How much in black sand did we gather? Is this clear
nice call!
i expected a little more today.
the problem is i don't have much more to through at it.
Maybe Toby had his hand in this?
Definitely unexpected news when we all thought Albania was out of the picture.
It is definitely game on. I guess if we want more shares we will be chasing the share price now.
They could definitely prove to be bigger and wider of a company than we expected.
Gold to hit 2200oz.

After the November elections, expect another debt-ceiling crisis. Expect more talk of a U.S. credit rating downgrade. Debates will rage about extending the tax cuts put in place during the administration of President George W. Bush, which are due to expire at the end of the year.
Gold, once again, will serve as the haven. All of this will contribute to a move up in gold prices to as high as $2,200 an ounce.
Along the way, other factors will also contribute to a rebound in gold, now almost 20% off its 2011 high. Central banks around the world will maintain loose monetary policies, which support gold prices, because they create fears about currency debasement and inflation. Negative real interest rates will help too, since this leads people out of cash and into gold in search of higher returns.
Middle East CHATTER sounds like music to my ears!!!!
Is this CHATTER from a reliable source?

The future of wind power in the U.K. Take a look see...
The North Sea has winds often exceeding 90 mph and is therefore ideal for the generation of wind power. Hundreds of wind turbines produce now electricity off the coast of the North Sea and send it onshore to connect with grids and power homes and businesses in the United Kingdom, Germany and Denmark. Thousands more are planned for the next 15 years, and it would seem that bigger will be better as far as wind turbine makers are concerned. The U.K. government aims to install 32GW in offshore wind capacity between 2015 and 2025. That’s more than 10 times the offshore capacity currently installed in the entire world. The U.K. Carbon Trust estimates the offshore wind market will be worth $52 billion by 2020.
How is wind created?
Uneven heating of the Earth’s surface by the sun causes the wind. The warmer air in some places rises. The resulting low pressure area draws in cooler air.
Wind patterns are affected by the spin of the planet, weather patterns, and terrain.
Wind energy potential increases very rapidly with increasing wind speed. If fact, if wind speed doubles the energy content goes up by a factor of eight.
The future of large wind systems.
Large wind turbines have gotten much bigger and much less expensive in the last 15 years. They can already produce electricity less expensively than power from coal or nuclear power plants. Some experts expect large wind turbines to be the least expensive way to produce electricity within ten years.
That’s may take.
He is smartly going forward.
I would like to think the Dubai boys will convince him in due time.
I have been doing my share of that.
I have over 100,000 shares and added to it 2 weeks ago.
This is going up regardless IMO.
Looking forward to the new year and details of ongoing projects.
Please do your share and paint this at the end of the day..
lol
Thinking out loud…
How would Mr. Wilson benefit by handing over Seawind international?
It seems Mr. Wilson is in a pretty good position.
For instance any project that 3 Power needs Seawind Int. expertise he can provide that service being on both sides of the fence?
What will it take for 3Power Group procure Seawind International?
Maybe they have it who knows?
This Barazilian government program is supposed to end in 2011. The biomass part of 3power must come from activity in South America. Check out pages 25~

by 2013 Brazil’s energy matrix will be receiving 5.3 GW of wind power. Investments should exceed US$15bn and will be made by the private sector through federal government incentives distributed through a program called Proinfa, dedicated to promoting alternative energy.

Sevendoubler, Any idea how much investment it would take to finance 1GW of clean power?
Welcome to the board Garyst. This is a pretty good board to follow. There are many good people that post excellent DD. I don’t post much but like to follow daily. Many new faces today I hope they buy and hold..
I hope so….then the actual common share float would still be around 12M….Based on my memory….
I’m a long holding many shares an I’m extremely excited where this company is headed.
However, based on the PR are they diluting shares? Can any of the moderators clarify?
Thanks in advance…..
NEW YORK, Dec. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- 3Power Energy Group Inc. ("3Power" and "the Company") (OTCBB: PSPW) (Frankfurt: PSD) is pleased to announce that it concluded settlement agreements with the bulk of historical debts creditors from share holders and service providers to convert their debts into equity in 3Power by issue of new shares and warrants
This timing sucks..I was going to add tomorrow…this will cost me….
Now i see it. It would be nice to not have to put a fresh coat of paint on this at the end of each day.
what did we close at? i see 0.32?
Hey James thanks for posting these updates. Now that they are current what do you expect to happen next? Do you think a buy out is coming?
I would like to see 3 Power update their web site. That seems pretty simple right? Has anyone tried to contact Toby or do they have lips sealed?
This board is great with a lot of good supporters that discuss key topics. However, i posted roughly a year ago that board leader is missing?
O'well you all bring more to the table than me.
Thanks
Rook,
Don’t forget about potential dividends.
I hope all the little guy’s win one!!
GO PSPW
Tiso_us,
Bring me up to speed on what you are thinking or trying to say.
Are you adding to the discussion a couple of days ago about the privatization “what if “scenario’s?
I’m a little slow so you will have to educate me…
BTW is it interesting that PSPW would be noted below???? What is your theory??
The detail below was some detail regarding PSD privatization structure?
1.Why is my Puget Energy stock no longer listed on the NYSE?
As a result of the merger with a group of long-term investors (Puget Holdings), Puget Energy is no longer a publicly traded company. All Puget Energy common shares were liquidated on Feb. 6, 2009 when the common stock was delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.
2.Can I exchange my Puget Energy common stock for shares in the new company?
No. Puget Energy is now a privately held company with no publicly traded common stock.
3.What happens to my Puget Energy common stock?
Under the terms of the merger agreement, all outstanding shares of Puget Energy (NYSE: PSD) were converted into a right to receive $30 per share in cash, without interest. Within four weeks of the Feb. 6, 2009 closing of the merger, you should have received at your addresses of record, either a:
•check for your shares at the merger consideration price ($30 per share) for “non-certificated shares” (also known as "electronic" or "book-entry" shares), OR
•Letter of Transmittal with instructions on how to exchange your stock certificates (physical shares) for the merger consideration price
I would love to hear more about tidal renewable energies. Does anyone know if Seawind has any technical development in this area. I have always been fascinated about capturing tidal energy.
We are stronger today than we were 6 months ago when we ran to $2.48.
Great find!!!! ….I like wear this is headed.
Any word on a Field Report any time soon?
To be honest I have a hard time determining the mood of my wife will wake up in or the side of the bed she will get up on.
I do like that Mr. Rahaman wants to meet my expectation and I hope he is aware that I have high expectations. Judging by his accomplishments he demands high expectations of himself so I think we will get along fine.
9/14/2011
“I believe that 3Power has the right business model and I’m eager to work with the management to support its activities. Mr. Bala is a colleague and we worked successfully together on other transactions. I am confident that we shall be able to meet the Company and shareholders expectations” Said Mr. Rahman.
The Company believes this to be a major step in enhancing its financial capabilities and in the provision of an alternative feasible credit line to finance the Company’s project pipeline.
Regarding a prediction ……..I trust Toby and I know he will release when he is fully prepared….. However If I must …..10/14 late or 10/17 late in trading hrs.
Can we expect black stand results this month?
JMO however, I suspect we will see financing greater than 50million.
I’m feeling 100million!
Any idea regarding the content?
In Dubai they are putting windmills on sky scrappers.
If you can dream it they have the money to make some of these dreams a reality.
I think seawind said they can put windmills at any location.
Maybe PSPW will have the opportunities to test their capabilities soon.
Could the Albania contracts still be within our reach?
If they liked what PSPW could bring to the table they may have given them some time to reestablish the financing. We have the financing NOW!!! However, regardless of that contract Falak Holding will open us up a new market with deep pockets. Hold On
Good to see that you are back. I really enjoy reading this core groups comments on a daily basis. So, If Rudanda is gone could the Albania contracts still be left hanging in the balance? Could it be possible that they would give PSPW a specified about of time to secure financing? Any Thoughts?
I want to see a photo of the black sand.. I have asked for details but no reply. Cork do you have any details on this?
Im sure its not accurate. Hope im wrong....
