Stay tuned for news.

You may be correct. We shall see.
Gold to $1,420. "DUST" to $12.82 before the end of the year.
Ask me again after the close on Friday.
Reverse Split & Up-Listing: The Sooner the Better
Gerald's belief is that the company can best take advantage of anticipated catalysts over the next year by being listed on a major exchange with a share price above $5.00 where the funds will buy shares in the company.
Why waste the impact of the anticipated catalysts while $AMBS is trading on the OTC?
Whatever the reverse split is I'll take my chances that the share price will move substantially higher on the NASDAQ.
The sooner the better.
Just do it !!!
Give it a go.
$AMBS is fairly predictable if there is no news. Of course news can come at any time which makes it all the more interesting.
Also if someone wants to buy or sell a million shares with a market order the share price could move a penny or more on that one order.
Interesting weeks ahead.
Twitter: @AmarantusBio .... 10,200 followers.
Without news I expect it will hit the .09 - .093 range by Friday.
It appears the overall market may be getting ready for a correction.
News voids certainly don't help penny stocks.
Twitter: @AmarantusBio .... 10,200 followers.
Key support is .10.
Gerald's blog plus today's news regarding MANF and the Buck Institute served its purpose. It kept the selling to a minimum while offering some incentive for buyers. I to was surprised by the low trading volume.
Tomorrow will be a better test to see if it can hold above .10 without any news.
Twitter: @AmarantusBio .... 10,200 followers.
p.s. Positive news is always appreciated.
Substantially undervalued. Exciting weeks ahead.
Very well written blog.
Twitter: @AmarantusBio .... 10,200 followers.
p.s. If I had to buy one stock tomorrow that I had to hold for six months $AMBS would be it.
Certainly.
I agree 100%.
Another "puff piece" from Gerald without substantive news and the share price will hit .06 tomorrow.
$AMBS: 4th and goal with the ball on the one yard line trailing by five points with three seconds left in the game. Enough with the "pregame hype", it's time for Gerald to score a touchdown for the shareholders.
Interesting day tomorrow.
p.s. I'm predicting the number of shares traded tomorrow will surpass the all time high.
Everyone ignores what "MANF" might bring to the table very soon.
Let me know before either the open on Monday or before Gerald's blog whichever comes first. We can send the money to an agreed upon third party to hold until either it closes above .15 or Labor Day.
The share price would have to go up almost 37% from Friday's close for me to even have a chance of winning.
You'd practically be stealing my money.
p.s. None of this crap about a split adjusted basis. Either take the bet as proposed or STFU.
I'll bet you $1,000 that the share prices closes above .15 between now and Labor Day.
Take the bet. I can use the extra $1,000.
Interesting week ahead.
p.s. I don't expect you to make the bet. I know I wouldn't.
Note: I'll make the same bet with anyone else before either the open on Monday or Gerald's next blog which ever comes first.
Think Positive
Gerald stated that the LymPro partnership and the up-listing are still "on track" and that nothing has changed.
What if the partner for LymPro is a company such as Johnson & Johnson or Quest Diagnostics who is asking for an ownership position and a seat or two on the board of directors. Suppose they purchase 50,000,000 shares at .50 share as the basis for an "up-front cash payment" of $25,000,000.
Obviously the numbers could be different but this scenario makes perfect sense.
In regards to increasing the share count to have additional shares available one approach is "it's better to have them and not need them than to need them and not have them". To a small cap company such as $AMBS additional shares are similar to having a line of credit.
Monday will be interesting. Let's see what Gerald has to say.
Nothing more to say until after I read Gerald's blog.
Have a great weekend!!!

"It's a psychological strategy that purges the stock and makes it stronger. If shareholders don't believe in Gerald and his team and make tons of negative posts of doom because of this, they need to be gone. Gerald is showing them the door Monday morning."
So do you also believe that Gerald delayed the LymPro data at the A.A.I.C. and the C4CT Summit to tank the share price from .20 down to .088? Now he will delay publishing a blog to penalize a perceived number of bashes, flippers, and shorts so that they can buy shares at a lower price to either cover at a lower price or buy shares for the bounce that you anticipate will happen. This seems logical to you?
I don't know what to expect on Monday but I know it has nothing to do with your "psychological strategy".
Have a great weekend!!!
p.s. Spending a week in South America might help to clear one's mind.
.20 to .10 to .06.
Gerald certainly is rewarding the long term shareholders.
Send him a thank you e-mail.

"I'm good with this. Within the last couple of weeks we've learned that Dr. Lowe and the new guy, Huffman, purchased like 12 million shares between them. If they were worried about dilution or insolvency would they have purchased that amount? I think they were purchased in the .14 cent range."
This is not true. Learn how to read a filing.
No wonder you're losing your a** here.
Have a great weekend!!!
That's why they need more shares. Someone has to pay for those cash bonuses.
As I suggested a simple e-mail to Gerald as follows:
WTF!!!
Monday will be interesting if Gerald blog is on par with his last one.
Looking forward to Gerald's blog before the open on Monday. It had better be substantive and to the point. Another "puff piece" dooms the share price.
p.s. I suggest he co-authors it with J.N.
Have a great weekend!!!
Watch what happens on Monday without news.
Once again Gerald's timing is impeccable. NOT!!!
Imagine owning millions of shares and seeing it go from .20 to .05 in fewer than ten trading session.
Suppose someone owned 7,000,000 shares:
7,000,000 @.20= $1,400,000
7,000,000 @.05= $350,000
Paper Loss: $1,050,000 OUCH!!!
p.s. Fortunately it's only on paper.
The major shareholders may want to e-mail Gerald and suggest that he gets a p.r. out before the open on Monday otherwise I think the share price will go below .06.
Isn't there some dude here that own seven million shares? That sucks.
Have a great weekend.
Penny stocks go up and they go downnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.
Apparently it will be two billion.
Thanks Gerald.
Tell that to the new buyers who bought between .13 - .199.
They'll explain "tanked" to you.
Final LymPro data, LymPro partnership with possible up-front cash payment, and revenue projections for LymPro are expected within weeks.
"MANF" news and Eltoprazine news could be released at any time.
Twitter: @AmarantusBio
This will be back above .15 by Labor Day weekend or sooner.
I thought you knew that?
p.s. I think tomorrow will be the bottom. Best of luck timing it.
If there is no news before tomorrow it will retest .09 or lower.
I thought you knew that?
p.s. I told you the share price would hit .10 again before it hit .20.
Obviously Gerald is focused on the details of the LymPro partnership and can't be concerned about the share price taking a 50% hit.
Key support is .086 without news.
Average down as it falls or wait until it bottoms.
Chart indicates below a dime tomorrow.
If there is no news.
p.s. It's good that Gerald doesn't concern himself with the day to day movement in the share price.
When a LymPro partnership is announced the impact that it will have on the share price will be determined primarily by several items:
1. Who is the partner?
2. Will AMBS receive an up-front cash payment?
3. How much is the cash payment?
4. What are the revenue projections for LymPro?
Obviously the final LymPro sensitivity and specificity numbers will have some effect on these items with the exception of #1 since Gerald has stated that the partner is already selected.
When this information is known the share price will reflect it very soon.

Couple of days ago? You mean before the LymPro data fiasco?
Give all the credit for that fiasco to $AMBS's management team.
I didn't say there would be minimal revenues from LymPro for nine months. Napadano said that.
Blame the real culprits for your losses.
p.s. The share price appears headed to a "double bottom" at .10. Blaming me for the chart?
Seems to me that when the major analyst covering $AMBS "tweets" that he doesn't believe that LymPro will generate a small amount of revenue for 6-9 months that it would be relevant information:
Solantey ?@Solantey
@JNapodano What is your estimate of the earliest that a C.L.I.A. cert. lab for LymPro with established protocol could be operating? 1Q2015?
Jason Napodano, CFA ?@JNapodano
@solantey GC seems to think they can generate revs in the Q4 but I think that's aggressive. I would say 1H of 2015, and they will be small.
The CLIA-enabling study is when the protocol is established for the actual use of LymPro in the laboratory for which C.L.I.A. status will be approved for LymPro.
My best guess is that considering the time of the year with holidays involved that LymPro will not be C.L.I.A. approved at the initial location until 1Q2015.
Take the time to visit the following site to learn more about CLIA.
http://www.cms.gov/Regulations-and-Guidance/L...ect=/clia/
p.s. Someone may want to contact Gerald to get a more definitive time frame.
I have no control over the share price and no one should buy or sell based on what I or anyone else posts on a stock board.
I base my decisions on what I believe is the current overall sentiment about $AMBS. Occasionally I'm correct. My current belief is that it's going back to the .09 range before it moves higher.
In regards to placing me on ignore if I were you I would.
I'm looking forward to the final data on LymPro in four to six weeks to confirm that the "improved performance" is a reality.
Interesting weeks ahead. I expect a bit of volatility. Definitely a better price than the current one is a virtual certainty.
Good luck to you. I hope you make a lot of money.
