Again I'm not sure what math you use but no one has been in MDMN for 18 years. Simple DD will tell you that.
Next week would be just fine by me but tomorrow would be even better. In the end it won't matter though. We have a deal and it will be announced in short order. Congratulations to all true longs. The day of reckoning is upon us and we will all be vindicated.
And pretty soon we will be bringing a 30+ year production mine to life. Can you say payday?
I'm not sure what calendar you use but mine says Thursday today which leaves one more day in this week. The partner is obviously not concerned with a particular day to announce or they would have done it during the World Copper Conference.
The deal is right on schedule to be announced. Mark this post, by COB on 4/23/2012 Medinah Minerals will have the first of many payments from our new consortium partners locked away in our bank account and ready to fire off a string of cash dividends. Congrats to all that have endured the pain. I have a feeling the pleasure monitor will be spiking very soon and some people are going to look really foolish.
He won't say anything because as long as we have the money it won't matter right away. Only those that don't believe we have a deal are hung up on the partners name because it will give them some sort of validation. The money validates the deal for all the longs that have been in this play for years and believe in management. But then again there aren't any longs that think this is a scam anyway...soooooo.
hang tight all. It's about to be real fun around here.
You've been asleep just long enough to wake up in time for the big announcement. Now hold tight because the big news is going to move the needle in a big way. At the very least your position should be held LONG in your account right?
One number that is totally accurate is the number of shares held by those that attended the SHM in Feb. Of the 400 people that attended the number was way higher than the o/s number. I'm pretty sure no one in attendance created fake brokerage statements just to get in to the meeting. Do the math, it's pretty simple.
Raymond James
That is correct. Nothing as in nothing. They continue to tell me that they are looking in to things but offer no time frame. They are a pretty big broker and not of the e trade type.
For what it's worth Super...my main broker HAS NOT credited my account with the dividend and frankly I don't see them putting themselves in a legal bind just to appease me. I work on the issue almost daily with them in the hopes of bringing the massive fraud to light.
I see that the wait is flushing out the weak hands. Perfect, as all of us longs will continue to hold our positions until after the announcement. You see the one common thread that the longs have is that we don't let ourselves get caught up on dates/times. MDMN is a high risk, high reward play.
LET ME REPEAT THAT MEDINAH MINERALS IS A HIGH RISK, HIGH REWARD PLAY!!!
If you have done any DD on the junior mining sector as a whole you would understand this concept. NOTHING happens over night in the junior mining/exploring category.
This category is not for the weak of heart regardless of the ticker symbol. MDMN will prove they are not a scammy pink sheet company very soon but those of us that do real DD know that already.
guy instinct?
Thank you for pointing out the dead links. Lets try this one...

If you look under the "Projects" tab you will find the reports that I am referencing. The ACA Howe report is chalk full of great data.
Here is that link...

I know what is under our mountain because I read the following reports. If there is anyone out there that is thinking about investing in MDMN then I would highly suggest you start with the below reports, none of which come from the good Doc.

If you go the official Medinah Minerals website and look under the "Projects" tab you will find a plethora of information NOT written by my dentist. If however you need a new dentist I would highly recommend Dr. Decosta. He has been working on my families teeth for over 20 years.
Here is the OFFICIAL website...enjoy

You are right Rick. My fingers got in front of my brain. Thanks for the correction. By all means lets keep the facts straight around here right. We wouldn't want to offer up any misinformation.
I guess that is where you and I differ then. I happen to know that the mountain is full of goodies, you don't and that is your conclusion but trust me that is your conclusion based on zero DD. 14 years ago the property was tiny. Now we have over 14 hectares. In case you need a reference that equates to a mountain the size of Detroit. Yeah, that big and that full of minerals. Bout to get paid yo!!!
Your are right again mr mong...the ore has not yet begun to flow from the LDM to Enami but my bet is that by the end of May we will have updates on said deliveries. Who knows we may even have an announcement on Lipangue by then as well.
Capital company equals the following
1) hauling ore from the LDM to Enami for smelting. Here is the official documentation from the Jan 30th update on the Medinah Minerlas website...
SHAREHOLDER UPDATE
January 30, 2012
Dear Medinah Shareholders:
Management of Compañia Minera LDM Chile are pleased to announce that a Contract Agreement for the underground mining program at the Las dos Marias property in the Altos de Lipangue group of claims has been signed, along with all auxiliary legalization documents. The Contract is for the drifting of a tunnel and sinking of a shaft into the high-grade gold zones identified at Las dos Marias in previous drill programs. The tunnel, or drift, is expected to encounter ore-grade material quickly into the penetration of the mountain. The Drill intersect of the “glory-hole” type ore is a few hundred meters into the mountain on a horizontal plane parallel to the tunneling, and the veining structure of this deposit is expected to be intersected prior to the drill hole location. Las dos Marias is a skarn-type deposit with stock works of gold, copper and silver, including 500 meters of pre-existing tunnels. Geophysics and drilling confirm a diverse and rich stratum of gold with values up to 122 grams of gold/tonne, 2.5%/tonne copper and 35 grams/tonne silver.
The high-grade ore will be trucked in 10-tonne batches to the bottom of the property for loading and delivery on highway haulers to the Government-operated Enami refinery in Chile. Enami quickly remits payment of the high-grade ore shipments. Las dos Marias' contractor will take batch-control assays regularly to confirm values and act as a control.
2) Announcement of the release of funding from the consortium of owners that are buying 85% of the Lipangue property. Here is the link from the official Medinah Minerals website
http://www.medinah-minerals.com/Q_A_040512.html
3) Announcement of the sale of the Ciclon I & II properties which Medinah Minerals owns a 10% stake.
That should make Medinah Minerals a capital company for now
Expomin 2012 runs all week and is followed by the World Copper Conference the following week. Plenty of time to announce.
10 million would have put a nice dent in future drilling exploration operations had the owner of the property chosen to go that route. Your comment leads me to believe that you do not believe that there is a mountain full of copper/gold/silver/moly/iron ore. If that is your position then the junior mining sector might be a bit speculative for your liking.
Then again maybe the partner has poked a few holes in the hill and actually know where their money is going.
I agree AU. One should never invest more than they can lose right? Lotto play is fine with me but you have to be in it to win it in the first place.
High risk...high reward. Anyone investing in a junior miner should understand that very basic concept regardless of the name of the company.
shucks Raw...there are no more challenges as far as Medinah is concerned. From here on out we just sit back and count our money. True playa style.
Thank you stocksnyper. I guess I can walk away from this forum until then. Unless of course we hear about processor #3 on-line, at which point I expect to hear about how this scam is progressing into a full blown global jihad.
It's amazing what a company can do in the search for profits. For some reason I don't think the weather is going to be an issue going forward.
I'm bored with all of this nonsense. How long do we have to wait before the financials come out on two fully operating processors? At that point we can get down to the important conversations like how much damn money is this company going to make as the only viable plastic to oil process. Then we will be able to figure out how much damn money they will make with 3...4...5...6 processors running. What I do know is that it's going to be a lot of damn money...just moneyin"
I hope they do go public so we can create a board for them and not have to listen to the drivel over here. It will also allow us to see their financials...that should be comical.
What is the stock symbol for Agylix? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Oh that's right they are a private company that I can't profit off of...but then again THEY don't have profits either. I also don't see anywhere in that piece where they talk about the customers that they have long term contracts with. But why would you need customers if your system is second rate.
NEXT!!!
Sure have Adman...next.
What he meant by acceptance is that people hear the word "Alternative" or "Green" and the automatically assume that it is heavily subsidized by the federal government.
God forbid our government spends money on a technology that could actually scale up and add to our array of energy options. But hey, maybe you're content on paying $4+ per gallon of gas.
That's right Zar and I can't wait until we see the 1Q financials. For some reason I think there will be increased profits and an elevated share price.
Long and Strong baby!
Again I was referring to the UNDERLINED portion. Here is the short form so as not to be confused
"Our process requires minimal electricity to operate, and the energy balance of the P2O process is positive, meaning that more energy is produced than is consumed by the process."
Are we clear now?
I'm more excited about the section I underlined but thanks for adding on
This is one of many favorite sections in the recent 10K.
The P2O catalyst and process provide a highly efficient means of converting plastic into fuel. Our proprietary P2O catalyst provides a highly efficient means of converting plastic into fuel. This is essential since the economic viability of the P2O process depends on it being both a cost-competitive means of disposing of waste plastic and an efficient and non-energy-intensive means of producing fuel. Approximately one gallon of oil is produced from approximately ten pounds of plastic waste. Our process requires minimal electricity to operate, and the energy balance of the P2O process is positive, meaning that more energy is produced than is consumed by the process.
How about the confirmation (Again) of the delivery of 17K gal. of fuel to Indigo Energy...
or the storage capacity of,
10K gal. of naphtha
20K gal. of #6
25K gal. of #2
just in case we can find a buyer (Insert sarcasm here)
Or the ability to fill a tanker in 20 minutes as opposed to hours...
or NO STATE OR LOCAL TAXES FOR #2 or #6...
or NO scrubbers needed on the stacks which is EXCLUSIVE to JBII
let me repeat...EXCLUSIVE to JBII!!!
I could go on for days but for those of us that took the time to watch/listen to the call you already know all the gory details. Looks like a homerun to me.
Just more great, truthful DD by our main man Rawnoc. you do all the true investors a great service.
For anyone that is new around here you would do yourself a great service by reading all of Rawnoc's posts.
Long and strong and ready to rock with JBII.
I didn't drive by there today as I have the day off but I will drive by again tomorrow. For what it's worth their office is in a business park so it would be difficult to determine whose car is who's without waiting for someone to come out of the office and I just don't have that kind of time.
Sorry UK. I was speaking of the Agylix office in Beaverton Oregon.
