Stanley did a 180 on me. He stated monday s-1 would be out next week. Yesterday he stated that the new york law firm no longer works for katx. They are looking for new financing and new lawyers. Investors of katx will be smoking mad next week when they find out Gusrae and Nusbaum no longer work for katx and they spent 600k on them for nothing. firm Gusrae and Nausbaum no longer work for katx. He stated that
it would take six months to get the katx back on its feet. This is depressing news. Also he said that we would likely be one company rather than the two companies that the old law firm proposed. Katx paid them 600,000.00 dollars and left us all hanging! We not good at all!
