Something of substance such as nation wide distribution would certainly help stabilize us here and help continue the volume generated momentum from last week moving the stock PPS up. I have to speculate that putting the product out in limited quantities at one store or a few stores was done to gauge the popularity and sales potential of the product. If it sells well then expanded production with more orders should come in. This is where Kamasutra/Bismarcs along with Willens experience and established connections should greatly benefit.
Question will remain though is how big a piece of the vodka revenue pie is HBRM receiving?
What PR are you expecting? Update on the vodka?
I have already emailed her the same thing probably 6 times prior to you. The last time was at her request after she left me a voice mail message 2 weeks ago. Nothing new for her I am sure. She is well aware of my (and other shareholders) concerns. Question is, will she act on it and address those concerns? I hope she does but time will tell.
Review the financial reports. It is clearly obvious although there is still 50M shares unaccounted for which apparently were sold at a premium to someone special.
I think this is imperative in order to bring some real investor confidence to the company and not just day traders flipping on hype PR's.
I have to admit that she did seem receptive and indicated that she was taking notes. I think an easy way to handle this will be to have a CC set up the day after the next financials are released. She could have a few persons on the CC with her like maybe Willen and someone from the energy drink side (if that news is released) and she could clear up the cloudy areas for her investors. One of my other penny stocks does this after every financial report and it sure creates a positive mood for the investors to hear the CEO talking and answering questions and giving hints about what is to come.
Thats a given, there is no real investor confidence here and may never be unless HBRM takes corrective action. It's nothing but a PnD play right now every 3 or 4 months when a PR is hyped up.
HBRM can fix this and bring investor confidence to the company but they have to clear up certain areas and unless they do so it will languish at a low PPS until it finally dies or RS after more dilution.
All the vodka bottles in the world selling do not mean a thing unless HBRM is getting a decent piece of the revenue pie. We do not even know if they are getting any piece of pie at all yet after costs are factored in.
Does it make any sense to you that they would withold this info (and other critical things) from their investors? Is that what open and direct communication with their investors is all abut? Is that what legitimate companies do to their investors?
There is massive dilution and Dr confirmed this via phone saying it was necessary because HBRM had no money to work with in order to get these new product ventures going. The products they currently had were not selling and they had no revenue sources to pay the bills so dilution was the solution. For start up companies, this is common but HBRM has been around for 6 years. What really gets me going is that while they were diluting behind our backs, she promised a 100M share buy back which we have yet to get clarity on among other things.
HBRM needs to clean the picture and become transparent and open with their investors as their PR slogan always stated. Unless they do this, I feel all you have here is a flipping stock every 3 or 4 months that runs a little on hype cheered PR hits a point and drops back down like a rock. Guess thats ok if you want a little vodka money.
While I think you are correct in that this is just a pre-launch test to see if public interest in the product is there, Kamasutra vodka and the bottle design and concept is not a new idea. Been around for several years now at least that I can see since 2010. If this is the case, then the distribution channels should already be in place for this product with HBRM partnered.
Question is still though after costs is HBRM getting anything substantive financially so they will stop diluting and killing their shareholder value?
Won't change the inevitable outcome for Elite in the big scheme of things though and we all know it. Whether it happens sooner or later not going to change the fact that it is going to happen and we longs will reap the rewards for our perseverance with our little company as it transitions into one of the biggest players in the pharma business today.
GLTU and everyone else also. I do like that they have this guy Willen involved in the vodka. He has a good track record and resume. Some things do give me cautious optimism and others do not.
I think this is highly likely. It makes sense that the FDA would assign one or two people to handle all of Elites stuff. This allows them to become intimately familiar with the operations and BOD. They create one file and combine everything together based off the approval of the new location for manufacturing. Their case file is then sent to a second level for final review and bang, Elite gets multiple approvals all at the same time consistent with the new facility coming online into full operation.
Well, you may be right hopefully. If they have something of substance to put out it would be nice. They need to come clean with the percentage they are getting in this deal though so investors can gauge the sales revenue profit for estimated financials the following quarter after the kick off.
Until the company clears up the cloudy areas and establishes consistent profitable quarters and documented growth then all you will have is flippers here who rely on hype driven short term promos. This PPS will fall right back to where it was and perhaps lower this time.
Well you are not in bad shape then but watch closely because this thing drops as fast as it rises and should be back in the .003 or lower range very soon again.
Thats because a lot of the profit taking occurred yesterday now the shock sets in for some as they look at their investment falling (again)
Cmon DE be honest. No you are not. If you want more shares I am sure you will wait till this bottoms back in the .003 or .002 range again by Friday probably if not sooner.
Don't worry just wait a month or two and another promo will start and bump it up again briefly for you hopefully.
Not a chance of that happening in my opinion based on the history of this stock and it's PnD plays.
LOL, this is just a little pull back and healthy consolidation huh? To da moon after this later today right? LOL
Guess this would be one of those red days you were mentioning huh? think it will lose 100% in one day?
wait an hour and get it in the .003 range
Now that the 4th or 5th pump play is over, you should not have to wait long for .003 again in my opinion. 3 years? Is that the Dr,s timeline for her acne med to increase sales? The company has been open for 6 years so a total of 9 years before she expects decent profit from one of her products?
Personally, I think the FDA is holding the pending approvals to coincide with the approval of the second location for manufacturing purposes. I think the FDA investigator(s) will submit one file with everything in it approved simultaneously to their second level supervisor for final approval then Elite will not only have 3 maybe 5 drug launches but also a new facility to use for manufacturing purposes. All rolled into one giant PR release and then the primary focus goes directly to 216 once these additional revenue sources are established.
Well, yes volume is the key. I just have to wonder why HBRM will not give a number for this deal. I asked the Dr about it via phone and she seemed to emphasize the exposure and advertising effect more then the revenue income which I feel should be the other way around when you have a small company with little working capital. She also said that there were legal issues involved because the deal was with a private company as a partner and she would have to consult with her legal dept to see if she could update the PR with some real percentage figures. Will see if she comes through or not.
I am curious to hear more about the energy drink as very little details have been released. It was a vague PR. Also would like to hear more about the vodka deal as no one knows at all what percentage of revenues HBRM is receiving from this deal so there is no way of knowing if they are netting any cash at all or just using it for advertising purposes only which is ok but certainly does not replace income revenue by any means.
Oh I am quite pleased with the recent gains the last few days and have commented favorably about it as well. Question is are they sustainable so as to establish new base for further upward movement or is it merely a hype driven pump on some decent news from HBRM that will fizzle at some point and then drop back quickly as volume tails off awaiting further news?
Selling volume has surpassed the buying volume so where is the upside that you see?
Sell volume percentage is way up though compared to last 2 days.
The only thing she forgot to mention to her investors was what percentage of gross sales revenues will HBRM be receiving. This is a very basic fundamental that should be disclosed in my opinion so you can make an informed decision about your investment with HBRM.
I'd prefer a brick house built on fundamentals.
I agree with the first part of your statement and hope you are right for the second part.
My sell point and stop limit are in place. This is a house of cards right now in my opinion.
I am not trying to create doubt but bring a reality check to the hype. HBRM needs revenue sources in order to stop the dilution. If they are not receiving a decent percentage from this deal then the dilution continues right in order for them to have some working capital? Is that what you prefer? Not me.
Yes, it would certainly help bolster some of this momentum gain if some news will real substance behind it such as large quantity of new orders to other merchants for the vodka or something. Kamasutra has been around for several years with that bottle design already so they should have the distribution channels already locked in and just adding a new product should not be that hard. Seems like they are in a testing phase to see if it sells first before increasing production (I Hope).
What percentage of gross sales revenues will HBRM be receiving in the vodka deal they have with Kamasutra/Bismark?
Seems to have hit a resistance wall...pullback time? is the pump done?
What percentage of the gross sales revenue will HBRM be receiving in their vodka deal with Kamasustra/Bismark?
have you been to the office and verified that they are in fact operating out of there? Hired top brass? Who is this? The financials from the company say there are only 2 full time employee's.
Good advise,,,,thanks
Mr. Krimes, to answer your question, no we do not know the costs involved but it is safe to assume that Kamasutra/Bismark is absorbing most of those costs because HBRM has little liquid capital. It would then be safe to speculate that Kam/Bis will also get most of the sales revenues from the product. As long as HBRM can get some of that pie it is a good thing. They need revenue sources rather then diluting the SS.
