Saw a nice special on CNBC last night on alternative energy sources, and South American Lithium was featured. Only good things can come of this deal, and continued development could put MMTE in the same league as Rockway in just a year. The benefits to Chilean Lithium are that their infrastructure can support not only the extraction, but the transportation out that other land-locked countries in the region do not have. MMTE is a no brainer, and for a few hundred dollars, this could prove to be one of the best alt-energy plays around.
I feel like everyone here has this intense sense of urgency that if nothing happens by the beginning of next week then MOP will fall apart. Things are moving along just fine, and considering they are all just recovering from a failed merger, things look very promising. Raising capitol for marketing and production is no easy task. I still maintain all of my high hopes, and sure, it would be nice if the entire world knew how great this product is, but these things don't happen overnight. Have a good night everyone and lets all remain helpful but calm. MOPN will be a real success story soon enough.
Let's just say that I've got a pretty good feeling about next week. I hope everyone has a good weekend!
When an inked deal gets out, things should start moving pretty fast for this company. This will mean huge revenues and a doorway into a whole new market. Formerly concentrated on oil, this company has taken the proper steps to remain competitive and assert itself in a market share that few American companies are a part of right now. I like MMTE and think the potential here is huge. Sure, it may be a gamble to hold on to a company on the pink sheets, but I think this is only the very beginning. Securing this deal also could mean another company may try and take them over, who knows, but all I know is I'll be tucking my shares away for a while.
The 40 foot container sent to Ecuador will surely help to build awareness and sales for MOPN, and it also demonstrates a continuous source of revenues from a steady customer. I was hoping this would have hit yesterday, but MOPN seems to like to release new information on Thursdays. MOPN's new technology showed the real benefits of being able to clean and re mediate contaminated soil that otherwise would take years. There are many products and many different ways to deal with an oil spill on water, but this is not the case with contaminated land. MOPN's role in the Gulf cleanup will probably be realized as more and more slicks wind up on beaches and in marshes. This is very good news for MOPN, all be it old news in terms of when the original deal was signed, but this new PR should have a definite impact on our pps. The spill in the Gulf also seems to be very politicized, and BP seems to have control over even our own government on this. This is not the case in Ecuador. MOPN may be being road-blocked in the Gulf, and this is unfortunate, but it will not stop this company from not giving up on our planet. This cleanup in Ecuador should also serve as a giant advertisement to some very big oil companies. As I have always said, this stock goes over a dollar by summer's end and even more by the end of the year.
Mammoth shows potential, initiative, and a real drive for success beyond the likes of the pinksheets. Salares is content with mediocrity.
Maybe so, but at least it's honest. I'll keep any further comments to myself, but I just wanted everyone to know--in advance--that I told you so.
Mammoth is in much better position than Salares, and I think the Salares bubble will burst. As for the others, I don't see this market as being big enough for everyone. Could Mammoth be the odd man out and fold--well, sure, anything can happen, but I don't think so--lets call it a hunch.
Just wait.
This stock hits a dime when the PR hits announcing a final deal. I will be holding longer as revenues and more contracts continue to pour in. This is the ground floor of a company that could lead the industry and corner the market in new energy sources. Development will be key, and they need to attract some bigger investors than the pinksheets will offer them, so they will look ahead soon to AMEX. Once on the AMEX, we could see this in the $5 to $8 range by the end of the next fiscal year.
The pinks will always be current because this company is not satisfied with trading as a pink sheet stock. They are driven and have set some very high, but very achievable goals.
One would have to be really inside for specifics, and although I am not, I know someone who is. This company has done a great job of expanding its horizons and moving forward beyond oil (which, by the way, has gone very well for them, and the fact that it is domestic oil is big in itself). I do not know anything in regards to the share structure, but that is not the draw here.
Lucky enough to sell at .0031 for a nice profit--good timing. Moving to a very good, stable, legit energy company working on a new deal to secure lithium mining rites. Can't mention the name, but this could reap some Mammoth profits.
I am not a day trader, but rather, I like to make small investments (relatively, that is) in companies and watch them grow over weeks and months--not days. The agreement with the Chilean government will mean Mammoth will have a major market share of virtually untapped lithium deposits. Lithium is huge, and as more cars go electric, this will continue to grow. The oil spill in the Gulf will open the eyes of the car buying public that Lithium is the clear, cleaner, safer, and most financially strategic way to go. I see this moving up rather quickly over the summer. I have other info, but I would prefer not to share it, as the pps now is too good to be true.
Just got in...looks good based on my research.
Is the stock dead?
One company that makes absorbent booms is MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. MOP booms can absorb the floating oil and the oil can then be extracted from the boom material. The boom itself is recyclable. The company announced in a press release that it has lowered the price on its boom in response to the Gulf spill.
While all these companies are likely to see a revenue boost as a result of their abilities to aid in the clean up of the Gulf, the longer term prospects might be even brighter. It’s almost certain that new federal regulations will be adopted not only to make deepwater drilling safer, but that companies involved in drilling will be required to be better prepared for an a spill. That requirement will provide an opportunity for these companies to do even more business both with the federal government and with the oil companies that will surely be picking up the tab.
Should be a very big day today. I hope everyone is in. Maybe some sales reports...mmmmm...who knows.
Held very strong today!
Been with MOPN since .007 and .01--and I haven't sold a single share yet.
Another good day, and I hope we can finish strong again. With the way things are going, I don't expect any new PR until at least Wednesday; this company doesn't report garbage to boost their pps like other penny stocks, but rather relies on substance. We should have a news story in the works soon as well.
I'll check in tomorrow!
Very low volume--very good. This means people are holding and waiting.

Woodchip Plan for Gulf Oil Spill Clean Up Under ""Technical Review""; Green Energy Resources (GRGR) Receives LOI for $340 Million 15 Year Woodchip Contract to the UK
May 17, 2010 09:43:21 (ET)
SAN ANTONIO, May 17, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Green Energy Resources (Pink Sheets:GRGR) has received an LOI's from a UK company for two power plants. The first contract is scheduled to be signed within 30 days. The first order is an 800,000 ton contract valued at approximately $39 million dollars over 5 years. The buyer plans to commence in the fall. (Sept) The sale is for mesquite woodchips from Texas on an FOB basis.
The second phase of the contract is a 15 year, 350,000 ton per year, $300 million plus dollar contract. Shipments to commence first half of 2012, subject to completion of construction and commissioning of the power plant. Both Parties are in agreement to conclude the final contract by end of July. The contract to be 100% bankable. The deal requires a sustainability report conducted by a 3rd party international scientific agency (SGS) to insure long term availability of supply, and the ability to produce bankable carbon credits for land owners through the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) or other major carbon commodity trading index. The sustainability report is expected to begin this week.
Green Energy Resources recently moved operations to San Antonio, Texas and is operational in both its new offices and field location in Corpus Christi, Texas. Green Energy Resources has hired a new Vice President of operations to run its field office. The company plans to create approximately 50 jobs directly or indirectly in the region. Woodchips are already being delivered to Corpus Christi. It's the first ever scalable woodchip operation for export in South Texas.
In other news; woodchips for the BP gulf oil spill is under "technical review" both in Florida, where Green Energy has been activated to deploy, and in Louisiana at the BP command center overseeing operations. An update is expected soon; the plan entails utilizing woodchips inside the booms to absorb and collect oil, skim them off the top and deliver them to power plants to be burned as energy.

True that!
go go go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have a little faith.
Let's have a good day today!
Well stated.
I think 42? Maybe 44, but I'm not sure.
And it is only going to continue to be harder to cleanup when the currents keep spreading the slicks. Once the slick spreads around Florida, the entire East Coast will be effected, and can you imagine if this isn't cleaned up by hurricane season?
The numbers speak for themselves, don't you think?
The earlier video of dead fish already washing up on shore speak for themselves; between the oil and the poisonous chemical being dumped into the Gulf, the effects of this incident will be huge. I wish that more people could see just how bad this is all going to be. This alone is driving the US dollar down, driving up the price of gold, and has dramatically altered trading in the NYSE. Immediate financial impacts alone are just the tip of the iceberg. Where will we all be when the tourism and fishing industries in the region are virtually destroyed? This whole situation is very sad, and it is very sad to see the lack of response from our own government. We need to take control of this situation and send BP the bill when all is said and done. It is a very sad day in history when investing in oil cleanup is more profitable than investing in oil.

Numbers Sure to Get Your Attention
For over a year I have been writing about the effectiveness of the MOP Maximum Oil Pickup product. About 6 months ago I become associated with the company, coming aboard first as a consultant to assist them in recovering the company from a failed merger and helping craft a new business model and strategies for growth including a revised business plan and short and long-term strategic plans; and now as Vice President for Business Development and Innovation as well as the company spokesman. For that reason I am no longer a disinterested party - though I certainly was when I first began writing enthusiastically about the company.

We should be able to have a very profitable week as long as the bulls continue to be in control. Being so close to the float, and considering the large fluctuations in pps on such low volume, means that MOPN will skyrocket when BP and the USCG shift their focuses to cleaning up the spill verses stopping the leak--which we all hope for the sake of the planet happens soon. Has anyone heard anything new regarding MOPN and developments with the cleanup effort?
I don't expect much news to happen today in the form of new PR, but I think we'll still see some great returns off this in the next few weeks. MOP has staying power, and national exposure will send this not just over a dollar, but over five or more! Everyone is doing a great job of getting the word out there, as this has truly been a grass roots campaign to get MOP into the spotlight. I have patience, and if others do not, the believers and serious investors will gladly pick up the slack and buy back those shares (like me).
I guess I missed a good day today, but I suppose a watched pot never boils. Great to hear some new PR and even better that they're lowering boom prices. This should take off soon, but it will only be the beginning. Exposure from the oil spill cleanup will pave the way for new opportunities for MOP Environmental Solutions. This relatively small company will continue to grow into one of the nation's largest producers of oil clean up supplies. MOP is innovative, revolutionary, and the answer to a lot of environmental concerns. Congrats MOP, and let's keep up the good work!
Incredibly low volume close to the float. I'm sure things will bounce back quickly by the end of the week. Let's all keep the pressure on CNN, CNBC, BP, and the USCG to encourage the use of loose absorbents. We'll see more MOP when this starts hitting the Florida beaches.
I'll be holding until we hit over 5.00! I'm confident in this product, and I still think that this won't be there until the end of the year--but I think it will.
I just found this...spill prevention kit for boaters--released in April but still relevant here as proof that MOP's value is not just in this disaster.
