Common sense would tell you otherwise. I doubt seriously Mr. White would be trolling this board since Jan 2012 when I first joined here (also when I first invested). Although, I would be absolutely thrilled if he indeed would come on this board to help me counter all the lies about "unbalancing the white card". There's no such thing and it's an effort to keep the three criminals in place.

As far as the slide 28 banter. I remember the words as a "hope to" not a "will"

Hope, aim, strategy, intent, all the same...It just goes to show this team failed at delivering shareholder value EVER - Not one time, but still paid themselves a "King's" ransom.

There is no such thing. This is a lie that's posted every single day. Voting the white card will supersede any other proxy vote, in this case the red card. Leaving blanks for ES, CJ, and DP will just open the door for broker non-votes. This was the same sleazy tactics they used to get more authorized shares and to get the reverse split passed. You championed this tactic for them every year. Only way to remove these guys is to vote the red card and destroy the white.

Nope! It will be whatever someone is willing to pay for it. If I had to guess we will end up with an offer that will effectively equate to a PPS between $10 - $14.

What's with all the name calling? I suppose it's true when a person can't debate merit they often make poor attempts to attack character and you do this daily. Reminds me when I called out King for slide 28 titled "Milestones Aimed at Creating Shareholder Value" and our value went down after every single milestone was reached. You and CP berated me on a daily basis for calling him out to the point I coined the term "shout down crew". I'm sure you remember that.

It's curious to read all the feigned interest in digging out every minute detail for the Ronin nominees, yet the same folks seemed so surprised to learn about all the shady behavior of 3 criminals on the BOD they ardently defend. That same information has been available and talked about on this board for years.

Sorry about how hard you guys keep trying but I have been voting for and against/abstain whom I wanted for years and have never had to "write" any names.

I have no clue what you're talking about. The point is CP is attempting to get you to vote the white card (which will supersede the red), leave teh boxes for your three favorites unchecked, which will then allow them to receive all the broker non-votes. Nobody every mentioned writing in names.

EB I'm curious, now that your BOD is trying to sell your "pearl" are they included as part of the daily naysayers? Assuming they find a suitable buyer, what do you believe will be the selling price considering how far away from FDA approval and how much money still needs to be invested for all the trials? Considering your BOD's track record for getting BP's to invest (zero in 20 years) how likely do you think they will actually find a buyer vs. putting this on the shelf to focus on Avid?

Ex, thanks for the substantiation of what I've been saying. CP knows this as well, but is all part of the campaign to confuse shareholders and get them to unknowingly get them to vote for CJ, ES, & DP by claiming to "unbalance the white card". There's no such thing. You either vote for Ronin or you vote for the current BOD.

My own preference would be to look at the qualifications of the Board candidates, noting that PPHM has five non-employee candidates plus their two employee candidates (Lias and King) and Ronin is offering six candidates. The earlier vetting of Ronin candidates has raised some issues of concern, so if practicable, I would like to be able to pick my favorites from the lot.

Keeptrying, the current vote is one or the other. Of course you know this already. Curious though, did you vet the current BOD the same as what you're claiming to have done for the Ronin candidates?

Traditionally the proxies are sent out by those who you want you to vote for their ticket. The "company" sends out theirs, and any challenger may also do so.

You will be getting 2 different sets of material

Just be careful. CP would have you believe you can vote both tickets, but that's completely false. You can only vote one or the other, Ronin or the current BOD. This whole notion of "unbalancing the white card" is a trick to take votes away from Ronin in the hopes that all broker non-votes will go to CJ, ES, & DP, and will be enough to outvote Ronin candidates. Don't fall for it. The exact same trick was used to get more authorized shares to continue the dilution and to get approval for the reverse split. Criminals.

Being under hostile attack by RONIN

I find it interesting that you continue to feel like you and your BOD are "under hostile attack". The rest of us shareholders feel like Ronin has helped tremendously and we are much better off with them. I suppose it just depends which side of the battle you're on if you feel like Ronin is attacking and the current BOD is friendly.

I will agree that one group (Ronin) has shareholder best interest as an objective and the other group (your BOD) doesn't. The Ronin camp is brilliant though since they have the BOD executing their stated plan perfectly. 1) Get rid of criminal BOD (will be final in a few weeks) 2) Focus on Avid 3) Sell/Licence the IP.

Yes Geo and the net effect will be some PPS. You missed the entire point though the market could care less what we paid for something pre-split. According to CP

$21 is breadcrumbs and we won't accept this

Do you really think a potential buyer is concerned what that dollar amount represents pre-split, much less what it represents after three reverse splits? This is exactly why the RS IS NOT NEUTRAL. Take the $$ amount of whatever gets offered for the IP and multiple by the number of shares you used to own. Now divide that by 7, then divide that number again by 5 (if you've been through the last two RS's). Doesn't feel so neutral now does it?

Several years ago CEO King acknowledge already Genentech was looking at this. At RONIN they might still have been wearing diapers at the time.

BTW I was not the only one that knows King did say that, there were several people standing around other that the person that brought up the subject with King. So you do not have to take my word for it.

PPHM PPS 21$ is BREADCRUMBS because indeed only 3$ Pre-split.
At least now we longs also have a good reason to keep referring to PRE-SPLIT prices :)

Furthermore this ALSO goes for PPHM VOLUME! yesterdays 600K PPHM shares volume equals 7 x 600K pre-split 4.2 Mil shares volume. This comparison need to be made OR we must compare in dollars.

CP, the market does not care at all about the price we paid pre-split. Also, any new buying (like has been done by Ronin investors) has nothing whatsoever to do with previous volume. The RS is over and done with. Your BOD once again failed shareholders. It could have been prevented, but they chose to rip us off again. If PPHM is now looking to do a deal it will be some premium over current price, which I would guess will be 3-4 times current PPS. The buyer could care less that it is only $2 or $3 pre-split. Heck if you want to use that as a basis there are 2 other RS's to account for. Using your logic, this team will be selling the IP for less than a dollar pre-3 reverse splits.
