Walrus & Test Pilot,
I'm waiting for that DAY! Thanks guys for alleviating my anxiety ...........
Walrus & Test Pilot
How’s the investor to profit big, when u have a company like armistice selling millions of shares? Wouldn’t this put a dampener on the share price? Especially since they can buy millions more shares at any time! I just want to see the investor get their fair profits…….:
Walrus
Thanks for the info. From another post it was mentioned that citadel owned millions of shares from Coretec for services/money. Do you know of anyone else who can dump shares as such? Hopefully there’s only one. I just don’t want Coretec to go down the road of toxic financing if things go south! We don’t need a R/S either. Praying for a partnership announcement soon……..
Walrus
What about Citadel? They have millions of shares too! This type of financing is toxic. It only hurts the investors…….
Test Pilot, Quick Shift, & Walrus
How well does Coretec’s CHS silicon handle extreme temperatures? The current EV’s batteries aren’t handling the extreme cold temperatures. I know that Coretec’s CHS is in liquid form. But will it freeze in extreme weather.I searched online and found no data. That would be one of the hurdles for the Endurion battery. Hopefully we will have news soon….
Test Pilot
Someone is dumping again! Is this going to be the picture with every increase of share price ? Frustrating! How long is it going to take to finalize new company developments? I feel that management should do an investors call only for now. Then do the webinar once finalized. I hope for news before January ends……
Interesting read: 8 automakers report increased 2023 sales, continue EV focus into 2024

Recent reports of Q4 2023 and total year sales show eight automakers saw increases, and reached several records despite inflationary pressures and supply chain issues.
Subaru said it saw 17 consecutive months of increased sales which included a 1.8% year-over-year (YoY) increase in December and a 13.6% calendar year increase.
The Subaru Outback was the most sold and increased 10% over 2022. The Solterra EV completed its first full year of sales with 8,872 vehicles sold.
In August, Subaru executives told investors during the OEM’s Q2 that it aims for battery electric vehicles (BEVs) to make up 50% of its total vehicle sales by 2030, which was 10% higher than its previous target, to compete not only in the automotive industry but others that are now involved in vehicle manufacturing. Subaru said reaching the goal would require reorganizing its production structure and beginning U.S. production of BEVs in 2027.
Despite Ford pulling back $12 billion on its electric vehicle (EV) sales goals after a $1.3 billion Q3 loss, the OEM says it finished the year with record sales during Q4, up 24% compared to Q3 and 18% for the year.
Ford attributed its Q4 sales growth to its EV pickup truck, the F-150 Lightning, and the electric Mustang Mach-E. Sales of the Lightning were up 74% during the quarter. Mach-E sales increased by 3% for the year, which was the best year of sales since it came to market in 2021.
“In a year of challenges, from a labor strike to supply issues, our amazing lineup of gas, electric, and hybrid vehicles and our fantastic dealers delivered solid growth and momentum,” said Jim Farley, Ford president and CEO. “We have the products that customers want. I am especially proud Ford remained the No. 2 EV brand in America and our next-gen, digitally advanced new EVs are on the way.”
Ford hybrid sales increased 55% during Q4 and 25% for the year.
General Motors reported a YoY sales increase of 14%. Chevrolet saw an increase of 6%, Cadillac 9%, Buick 61%, and GMC 9%. However, during Q4, Chevrolet, Cadillac, and GMC sales were down. GM attributed GMC’s 31% decrease to the impact the UAW strike had on commercial deliveries.
GM scaled back on its EV production and sales goals by Q3, including its 100,000 EV target for the second half of 2023 and a separate 400,000 EVs goal it hoped to meet by the first half of this year. However, the year ended with record combined sales of Bolt EVs and Bolt EUVs, which were up 63%. Hummer EV sales also increased 74% between Q3 and Q4.
BMW sales increased 9% YoY and 6% for the quarter. Combined sales of its four BEV models increased 65.4% during the quarter and made up 12.5% of sales for the year. Plug-in hybrid EVs made up 19.5% of sales for the year. MINI’s sales increased 13.5% for the year.
In October, the BMW Group said it had begun accelerating its e-mobility efforts and reliance on regional supply chains in line with its “local for local” principle to source components, like battery cells, close to vehicle production plants. It plans to gradually localize the supply chain for primary materials.
Honda reported that sales were up 33% for the year. Its electrified models set an all-time sales record with CR-V and Accord hybrids combining representing over one-quarter of Honda brand sales.
Honda’s goal is to work toward carbon neutrality by 2050 through continued product electrification, a “proactive approach” to increase the use of hydrogen as an energy carrier and expand its hydrogen business, according to the automaker early last year.
Honda plans to begin production of a fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV), based on the CR-V, this year. Sales will begin at 2,000 units per year and increase in stages, eventually reaching 60,000 units in 2030, Honda said.
Audi also hit a record — best-ever new car sales. Q4 was up 12% and 22% for the year.
“We’re proud to deliver Audi of America’s best year ever,” said Daniel Weissland, Audi of America president. “Demand for our premium BEV vehicles is stronger than ever, and our momentum will continue into 2024 as we grow our market share with exciting products and experiences.”
During Q4 2023, Audi opened a new vehicle safety center in Germany that it said would be its “most important development facility” in passive safety. The Audi Vehicle Safety Center is capable of performing tests that currently exceed safety requirements in many of the OEM’s markets, according to Audi.
Nissan sales increased 23.2% in 2023 and 5.6% during the quarter. The highest model sales increase for the year was the Rogue, up 45.6%. For the quarter, Kicks saw the highest increase at 71%.
In September, Nissan announced it plans to only sell EVs in Europe beginning in 2030. Its net neutrality goal is slated for 2050.
Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) sales for the year were up 6.6% and 15.4% for the quarter. TMNA Sales Executive Vice President Jack Hollis said Toyota is ramping up sales of 22 new, refreshed, or special edition vehicles this year, including more sedans and electrified options.
Toyota plans to have an EV option available for every U.S. Toyota and Lexus by the end of 2025. Twenty-six are currently available in between the Toyota and Lexus brands. EV sales accounted for 29.2% of TMNA’s total 2023 sales.
Toyota plans to triple its EV target by producing 600,000 per year beginning in 2025.
Volvo reported an all-time high global sales record of nearly 709,000 for 2023, which included a 15% increase over 2022. The record was the result of the OEM’s EV options and a more stabilized supply chain, Volvo said. Sales of fully electric vehicles increased by 70% over 2022, and plug-in hybrids by 10%.
U.S. sales for 2023 were nearly 129,000, a 26% YoY increase. Recharge cars accounted for 28% of the sales. The XC60 was the top-selling model with nearly 229,000 sold worldwide.
In December, Volvo announced it would use near-zero emission primary and recycled sheet steel in an upcoming car program to put “purchasing power behind emerging clean technologies that will support the shift to near-zero emission aluminum.”
Quick Shift & Test Pilot,
Thanks for the info guys! I plan on holding my 500,000 shares for sure! So I’ll take partnership or buy out! As long as the share price is increasing to dollars. …….
Test Pilot
Ok thanks for the info. I’m just curious about who’s dumping shares every time the share price goes up. You would think that the person would wait until the stock reached dollar land. But on the other hand, this person or company has 75million shares. They will be staying around for sure. I just want investors to receive their fair share of any profits with Coretec……..
Test Pilot & quick Shift
I found only one news article on Coretec’s deal with private company for 6 million dollars on March 2021. I assume that it is Citadel. Anyway Citadel received 75 million shares common stock in exchange of 6 million dollars. Citadel could also buy up to $85 million shares @ .08 cents with expiration of 51/2years. So Citadel will continue dumping shares depressing our share price! I just pray that no R/S happens to investors. ………
Test Pilot,
Do you think it’s a partnership for the Endurion battery or c-space? I’m betting it’s the battery! So I decided to buy 50,000 shares. I’m ready for this penny stock to POP!……
Test Pilot, Quick Shift, & Walrus,
Fox News reported that Ford lost 4.9billion on EV’s last year! If Coretec is going to shake up the EV battery industry ., now is the time! Praying for a partnership or buy out! Let’s go CRTG…….
Quick Shift & Test Pilot,
Yes I agree that postponing the call isn’t good. But the reason is finalizing new corporate developments. Could this be a partnership finalization? I sure hope so! But the share price may decrease below penny level with this postponement. It has to be something big for them to cancel the call. We can only wait and see in a couple weeks. I’ll be emotionally eating while I wait! 😂 LOL…….
Test pilot & Quick Shift,
I'm praying there's significant battery data revealed in the call. That would dampen the lack of a partnership announcement. But my concern is that of funding for Coretec. Management & employees have to be paid along with other bill I know that Corete c is a small company. But they have to be more transparent to the world. Maybe Ford will come through with the testing of the battery. Hanging on & long.........
Quick Shift,
I have to agree with you on the next upcoming investors call. I don’t think they have a partnership announcement. I sent another email to them. In it I told them that investors sentiment isn’t great & to expect a loss of investors if there’s no partnership!! But like my other emails, they will not respond….I pray that I’m wrong for I need this stock to explode for medical reasons……..

Test Pilot, quick Shift, & Walrus,
I found this interesting article on Flow batteries. Do you guys know anything about these batteries? This is why Coretec needs to pick up the pace. Or else risk be left behind…..
Test Pilot,
Is there anyway to find out how many shares was paid to Citadel? I hope there’s an end to their dumping of shares. This just hurts investors in the long run. But I’m trying to stay positive for the upcoming call. Praying for a partnership & great news………
I totally agree! We need news of a completed battery & partnerships! Not milestones & continued testing of the battery! From a previous PR , CEO said the battery more than met expectations in energy density.. Beating Coretec’s competition. So they have a battery. Let’s commercialize it for Pete’s sake! Bring in revenue & partnerships! But we shall see in a few days the game plan ……
Test Pilot,
Looks like someone is dumping shares again! Something that we don’t need at this time! I hope there’s an end in sight. Good Grief……
Test Pilot,
I'm holding off on buying shares. I vs got the feeling that there will not be a partnership announcement yet. #1 CEO went from webinar to now an investors call. #2 PR mentioned the same description of milestones & commercialization. #3 CEO didn't leave the hint of news before year end. Yet management only mentions the continued testing of the battery. I pray that I am wrong! I want this to succeed enormously! I need the money for medical reasons. I guess we will see on the 11th. Happy New Year Everyone for a prosperous 2024...........
Test Pilot,
I'm wondering if Coretec has a partnership lined up or not right now. The CEO said that there would be a hint of news before year end. But now we have an investors call in January on the 11th with no hint of news. It may very well be another month or two before an announcement is made by management. I hope not for company funding is running out in 3 months! I have to believe there's a financial back up plan in place. Coretec is so near to commercialize CHS Endurion Battery & C-Space! 2024 is the year of success for Coretec & Investors! Happy New Years Everyone.................
TWA
Coretec has 2 products: Endurian battery & c-Space! I still believe in them. However i ok do get frustrated with management. Especially when they do repeated calls or webinars going over milestones! Just give me the update on progress period & a timeline. I don’t believe that the CEO is crooked in any way. I’m not an expert in battery engineering. So maybe I’m being impatient. But funding is concerning me. But if management isn’t concerned, then maybe I shouldn’t be concerned. Apparently they are in the know about potential partnerships & possibly government funding too. But im not buying another share until I see progress in action……….
Walrus & Test Pilot
I’m disappointed with this PR. We don’t need another rehash on milestones! Too much TALK and no ACTION! Now there’s this talk about a fuel cell! Please just finish the BATTERY! Where’s the year end announcement! I will not buy another share until there’s action! I pray there’s a partnership announcement for funding is very low! ……..
Walrus & Test Pilot,
I hope that Coretec has finished the battery testing & collected all data for this presentation. Time is ticking guys. Next year our nation may have a new president. A president who is not into green energy. I would hate to see any set backs. I know that there are other avenues for CHS batteries. I pray that CEO gives us great news before year end…

It's been a long time since posting to you. I'm still alive with My interstitial lung disease. Can you tell me if aviptadil is dead or alive? Last I heard was that India was treating covid patients with it successfully. That trials were going on in Europe. My pulmonologist are saying that all medications have been exhausted for my condition. So I'm back to stem cell therapy. But it's so expensive! I was hoping that aviptadil would make a come back. But reading a couple of posts tell me that dilution & RSare on your horizon. I hate to see that happen to you guys. I've been through 3 RS which were brutal! I now only have 1 penny stock. It's on the verge of being the only highest energy dense battery worldwide for Electric Vehicls. Ford has lined up to test the battery out. So I'm hopeful for 2024 to be prosperous. I need the money to fund my stem cells until newer drugs are on the market. Wishing you all Happy Holidays.......Pegs
Test Pilot,
GM announced today that they are laying off 13000 workers. Reason being that consumers aren’t buying electric vehicles. Dealerships are dealing with lack of EV sales and stock pile buildup of EV’s. I question what is the government doing about the electrical grid in supporting EV’s? None of this matters unless there’s a powerful electric grid to charge the EV”s. ……..
Test Pilot,
Do you know if Coretec applied for government funding for the battery? The team needs to finish this testing up of the battery. I would imagine that the government would require a finished prototype for funding. It’s great that the team has been able to build up the battery more so with silicon. I just don’t want for problems with safety to occur. Coretec doesn’t need a set back on the battery. Especially since funding is low. How long would it take for a partnership to be legit? 6 months? Year? Hopefully looking forward to a partnership announcement in 2024!……..

Once Endurion battery is completed, I hope that Coretec gives samples of the CHS to other big automakers (Tesla) & battery manufacturers . Word of mouth & webinars aren’t It doesn’t look like the battery will be completed this month. Maybe we will get a webinar before Christmas. But I’m not going to hold my breath……,,
Test Pilot, Walrus, & Quick Shift,
I heard on Fox News that 3000 auto Dealerships signed a petition against Biden’s mandate for EV’s by 2035. They said their inventory is building up with downed sales of EV’s. Fox News also said that it takes 20-40 minutes to charge at a cost equivalent of gasoline @ $17/gallon. They didn’t say the total price for charging up a EV. Coretec needs to get this battery on the market pronto! We need news or an investors call from the CEO on the battery ………

I heard on Fox News that Connecticut governor withdraws electric car mandate. Reason being questions on the electrical grid & questions on improvement of electric grid. They said that Bidens mandate to have EV’s by 2035 is extreme !! They also said that automakers are slowing down on EV production.. I believe that EV’s will be more accepted once the cost decreases for consumers…….,,

Thanks for the info. If there’s a buyout for Coretec, do you think the share price will be in single or double digits? I’m hoping that Coretec will be listed on the nasdaq should this occur. Praying that Coretec completes Endurion battery next month……..
Quick Shift & Test Pilot,
I’m concerned about Coretec’s share price & funds for next year too. I hope that we get some great news next month. Thanks for the info guys!……
Test Pilot, Walrus, & Quick Shift,
I received an email for investment letter on the “Forever Battery “. I did some digging & discovered it’s a lithium metal anode battery developed by QuantumScape. Are you familiar of it ? They claim higher energy density with faster charging time of 15 minutes. Also claim that a EV can go thousand miles on one charge. They said that Volkswagen is going to sell EV’s with this battery in 2024. Tesla is also on board with this battery supposedly. This battery is supposed to be much cheaper too. Their battery also doesn’t have dendritic formation due to their ceramic plate layer. I think that’s their sei layer if I’m not mistaken. Can Coretec’s battery beat them? I do realize that Coretec has competition in the battery market. But this worries me. Appreciate your input…..
Test Pilot
Do you know when the next webinar will be? I couldn’t find anything about it on Coretec’s website. Thanks 🙏

Test Pilot,
I would like an investors call. For I have questions about funding , time line for Endurion & c-space commercialization, uplisting to Nasdaq, etc. I feel that CEO is limited moreso in what he can say on webinars………
