Edurk, saw in one of your posts a list of insiders who still own shares of the company. Good sign Yes/No?
Thanks for the info. Been watching other stocks in the solar sector on the big boards. Looks promising for the new year. AMAT continuing to perform well also. Would love for your prediction to be right. Any thoughts on a timeline for the acquisition?
Very Good. This sounds promising on many levels. Look forward to the future with CWRN.
Hello CWRN I am new to this board. Been reading many of your posts and am bullish on this stock as many of you appear to be. I just got through reading the Board of Directors PR. In it it was discussed that CWRN may be moving to the NASDAQ or the German DAX. A move to the NASDAQ requires the stock to be trading above $1.00. Any idea how CWRN plans to accomplish this? Any thoughts would be great. Look forward to the future of CWRN. GLTA
Edurk, I am new to this board and have been reading your posts regarding ASYTQ. Very informative. Agree with you about when to buy and sit in the Pinks. Am very interested in getting into companies that are well positioned for M and A. According to you this appears to be one of them. As you know the history of this company better than most, I was wondering what you believe the PPS would be if ASYTQ were to be bought out by AMAT. Thankyou
With ING I have a sale order of half my shares for .07. I wouldn't suggest anyone in the pinks go with them as they charge .0007 per share on a buy-in and a commission on the sale.
I agree with that as well. What you said takes time. It has been less than half a month since FDA decision. TopDog said it best when he stated that TS will not put out any contract info without the contract signed, sealed, and delivered. Nor will he put out financials without them being correct.
Like you have been saying for quite some time, this will explode. But this will only do that if the plan is executed properly with all the pieces in place. This seams to be a good time to accumulate if one can.
P.S. I have enjoyed all of your posts and read each one as they are very informative and well thought out.
SFIO wont waste a PR with solid news this time of year. What would happen if they provided contract for distribution info and it was solid. I think we would have a sweet run up then a mass dump back down to or below these levels. If things are set up the way most believe they are (very well) then I think we will see a steady flow of PR's in the months to come resulting in increased volume and accumulation. IMO.
Thanks for the input. Been reading up on SNSS and like what I see. Obvious potential. GLTY
Would like to hear anyones take on this board as I am new to the FDA plays. Now that SNSS has just started it's third phase for their new drug and all continues to go well, is it safe to say that the FDA will not be ruling on the drug until after the first of the year? I would love to get in but will not be able to until after the first of the year. All views are welcome. GLTA
Remember where we are in terms of the calender year. Based on the limited PR's we have had I don't think TS will have one unless it is huge as many traders will take earnings or possible losses for taxes. I agree with you we are most likely going to go sideways and down a bit until just after new year. Hope I am wrong. No worries either way.
I would think so even in a small market it has to run north of 5 figures. I agree on ordering from the web site. Wrote a message on the contact page of SFIO's web site Wednesday asking them when I could order from their web-site. No reply as of yet. Will let all know when I do. Maybe they are saving that info for a PR.
That co. has been advertising in southern idaho of all places. Heard their ad last Sunday with a 1-800 number you could call to order. I would assume they are hitting it hard across the U.S. as southern ID is not a very populated area and very anti smoking and alcohol.
Earnings. A timeline as to when and how (major markets, convenience stores, smoke shops, etc.) the product can be purchased in the states. PR discussing an updated web site. It would be nice to be able to purchase the product from the web site to cut out the middleman IMO.
Low volume and in the green! Take it every day for at least another day
Just look at the anticipated revs for the first qtr of this year. Compare that with VPCOs overall earnings. First paragraph of PR.

Looking at this info it appears I was a ways off on my view of what move the FDA could make next vs the ecigs. What the blogger and Sang stated about regulating e-cigs legitimately as they do cigs could definitely have a positive impact on SFIO and cause the manufacturers of inferior e-cigs to fold their tents.
I would hope the FDA is very stringent in it's look at the amount of
diethylene glycol. If they do SFIO could be the the only e-cig show in town due to it's patent(s) which are designed to reduce diethylene glycol.

low volume but holding well.
got some pub on wallstreetbay this A.M.

Not to sound too ignorant, but I was thinking in lines of a publicly traded Co. instead of a privately heald co.
What is this Co. really worth? Can the market cap be included when calculating a co. worthiness to secure a bank loan for product development if needed? Isn't it around 16 mill right now?
All I was getting at was if LFBG were to pay off it's existing liabilities of a little more than 2 mill. then their balance sheet looks that much better to credit agencies. Yes I know it is tight right now but not undo able.
Just fishin for info and perspective.
If LFBG paid off all their liabilities about, 2 mill., then they should be able to qualify for small biz loans. They could use those to develop new games while taking a tax deduct on the interest they pay on the loans.
When does anyone think that the FDA will be able to refile if at all? Just lost in Fed. district court? What would be the next stop? The Supreme Court? I think we are looking at at least two years for another attempt to go after e-cigs. By then the court of reality, not narrowly focussed case studies, will be in play due to the American public using them.
well said.
Thats awesome! After you try it out would you let us know how you liked it? Also didn't Topdog have one shipped to him?
That statement will come once the advertising and product placement is increased IMO. It will come in the case of SFIO due to it's technology of not producing diethylene glycol during the vaping process. I believe SFIO will market that point like crazy.
Regardless of how we view big tobacco co.s they are here to stay for the foreseeable future. Spirit I agree that the FDA has been hounding them for years and will continue to do so. But look at the multi billion dollar settlement they had with all of the states. How many co.s went under? I don't know but when I go to the store and look at all the brands still available to the smoking public I notice no real change if any at all.
In short it has been posted that smoking is a major multi billion dollar business. The big boy's would indeed be wise to look at absorbing a co. like SFIO due to their patents, JV's, and global distribution agreements. They just have a choice to make, do they approach SFIO early before we see just how much having nic cartridges and now national distribution changes the game for us? If SFIO has ridiculous revenues say in the 3rd qtr of this year it will cost a suitor insane money. Good for us longs. Or do they speculate and make SFIO a buyout offer with a view of the ecig future many of us have and save a few bucks per share. All we longs have to do is wait and accumulate. IMO
hopefully when you invested in LFBG you saw how many outstanding shares they had. With that being said, most if not all of us are behind in this thing. So what can we do? How about think about what you would do as a CEO right now.
I know this will sound crazy but if I were Troy I would be doing exactly the same thing given the debt, outstanding shares, and other negative factors LFBG was facing.
Allowing the pps to fall to this level is great for the long term health of LFBG. Several of us have discussed that the lower the PPS the more shares LFBG can buy back. I for one want them to buy back at least 20%. They could not possibly do that if the PPS was at .0075 or even .005. LFBG may lose some interest in the short term but if it means long term health then thats a gamble LFBG has to take.
Moving the Co. to Nevada will only help advance LFBG ability to get the books into the black which is what we investors want.
I am invested in this Co. (long) not trading this Co. (short). Therefore there are gonna be ups and downs and in the penny world those swings are magnified. It's tough to relax in times like these when this is going on, I'm with you.
A poster on another board I am on wrote, in penny land you can lose 100% of your money but you can also get 1000% in return. That's why we are hear. Sometimes it just takes longer than we want.
I hope you are right about the .024. I wonder if gets to that point within the next couple of days this could be a bit of a momentum play given our fairly low float. Part of me hopes it doesn't get to .024 until after the first of the year as I will be able to free up some funds to get more shares. Chasing the ask no doubt.
Man I wish I had played this differently. I would of had at least 3 times more shares. But I was very green and still am, but I have learned a lot from the people on this board which I am thankful. That'a a fair trade I guess, shares for knowledge.
Regardless of what happens it looks like I will still come out ahead which most folks don't.
I don't see too many wanting to jump ship. Sounds like a lot of folks are positioned well. Even on the sell offs there always seams to be someone lined up to scoop up the cheapies.
on Tocororo's post you need to click on the "press" tab on the left side of the screen. You will find out about our filter supplier.
excellent! SFIO gets stronger every day with everybody holding. Investing should pay off on this one.
excellent segue. Nice and steady. hope the pps doesn't get to high. Would love to get some more for less than .03. But if it does I will still be happy.
Thanks for pointing that out. Hopefully they met that in the first qtr and made at least three to four times that this past year.
here is a 2010 earnings projection pr from last year. Did not find an earnings report for 2009.

here is the link to our filter manufacturer with an SFIO PR.

I this thing gonna get past .0147?
this may be old news but here is a link I found posted on Yahoo regarding the manufacturer of SFIO's filters.

Posted this a couple of days ago. This is one of the main reasons i believe SFIO will be very attractive to both users of the product and/or potential buy out candidates.

SFIO has patents, joint venture agreements, production capabilities, international and now national distribution agreements. The big boy's pay big money for this stuff. Not out of the realm of possibility especially if revenues from 2010 are solid.
I think tomorrow is the day when some big investors might be looking to take a risk and throw in with us. We have been going north for three days now since the court ruling. Now we have an awesome PR regarding distribution and an increase in production. Earnings have yet to be posted (should be solid). Plus we have two patents which make SFIO's product superior in safety to others. Forgive my comparison but SFIO could be the netflix of e-cigs. Yes these are the pinks but with every passing day it seams like the risk of going backwards is diminishing.
