So reading between the lines and looking at the amended 10k. It would seem that she has changed accounting firms. Based on all the amended 10k's from the past, I would wonder if she was unhappy with the former accountant.
If this is true I would suspect that the amended filings will stop looking forward.
Of course this is just my opinion.
Looking at the amended 10k/a. Shows that the previous accountants information and statement page. Was submitted on July 1,2016 and June 2,2017. Because it was submitted on June 2, 2017 it falls within the annual accounting period. So she needed to add it.
At least that is how I perceive the amendment.
And yes it costs money.

I can't comment on auditing firms. I don't know. So thank you for the info.
The 1.1 million dollar contract was a purchase order. It only gets reported if she gets filled in its entirety and she hats paid. Remember she only gets paid when (in this case) Bethel receives the shipment. I believe they received some but not all.
The fact that she spent the time and money to have someone audit the report, shows that she is serious and gives it validity.
My opinion of course.
As we all know most, if not all her efforts have been put into expanding and getting her foot in the door into the US market which began 10 months ago.
I personally didn't expect the annual report to be spectacular.
These things take time and we are on the right track.
She has everything in place.
If it were up to me, a marketing campaign is the next step.
I'm in this for the long haul.
Looking forward to what the future holds.

You're absolutely correct Iglow.
My corrected statement should read "accounts receivable" not "accounts payable".
We are all human and sometimes we need to ammend stuff.
Thank you for catching that.
As you know she used a different format for the amended quarterlies. One difference is the removal of "accounts payable". Changing it to "cash and cash equivalents" and "inventory".
I don't know.... I can't answer as to why it was overlooked.
It seems to me she has a better handle on it now going forward.
Of course this is just my opinion.
She's been getting everything in order as far as past financials. If she didn't care about the company, and if she didn't have plans for this company why would she have gone to the trouble and the expense of the amended financials. I think we have a future here.
She doesn't do fluff pr's. With her if it's newsworthy she'll post it.

You know Mr. Checkout is a company that has established connections with distribution.
I agree there needs to be an add campaign.
Maybe there will be an add campaign announcement parallel to the expos.
I think we are all a little frustrated with the silence.

Nothing has changed. Most importantly we have a clearer path forward.
In my opinion, mr checkout was a smart choice as they have already established relationships with the vendors.
As you know the expos are coming up, to produce exposure and get the word out.
I personally think the extra shares are for the " strategic partners" of course this is just speculation on my part.
All in all we are far better off than we were back in December.
So in 9 months we've made HUGE progress

I've been quiet for awhile, patiently waiting for the annual report like everyone else. Am I disappointed, yes. Both with myself and the company.
We have product, manufacturing, a foot in the door with sales, and finally advertising on the horizon.
What I don't understand is the agenda.
I had an amazing entry into this stock. Still waiting for the exit point. We all know I could have exited in February. My decision however was that as a long. I do second guess myself with that decision sometimes. Now is one of those times, especially when there are so many plays out there doing better.
So with that said. I'm still long. I do believe we will be rewarded in the end.

So I think I know where to look to see that the Agenda has been exposed.

Like I said in my previous post and this is my understanding.
Mr checkout is the foot in the door for Walmart, Costco, target etc...
They have access to small retail stores, larger chain stores and the warehouse stores.
Mr checkout is not an online service like Amazon.
