NEWS: AFM 2011: Sycamore Entertainment Group Takes U.S. Rights to Tammi Sutton's 'Isle of Dogs'
Sycamore Entertainment Group, headed by CEO Edward Sylvan, has picked up Tammi Sutton’s horror feature Isle of Dogs for its first entry into the U.S. distribution market.
Written by Sean Hogan and executive produced by Andrea Fellers, the movie stars Andrew Howard, who appeared in Limitless and The Hangover Part II, and it was named best thriller feature film at the recent Shriekfest.
?"Isle of Dogs is exactly the kind of edgy genre films that we are interested in,” Sylvan said. “We’re very excited to be working with a successful genre director like Tammi who has already built up a career and a loyal audience in the horror market.”
Sylvan founded the publicly traded Sycamore Entertainment Group in 2010 to focus on hybrid P&A and full service distribution deals. It plans to release Dogs in the first quarter of 2012 in association with Robert Dudelson’s DreamFactory Entertainment.

Man, I'm so pumped right now I feel like a little kid jacked up on halloween candy. As soon as the first news broke I thought of this song and now can't get it out of my head...lol. Can't wait to see what Monday brings.

Holy crapola...what a weekend this has turned out to be so far. Go SEGI!
Keep an eye on SEGI Sycamore Entertainment this week. A rumor of an address change has been confirmed on their website. Huge news IMO.

WOW!!! Go SEGI!!! Sycamore Entertainment Group is pleased to announce the move to our new offices at Paramount Studios:5555 Melrose Avenue Dryer Building Ste 219, Hollywood CA 90038.
I agree, it will be very interesting to see what the SS looks like. Over 2 mil shares in the 0.002 area already today. Its nice to see some volume but we should be moving up not 40% in the red.
SEGI chart
It'd be nice if we can slowly climb back up to a couple of pennies or higher before any news.
With Ed at the AFM its probably a pretty safe bet we may see a few tweets but I wouldn't hold my breath for a major announcement or PR until after it wraps up on the 9th. Just my opinion GLTA

Nice one Mac...can't believe that held up all day. $30 puts us up 50% LMAO!!!!!
Heya Mac, did you get a reply back yet?
Perhaps Ed has a Halloween surprise in store for us all tomorrow. We can only hope.
While I am glad you were able to talk to someone from the company it still doesn't reassure me or put my mind at ease. The company has silently changed addresses (who knows where they moved to), the CEO seems to have gone silent (other than his pointless babble on twitter) and the COO is holidaying in Italy. All this while the company was expected to announce funding and movie deals. I need a drink.
My spidey sense is tingling and I get the feeling that your patience has pretty much run out.
Nice...hopefully he'll respond soon with something positive.
You're gonna have the float locked up by yourself if you keep it up...lol. Have you contacted the company lately?
Only 3 days to go...perhaps Ed was a little overzealous when he stated "We're expecting to make three deployments of capital by October and are leaving room for two other projects."
I have had no response to the emails I sent, has anyone had any contact with Ed or anyone from the company?
Wow...this is really turning into a stinker. Good or bad its about time for Ed and crew to address the shareholders.
What is your opinion of SEGI now Ryan? Do you think Ed is gonna surprise us this month? Have you talked to anyone at the company lately? GLTU
I stand corrected...lol!
We're getting down to crunch time...only 6 trading days left this month. I'm hoping we see something on Monday or Tuesday morning. I still haven't had a reply to the emails I sent last week, hopefully they're just too damn busy to reply back.
Now if only Ed gave us something to cheer about and all those twitter followers would buy some shares. GLTA
nice slap...thanks to whoever did it.
Thanks Erwin, I got it figured out.
Hmmm, I guess I'm gonna have to scour the net and try to find a previous version of java then. I deleted it thinking it was no longer needed.
So L2 is currently incompatible with the latest version of java?
They are talking about twitter followers, not the board followers here.
