it certainly doesn't indicate my current position on this stock. I'm VERY confident right now!!!! There are just too many things that we dug up and speculated on months ago that are starting to happen now. I think those that hold their shares will be rewarded handsomely!
wouldn't there be a non-compete set in place so Fong could not even go to a competitor?
8. Ancillary Agreements. As a material inducement to the Company for entering into this Agreement and as a condition to the obligations of the Company hereunder, Executive is hereby executing and delivering a Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation and Proprietary Information Agreement, dated of even date herewith, by and between Executive and the Company in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto (the “Non-Competition Agreement”). Each of the Company and Executive hereby agrees and acknowledges that the rights and obligations of the parties under the Non-Competition Agreement and the terms and provisions thereof are an integral part of this Agreement and hereby are incorporated in this Agreement as if fully set forth herein. Without limiting any other rights that the Company may have, if Executive materially breaches any provision of the Non-Competition Agreement and fails to cure such breach within ten (10) days of notice from Company of such breach, any right that Executive may have to receive any compensation or payments (other than vested Restricted Stock Units) from the Company hereunder shall be forfeited by Executive and extinguished in all respects.
Yes, the ship is sinking...may as well go ahead and stick your head underwater now and get it over with!!!
Not usually a Kid Rock fan but that'a a pretty good song...one I'd actually listen to!!! Thanks for sharing.
awww heck...you didn't offend me. Everyone has different tastes and interests. All good here.
LOL...This is hilarious!!! - Took the company dark, pissing off shareholders
- Failed to sell off the agency business
- Lost key employees
On point 1: WHO CARES IF HE PISSED OFF SHAREHOLDERS IF IT MEANS HE HAD AN ACE IN THE HOLE
On point 2: PROVE IT!!!!!
On point 3: PROVE IT!!!!!
LOL...
What is a moral? lol
Well, speaking from personal experience...I trust my dog 10 times over any human!!! She's more loyal and shows more love to me than any human could possibly show. My favorite song is "Love me Like My Dog Does by Billy Currington...haha But, I don't think the PR is literally saying "humanizing" pets but more so using it as a metaphor saying that humans are letting their pets into their world more and more these days...Heck, up until two years ago I was dead set on having a dog inside...Now I have one inside 24/7.
I think you are wise not to invest if it creates a moral conflict. I too chose not to invest in a stock based on the moral factor...I started watching CBIS at around .03 per share and decided NOT to invest because of my moral beliefs...I don't regret missing out on a .21 cent run because I still have my moral principle in tact...If that's the case with AAPT for you then I'd suggest not buying back in.
I personally do not have a moral conflict because I'm reading it differently...although I do know people who put their pets on a pedestal and sometimes carry it too far, but in this case I believe it's a CEO with enthusiasm for her products who possibly used the wrong wording for some...Although the market didn't indicate that yesterday.

MOTR - Uptank in the making (2nd cousin to ATRN)
Had to do it!! Looks too lucrative not to! Especially with the possibility of a potential mobile marketing ace in the hole for both companies.

LOL...In the Arms of An Angel!!!
I cry everytime I see that commercial! Whoever created it is a marketing genius...The cinemetographer ain't bad either getting filming those animals with the most precious, help me looks on their faces!!!
LOL
I know I would be!!! This company and BOD would never work in New York ever again after I got done spreading the news that they fonged us. LOL...Pretty clear indicator that they didn't eh?
Oh, IMO
Awww...I'm blushing Miss Jade. lol Deal!
I dunno...most likely the reason they are dark, so we don't know and can only guess. Ask the same question I did earlier today...Why did Huck Finn fake his own death?
I don't think there is anyone left to go...
LOL...Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. Don't think they would be attending these events if they are going out of business. Just a hunch you could say. I know I wouldn't take it well if I got back from one of those trips, got canned and then told my severance package was less because of the all expenses paid vacation they just sent me on. I'd be spewing all over the news about what kind of POS company and BOD this is. Why isn't that happening?
Hmmmmm
LOL...Nope, I checked though! They aren't really a mobile player though
Sticky please! Me believes this will link today's news of Fong being hired to Motricity
HMMMM...Interesting to find out where Atrinsic EDIT: Plans to be over the upcoming weekend... (You'll have to excuse me...I'm used to Memorial Weekend being the last weekend in May. The Open Mobile Summit brings together the top strategic executives from all of the key players in the mobile ecosystem worldwide.
Open Mobile Summit in London!!! 29-30 May 2012!!!
http://www.openmobilesummit.com/attendees.aspx
Who else will be there? Yep, Motricity!!!
WANT TO KNOW WHO ELSE WILL BE THERE? FACEBOOK!!![/b]
Now, read this article, with all of the above in mind:
http://www.businessweek.com/articles/2012-05-29/a-facebook-phone-ambitious-leap-or-fatal-mistake
What is the Open Mobile Summit all about you ask?
Specifically, strategic business leaders from:
Handset OEMs, PC and consumer electronics manufacturers
Media, publishing and TV
Mobile network operators and service providers
App publishers
Internet and ecommerce giants
Mobile software companies
Advertising agency executives and marketers
Enterprise IT , retailers and brands
Venture capital and private equity
More than 450 VIPs will attend the Open Mobile Summit London 2012. The 2011 conference sold out with exactly 430 thought leading attendees from right across the ecosystem.
Geographically the Open Mobile events are marketed to a pan-Atlantic community of North America and Europe, although we do also attract attendees from the rest of the world. Typically the breakdown is 75% Europe 15% North American and 5% rest of world; in 2011 65% of attendees were from the UK and 35% rest of world.
The level of seniority of the attendees is unusually high, reflecting the exceptional seniority of the executives that agree to speak.
So, you mean Atrinsic...a company that some say is done, going BK and about to screw its shareholders has "key players in the mobile ecosystem"???

AAPT - New HOD coming EOD. With all of these intra-day pullbacks it has kept the RSI from blowing up too bad. I'd say considering it's run 2 cents today that the RSI is holding up nicely. No sign of weakness yet!!!
Amen brother!
Exactly why I'm hanging onto my shares. At this point the money I'm down but until I sell at a loss or a court says my shares are worth nothing I'm not out.
Point taken...Consider this (Not that we need another theory) but consider the posibility of David, Samantha and Aaron taking the affiliate network (The agency) part of the business and going their separate ways while the BOD takes Atrinsic the company private to sell the technology piece that Krassenstein uncovered. We don't have a clue what the Spyder does...maybe we shot ourselves in the foot with all the DD we did and the BOD realized that the only way to fix this is to delay, delay, delay until we can profite from this.
