Did the gap fill yet from a week ago. Doesn't matter to me but is everything to some.
That about sums it up. I work in health care also, I don't personally have the need for gloves in my profession, but I understand all of the aspects in a hospital where they do use them from the exam room, phlebotomy lab, pathology lab, histo lab, ER, surgical rooms, ect
What about the workers at the health care facilities. Some of them are wearing gloves just about the whole day and every time they have a new patient encounter, they need a new set of gloves. I bet one nurse alone may go through 50 sets of gloves a day. All of that exposure takes a toll on them. Now factor in that they move from room to room so you need these gloves in every room. If you can present an option to them with a competitive cost where they can change all of their gloves over vytex, I bet most would do it. Of course you will never admit that:)
I like at around the 3:50 mark he talks about how this line of Gold Bond mattresses don't use flame retardants and instead use natural cotton. Who wants to sleep on any of the following:
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Scientific Reports on Chemicals used to flameproof mattresses:

I agree and I'm accumulating all I can afford, its just nice to keep it as low as possible. Medical stocks can really shoot up and this one has the perfect device. Seems like half of adults have a CPAP now.
That is what I am afraid of. It looks like whoever is selling is trying to not go below .008, but with fewer bids, it looks like they have no choice. With the right news saying that the mask is selling now, it should recover quickly. Just hope we hear something by end of next week. GLTA
Unfortunately, most of it is probably dilution. We have seen around 3.5 mil added to OS since 11-05 according to Form 1-A/A posted today.
I just hope the selling stops here. Around 2 mil sold yesterday, most hitting the bid. At this rate we will be at .005 in no time.
Don't get me wrong here, this stock has potential. The daily sells here on the bid is a little concerning. The number of shares sold hasn't been too high, but that could quickly change.
I wonder how many shares will be diluted yet. At least them seem to not want to go below .009 very much.
LOL flybynight.com. I wonder is Rush owns them.
I am sure their pillows are also gaining traction. I love mine. I recommended at least five of my patients get the pillow in just the last 1-2 weeks and every one of them were very excited when I told them about it. Its almost surprising how many people hate their current pillow and are on the lookout for something better. I hope vystar will allow for professional accounts, I would love to carry these in my office. Also, think about this, if just one family member tries a pillow and likes it, usually other family members will follow suit and get one.
True, but they are here nonetheless creeping around to the point of an unhealthy obsession on the state of this company.
I actually feel this is going to happen for sure at the latest by end of day tomorrow. Just have to hold on a little longer, then it gets interesting. This isn't the end, just the beginning. Also, even though they have some of the best shareholders here, there are also plenty of jackasses.
I was wondering the same thing. If you remove the "the", then it makes more sense. Any any rate, "hoping late tomorrow" could mean anywhere from 1 day to several weeks.
Thank you.
Is it tomorrow or Wednesday that it is due?
LOL, maybe. I was kind of looking for a better answer than that.
The trading here seems a little strange over the last few weeks. Is it someone slowly exiting their position or is it a little dilution every day. Any thoughts?
How would I know! How about we wait and see how this plays out. Those who dont like it, sell and leave.
Did you read anything vystar has been posting? That is why they are selling the rights so another large, most likely medical supply company, who probably has medical accounts can take it over and market it. Still waiting on the gloves question.
OMG, there is more than one product that does a particular function. I had no idea. I didn't know that there is only one make of car, one brand of T.V., one companies cellphones. I guess Samsung better hang it up since apple already makes phones. Still didn't answer my question.
Ok, just looking at the first one you list, Beemoon Hepa Air Purifier. where does it say approved for health care facilities. Heck, it isn't even available to buy. Based on some of the reviews, not sure why someone would want to. Also waiting for your answer on the previous question I asked. Do you really think vystar spent 10's of millions on trying to market the gloves.
That is not what I asked. Do you think they actually spent 10's of millions on the gloves marketing them to sell?
Quote: "So because of the furniture store they will now sell Gloves? When they couldn't for the past 10 years? Spending $10's of millions to try?"
So they have spent 10's of millions trying to sell gloves? Really? They put all that money into that venture and couldn't sell a glove. Who would have known. I bet maybe there was some money spent on research, development, patents, testing, ect. Glad you educated me.
LOL, I guess I'm getting a little confused here. Is vystar keeping the 400 unit and only the 3000 unit be spun off?
I think he was talking about the professional unit that will be spun off of vystar. These units are for health care and large facilities like professional locker rooms and the other related spaces. Vystar will still have the smaller home unit.
I think they were talking world wide sales. Lots of health care facilities in the world. If they even did a quarter of that it would be impressive.
Lots of potential here though. Seems like everyone uses a cpap now and most people hate their masks. These could sell like hot cakes with the right marketing.
I dont that is talking about taking it to market. Its about proving their product is the best out there. Products are always doing tests to show why people should use them.
OK, isn't that vystars report. Rotmans furniture isn't included yet. Would you agree on that?
Have you seen Rotmans balance statement? I didn't think it was posted yet, (super8K). How do you know Rotmans saw a 12% decrease?
I will agree with you on this statement: "Stock holders should know by now that Soon and Shortly don't mean to Vystar what those words mean to everyone else" Got to have a lot patience here at times but the end result is all that really matters and I can wait.
That seems reasonable. The point is that a poster made this statement: "You can’t “buy back” shares while you’re in debt, and this company is in debt." which is not a true statement. You can conceivably have debt on the books and still buy back shares.
That says when "liabilities exceed assets". I would read that to mean you can have debt, you just need more assets than debt and assets is more encompassing than just income. which vystar will have very shortly with the addition of Rotmans.
Wow, what a post. Thank you.
I think we are close also, until then, here is a video to tide us over.
Thank you. There's the answer.
I have searched the internet for an example like this and cant find one. Of course the majority company must give the appropriate percentage of profit to the minority interest that they are entitled to, which would then be placed in the balance sheet and written out of the majority holdings........but what if the minority doesnt want it and wants the majority company to have it? Unique situation here.
No shit, but what if minority interest gives consent.
