This wont pop until sale us final and numbers are out,,

500 million debt is nothing for a 5 billion revenue company, enterprise value is around 1 to 2 billion!!! Even going low and saying 1 billion market cap even after all 33 million share dilution next year leaves us with a PPS of $30.00. Thats just break even numbers!! We profit this quarter and into next year watch out! To me its worth the risk!
