Here is a repsonse I received from the attorney with the Texas SOS. I have not checked lately to see if they complied.
It appears from their website and the Nevada Secretary of State that they have a San Antonio, TX office address. As a result, unless they meet one of the exemptions from registering in Texas listed in 9.251 of the BOC they may have to register with this office. We will send the company a letter requesting that they register or provide us with reasons they should not register with this office.

Henri Hornby also has a securities violation as indicated on PACER. Bill Gray lost Discovernet through Chapter 7, then recreated it as Wireless Wisconsin and had someone else register it for him in Wisconsin.
I just read the press release available to the public.

Then the press release should reflect the same information provided within the purchase agreement, otherwise that is publicizing false and misleading information. And, as you are sure to point out, there has never been false or misleading information disseminated by MediaG3 or any of its incarnations.
There is a button at the top of the page you can click to correct errors. If the information is false, then maybe you could update it to reflect correct data.

These two people are involved with Assured Equities, along with Imperial Wireless founder Leroy Anderson, Robert Shafer and Esther Yribar. They were both "managers" along with Val in the early days of Imperial Wireless.

I say, "supposedly," because the press release claims one thing, but current available information shows different.
SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Competitive Companies, Inc. "CCI" (OTCBB: CCOP), www.cci-us.com announced today that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Wytec International, Inc
USPTO still shows MediaG3 as assignees of the Wytec patents. Transaction history only shows the updating of fees that Val Westergard was remiss in keeping current.
For clarification of what complete means:
com·plete (km-plt)
adj. com·plet·er, com·plet·est
1. Having all necessary or normal parts, components, or steps; entire: a complete meal.
2. Botany Having all principal parts, namely, the sepals, petals, stamens, and pistil or pistils. Used of a flower.
3. Having come to an end; concluded.
4. Absolute; total: "In Cairo I have seen buildings which were falling down as they were being put up, buildings whose incompletion was complete" (William H. Gass).
5.
a. Skilled; accomplished: a complete musician.
b. Thorough; consummate: a complete coward.
6. Football Caught in bounds by a receiver: a complete pass.
tr.v. com·plet·ed, com·plet·ing, com·pletes
1. To bring to a finish or an end: She has completed her studies.
2. To make whole, with all necessary elements or parts: A second child would complete their family.
3. Football To throw (a forward pass) so as to be caught by a receiver.
[Middle English complet, from Latin compltus, past participle of complre, to fill out : com-, intensive pref.; see com- + plre, to fill; see pel-1 in Indo-European roots.]
com·pletely adv.
com·pleteness n.
com·pletive adj.
Synonyms: complete, close, end, finish, conclude, terminate
These verbs mean to bring or come to a natural or proper stopping point. Complete and finish suggest the final stage in an undertaking: "Nothing worth doing is completed in our lifetime" (Reinhold Niebuhr). "Give us the tools, and we will finish the job" (Winston S. Churchill).
Close applies to the ending of something ongoing or continuing: The band closed the concert with an encore.
End emphasizes finality: We ended the meal with fruit and cheese.
Conclude is more formal than complete and close: The author concluded the article by restating the major points.
Terminate suggests reaching an established limit: The playing of the national anthem terminated the station's broadcast for the night.
It also indicates the dissolution of a formal arrangement: The firm terminated my contract yesterday.
Usage Note: Complete is sometimes considered absolute like perfect or chief, which is not subject to comparison. Nonetheless, it can be qualified as more or less, for example. A majority of the Usage Panel accepts the example His book is the most complete treatment of the subject. See Usage Note at absolute.
1. $17.5 million in revenue. A complete fabrication
http://www.indeed.com/cmp/Imperial-Wireless
2. Claims to provide services in US, Canada, Mexico, Europe and internationally (I guess Canada, Mexico and Europe aren't international).
http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=62400265
Another complete fabrication
3. Contradictory statements in each. One says started in 2002 and the other 2009. It was started by Leroy Anderson in 2002/2003. Then in 2004, the other 14 became involved. In the overkill of managers is the name, Val Westergard.
4. Leroy Anderson has a company called Assured Equities Income. Some of the same players with IW are with this company, which states it does business "to aquire, improve, manage, operate, and dispose of shares of stock and stock options." (Idaho SoS)
5. Any press release dealing with Imperial Wireless and Val Westergard has proven to be false and/or misleading.
And, the list goes on and on and on and on....
It is like Henri Hornby, the original man behind Competitive Companies Inc., that is now supposedly doing something with MediaG3 through William "Bill" Gray. Hornby was a defendant in a SEC case. I notice MediaG3 still lists GlobeTrack Wireless. Lest we forget that dynamic duo....
http://www.stopcokermadsen.com/
Because the classic pump and dump scheme is when said company suddenly changes directions. But, i don't just think the name "MediaG3" is attached to fraudulent ventures, I believe Imperial Wireless has a suspect history as well, and as we know, that is current because that is Val Westergard.
Back when MediaG3 was an email company, before it was hooked up with Chilmark Entertainment, which got pegged by the SEC.

Using jus1's own descriptions of the supposed client named Stan who has a business near the Boise airport and is some how involved with security, I began searching all security type companies in Boise. This included home security systems as wells as security guard training. I narrowed it down to one business that was closest to the airport. I found a buisness with two names, Boise Home Security Systems and ADT Home Alarm Systems. Using google maps, if I clicked on the Boise Home Security Systems, it took me to an ADT website. I then checked the address and discovered it is a home. The SOS does not list an ADT Home Alarm Systems nor the Boise Home Security Systems as registered businesses.

Mergers and aquisitions.

And, I am curious as to why the vehicle they were in was full of equipment. Does that mean I would have to pack around alot of stuff to use (iWiFi, Imperial Wireless, WiMax King, A2 or A4) service when I go mobile?
I contacted both the Meridian and Boise mayor's offices in reference to MediaG3, MeshGlobal, Val Westergard and John Lehne The Boise office said I was not the first request for information about these companies and people. They said they had never heard of these companies nor knew of Val or John and that emphatically there was none or will be relationship of some kind between the city of Boise and Val's or John's follies. I got the same response from the Meridian mayor. I have no reseason to suspect these mayors are keeping hush-hush. If there was to be some kind of relationship, a bidding process would have to take place first anyway.
Just like all the statements here in this letter to reel in investors?
Making MediaG3 (MDGC) Simple to understand for potential investors

People are having a hard time getting their arms around MediaG3 and I
think that is somewhat intentional by the company. In my opinion, there
are huge companies out there that would love to squash MediaG3 by
stealing the technology and replicate what the company has created and
are working on in their labs. That is why MediaG3 has decided to not put
out any more information than they absolutely have to. So, you are
going to find it difficult to put all of the pieces together.
To put it simply...
* MediaG3 will have its own wireless network.
* MediaG3's wireless network will operate at speeds no one else has
* MediaG3 has technology that is being put into The Perfect Phone that
is far ahead of anything out there due to its Processor, Memory,
Antenna, Operating System, Apps, and tuned-harmony of parts
* Ancillary products and service from our Partners
I can't make it any simpler than that. Don't expect a blueprint with it
all laid out from the company as they are highly suspicious of large
company's clandestine attacks.
On one other front I would
like to clear up speculation...we no longer are rolling out networks
with Clearwire. The speculation about MediaG3 being a part of
Clearwire's roll-out in other cities is erroneous. If you don't
understand this then refer to my first bullet point above. However, let
their be no confusion, we do work with all of the major wireless
companies (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile) we are just not
providing the technology for Clearwire. Our phones will work on their
systems. However, our phone works best on our much-faster system.
Also, I do not expect the shares to be in the dollars this year. I do
expect it some-day. I see MDGC shares as a Strong Buy and a Long-Term
hold.
Sincerely,
Charles D

http://www.charlesd.net/showthread.php/1220-MediaG3-will-revolutionize-the-world/page58
The above is from my investor friend Charles D. His suggestions have made me some good money and the way that he words things is very easy for those outside of the respected industry to understand. If you haven't checked on on MDGC since last week then you missed an incredible chance to BUY. Many of us watched a profit taking starting last Thursday morning and continued into early Monday morning. Then the rebound began. MediaG3 moved up fairly quickly and closed above the 200 day moving average (bullish).ÂÂ
Today while following bread crumbs based on comments from senior shareholders in MDGC, it would seem that Val Westergard, CEO of MediaG3, has a history with Micron http://www.micron.com and has worked with them in the past. They are based in Idaho near the offices of MediaG3. Keep a close eye on the relationship between these two companies.ÂÂ
You may also want to watch for developments between MediaG3 and Samsung. MediaG3 tweets about Samsung phones and have used pictures of Samsung phones in newsletters and on their website. I have a hunch there may be something behind this. Purely speculation on my part but I believe we will see some real meat in the future PR's. Stay tuned and good luck.
This press release says there was a successful service launch. Does not say there will be a launch. In fact, it goes on to say there was an initial successul launch in Boise. The wording here implies that service is available and that they were successful.
"SANTA CLARA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/05/09 -- MediaG3, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MDGC), is pleased to report the progress on the Company's developing WIMAX service roll-out strategy in the United States.
MediaG3 announces that the Company's expansion plan is advancing according to expectation. Recently, the Company announced a successful service launch in Keizer and Salem, Oregon, and following the initial successful launch in Boise, Idaho."
Here is another one that says subscribers are demanding services. Again the phraseology implies there are currently customers using the service.
"Imperial Wireless is excited to bring its IW4G WiMax Super Fast Mobile Broadband and Internet Phone Services to Portland, Oregon residents, businesses, students and mobile professionals the super fast mobile Internet experience they're used to having at home or the office, anywhere around town or on the go," said Val Westergard, Chairman, MediaG3, Inc. "We're pleased to provide this community a valuable new category of Internet service designed to make people's lives more enjoyable and more productive, wherever they happen to be in our coverage area."
Joseph L. Anzalone, President & COO, had this to add: "Our service roll-out is gaining momentum as anticipated, and in many cases, ahead of expectations as subscribers are demanding the broadband services to meet their growing appetite for internet service without limits. Our strategy is to build our presence in every underserved market in the country and show the consumer an unbeatable combination of next generation broadband and mobile internet services at highly competitive prices."
Here is one about the Aerius phones. Clearly states the phones are available.
"MediaG3 is very excited to offer Aerius equipped products that show increased battery life and range in smart phones and mobile devices," said Val Westergard, MediaG3's chairman and CEO. "Aerius products clearly demonstrate greatly improved performance that will give us a very clear advantage to offer the world's mobile device market."
So, you are right in the fact no dates given. But, as seen with these three press releases, dates didn't need to be given because they claim service is already available.
Will this be like the China rollout and Oregon rollout?
"...doth protest too much, me thinks."
Think you meant pillaged. Anyway, blame has been placed on previous principles of MediaG3. One name has remained a constant though, Ray Powers. According to a press release from May 2009, Ray Powers joined MediaG3 while William Yuan and Joseph Anazlone drove the ship.
http://us.generation-nt.com/mediag3-appoints-ray-powers-ph-board-directors-press-1518231.html
According to MediaG3 website, he is still a principle with the company.
According to the Idaho SOS, Val Westergard did not become involved with MediaG3 until August 2009. This was when Imperial Wireless (a simple reseller of Clearwire services) merged with MediaG3.
http://www.aboutus.org/A2Access.com
According to the Idaho SOS office, Val does not appear in control until April 2010. The business is then administratively revoked in November 2010. MediaG3 does not become a business of good standing until March 2011. At that time, Val is the only director, ceo, president, etc. listed.
Not sure why there is this obsession with John Griffith unless someone posting here is him. Interesting that John Griffith's profile has suddenly been removed from lead411 website. Not a problem, I ALWAYS copy amd paste website pages instead of just keeping links, that way I always have a hard copy when I conduct due diligence and investigations. So, here for easy perusal is the website page showing what John Griffith posted. If there are claims of him lying, it does not surprise me. Who with MediaG3 has ever told a truth? The point of my post was not to show John Griffith, but to show that MediaG3 follows the profile of the classic pump and dump by drastically changing its focus and that some of the same players currently pulling the strings were pullling the strings under a different quise in the past.

Val Westergard: three current tax liens listed with Idaho SOS; numerous personal judgments; one judgment includes himself and MediaG3 (can be cound at the Idaho Repository ); two current lawsuits filed against Val Westergard and MediaG3 (can be found on Pacer).
John Lehne: named in judgment along with Val and MediaG3. Has several nebulous companies as seen on Idaho SOS pages.
Ray Powers: judgments, bankruptcies and associations with several current and former pinky stocks that are all linked together. Pacer and his own bio reveal some of this information.
Lino Morris: two cases on Pacer. One he was defendant in a securities/commodities case involving a trust; and the other he and a relative (Irina Firth Morris) were defendants in a racketeering case filed under RICO Act.

Fact: Val Westergard has at least 19 documented court cases in the Idaho Repository, including failure to pay bills resulting in judgments
Fact: The name MediaG3 has been associated with pink sheet scams since the early 2000s
Fact: Not one press release issued by MediaG3 since its inception has come to realization, including while under the leadership of Val Westergard.
Fact: Bill Gray and Ray Powers have both been involved with shell companies and have also had to file Chapter 7 more than once.
Albeit, these are negative factors, but should not be considered "bashing." Sometimes the truth hurts.
I have already shown where all these facts are found. Not going to repost them.
Think it would be best to follow the steps here.

A few questions:
How come there is no video of the actual login process?
How did you connect in the garage? You use an air card or did you have a password and login for the (Imperial Wireless, iWiFi, Wimax King, MediaG3, etc) that allowed to login?
How come no video of the customer and his office space showing the equipment and the login process?
There are many companies with those speeds or even higher, by not showing any login process, there is no proof you were using any of Val's incarnations of wireless service.
Where is the video of Zayo's fiber?
As for the office space, warehouse amd antennas; these have all been shown before in the infamous Boise Project video. These are not beneficial photos though. True DD would have been a more informative video, not just rehashed useless info. Very disappointing in my opinion and only solidified my opinion that the original Wytec patents were bogus (anyone can get something patented. A patent does not mean the invention is necessarily a viable product). Wytec was failing and they get some tech patented and sold off and then the company goes away. Just read the patent transaction history to understand the morphosis of this very old scam.
