a email from david nunn....
Bruce, it is great that you're e-mailing me (and vice versa) so that we can
keep the lines of communication open. I am leaving for Jakarta in about one
hour so I'll be brief here, but I'll phone you from there in a couple of
days (that's how long it takes to get there !). I also travel with my laptop
so I still get my e-mail. Jim Wensveen is already there, and the immediate
job is getting the Camar Field back into production. We have a full crew on
the platforms (three of them) preparing to start them up. It is a
requirement of Pertamina, the Indonesian national Oil Company, that after a
field is shut down, a full maintenance and testing schedule must be followed
through before it is re-started, so that's what we're doing. It won't be
long now ! On the SEC front, we are preparing a full SEC S1 filing, which
is more comprehensive than a 10-SB and contains a higher level of disclosure
but with it we should qualify for NASDAQ Small-Cap. This is a HUGE (approx.
450 page) document but we are well into it.Talk to you soon,David
P.S. I asked Jerry Evans to give you a call, as well. He still works with
us, although in a smaller and modified capacity.
