Not for a few more weeks. Spring time is when the company is expecting things to go live, along with the PR's. That's straight from the company's mouth.
I just got off the phone with Dino. Nice guy and very eager to get into the technical geek talk that I love, since I've been mining Bitcoin when it was $2.50 per. He doesn't want to put out PR's until they're ready to deliver on them.
BYSD does not have 100,000 bitcoins, but the partners/principal owners collectively have around that (perhaps a little more). They're all cryptocoin miners. As a miner myself, that tells me a lot if he's got the support of the community. Bitcoin miners generally aren't stupid and are very good at finding the figurative needle in a haystack.
If they're working with Coindesk for publicity when the ATM's are launched, I think they're going to have a very bright future, especially when you consider a single bitcoin ATM in Vancouver did over $1M in volume in just under a month.
http://www.geekwire.com/2013/worlds-bitcoin-atm-exceeds-1m-transaction-volume-month/
That's a single ATM. Imagine a network of these.
FYI, all cryptocurrencies have block explorers for purposes like this. Security and accountability plays a huge role in the network.
I asked you specifically for his extension number, and this is what you respond with? Sounds like you're scared to give it to me.
PS: I called, that's why I'm asking for a direct extension since that option isn't available on the automated system on the number you provided.
As a shareholder, shouldn't you? Better yet, why don't you care about this info?
What's his extension #?
I was just reaching out to board to see if this was asked of the company by anybody so I wouldn't be reinventing the wheel. Quite honestly I'm surprised no shareholders have bothered asking. Why haven't the shareholders asked? That's basic DD 101.
Don't care? That's a pretty big piece of DD to ignore and even worse, to dismiss.
Okay, so why would BYSD not provide their wallet address so that it can be confirmed with the bitcoin blockchain?
He was also associated with this company and its still being used on his resume out on a few sites on the net. I think this seals the deal. The "CEO" of Delagostti Industries is a complete nutjob and a scammer. She shouldn't be running a company, let alone be let outside of the solitary wing of a mental hospital. Why would Jason partner with this person?

I bought into BYSD a few weeks ago since I also mine bitcoin and other altcoins, but I'm a bit curious. The company states they have 100,000 bitcoins, but have they proved this? Providing their wallet address poses absolutely no security threats and would also allow the public to verify the funds. Has the company shared this information? If not, what was their reason? Its completely safe to share.

You can call and find out. Chances are he'll see the number and ignore but you'll still get his VM which advertises who he is and the company name.
A lot of it wasn't known til after the fact, along with plenty of smoke and mirrors.
There's companies he "left" in 2010 (and many before then) that he's still holding shares offshore with, and countless backroom deals. The man is flat out toxic and has ways of getting back into the companies he left even when he's not welcome. PM me if you want other tickers he's done this to.
As I said, nothing against DEWM. They got had by this crook. Just play the trade and don't fall in love with it. Get that money and move on :)
Just a warning to everyone: Bruce Pollock & his family of scammers in/around Houston, TX handled the "IPO" of this company and wouldn't surprise me if he's still involved. If you're unfamiliar with this crook who is suspected of running ponzi schemes, just spend a few minutes googling him. Plenty of info out there. I feel sorry for the CEO because if the deal went down like any of Pollock's other deals with publicly traded companies, he got had.
Trade smart & don't fall in love with this one. Make that money and move on.
I've got my copy but am trying to get a copy from the company without any luck. I want to know if they changed the terms of the agreement after the fact, and if they did or can't locate them then they're going to have an even bigger lawsuit on their hands.
Gordon is one of the worst CEO's I've had to deal with. Getting the plant built is one thing but I really don't see how an idiot like him could ever be involved with keeping it running 24/7. His management skills are piss poor to say the least. I also heard he's banned from entering the United States due to some trouble he got into here.
For a non revenue producing company, do you really think its right for them to have an upscale condo in Vancouver paid for by the very shareholders and investors he's avoiding? Talk about putting the cart before the horse.
Does it help that the agents involved with the sale of were also previously in court for securities related activities?
I'm one of the shareholders in GESI's filing. I still can't even find out where the hell our money went and Gordon isn't returning calls. I'd really like to know what the penalties are for selling securities without a license, because I believe the person Gordon used for this did not have one. We were promised class A shares with voting rights along with interest payments & late fees if GESI misses deadlines. We received none of the above. We were also promised access to GESI's accounting books but those too have been denied.
Gordon is going to be facing a lawsuit and criminal charges very soon, and I'm sure other names will be uncovered to add to the list of people to file charges against.
I can confirm that's his number.
Here's Gordon's email address: greensolutions1@gmail.com
I used to have his cell number but threw it away because he never answers or returns calls. He dodges them and ignores his shareholders despite writing PR's like this:
http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20130408005616/en/Open-Letter-Shareholders-GESI
Dear Shareholders of GESI:
First and foremost, I would like to thank you for your patience and presence. Without your continued support and dedication, we would not be building this company and moving forward with our Canadian waste gasification facility. This project has taken time, care, and money to create; but the end result is within our grasp.
I agree with you on this. Gordon has NEVER answered any of my calls or emails. Zembeck has always been prompt when replying and professional. It seems like he's really trying to do the right thing but his hands are tied. There's only so much IR can do. Gordon continues to be "THE" problem in GESI. I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only person who has had this problem when trying to reach the company exec.
Its almost like GESI is using Zembeck to be a scapegoat. Everyone pointing the finger at him because nobody out there can get ahold of Gordon McKay or however he's spelling his name today. Its rather sad. If I were Zembeck, I'd lawyer up.
BLDW has been getting some nice PPS movement lately. I wonder what's going on over there? Perhaps some deals coming through with the added bitcoin business?

I've been saying this for years. This is going to give the LED businesses a huge push.
Bye! :)
SRPX couldn't pass a simple credit check and failed to deliver on its end of the deal to acquire funding, so InREFco bailed. Amazing what a little DD will do.

For starters, its almost 2014. The info you posted is from 9 years ago.
Second of all, it is a proven technology. There's gasification facilities all over the world, and yes even ones that use railroad ties & utility poles.
More FUD if you ask me.
My "true DD" says otherwise and that I'd easily win that bet: OnTrack has posted several times on the board verifying GESI's claims.
I accept US Dollars and Bitcoins, btw :)
What is this you've stumbled on? Shame on you for not sharing this one with me sooner. :)
RGTX stay green!
Its not income if there's no gains. I don't have to ask Mr. IRS agent that.
If any of the PPM shares were sold above what they were purchased at, then all of what you said does apply.
The thing is, nobody knows if they're still holding or not and I personally don't care about their taxes. Again, its FUD & silly banter.
GESI has been quiet for some time though. Wonder what's going on up in Canada.
They'd only have to claim gains if they sold above those levels. That's how taxes work. Asking for shareholders tax returns? This is a silly argument. A bunch of FUD if you ask me.
Where should he be making these claims and disclaimers? What are you suggesting? Is IR on here or are you holding back information?
I didn't know that they would, so its just as big of a surprise to me. I saw the article on Slashdot about NY migrating to LED's & figured it'd be good to share because it helps stress just how big of a market this is, since its still being largely ignored.
The truth: OnTrack employees and ISL disagree with you. They've posted proof on this message board. Zembeck/IR also has nothing to do with the company aside from writing PR's. There's companies out there that provide this service for public companies as well. According to GESI's filings Zembeck hasn't even gotten compensated from the company, so I really don't have a clue what you're talking about.
NYC's 250,000 Street Lights To Be Replaced With LEDs By 2017.
This one is pretty damn interesting.

Straight from the Mayor's mouth.
Xperience, your math is a little off, sir/ma'am. .14 mil is $140,000.
Just to clear things up, its misleading in the fact that those campaigns were from over a year ago. That was omitted from some statements here.
200MA = next step indeed. Next step upward that is.
I really wish more people in the investing world saw things as clearly as you :) That's definitely the right way to look at BLDW and their market sector, and you can see exactly where they're going and just how big of a market they will tackle (multi-billion dollar market $$$$).
It feels good to own a piece of that, especially at ground level.
Its absolutely misleading, so I agree with you. Using that very link that was provided, you'll clearly see that the majority of them list "NO COMPENSATION"
Sounds like the majority of those places just liked what they saw in GESI.
