Come on? No chart today, sigh/ guess I'll have to see it the old fashon way.
Thats kindof what I was thinking too. We are very close.
To be honest, I don't fully understand how shorting works. However I just noticed (during my daily internet scrub) that TODAY is the first day in the last 2 weeks that QSGI isn't listed here as being 'shortable'

QSGIQ
This company is involved with the technology industry specializing in computer hardware. While the company is smaller, it ranks at the top of the penny stocks to watch because of some of the recent activity going on. The information technology industry is booming with advancements and improvements so many companies in this industry are trying to get a better profile for themselves. QSGIQ filed for a voluntary reorganization in 2009 and since then has been trying to rebuild and promote their work. With such improvements the stocks tend to improve as well.
A very nice mention. Building.....

Don't worry...you'll know when it happens.
Yup, plus it clearly shows the float is locked, and has LOTS of room before the RSI becomes a concern. Huge potential here.

I still wonder why there isn't anything (other than the retaining a lawyer) for the IBM suit. Maybe they came to much better terms since DEC 2010? Or maybe it just hasn't moved forward yet in the clogged up court system.
Warrenty is only a portion of this IMO. Who do you suppose is doing the refurb in the first place!!!!!
Plus, who needs EBAY when you have CompUSA and Circuit City pushing your product and WARRENTY !!

Or.... 'one' of the third parties. There is so much potential here.
I can't wait for the investor conference call thats forthcoming!
I'm consumed with 'other 3rd parties' in the POR.
Below is a link to where QSGI aquired CCSI in 2008, however CCSI operates independently now. http://www.ccsinet.com/ Anybody know exactly how they split back apart before QSGI filed BK in 2009?

Wow, from your post...
"the company utilizes its proprietary Department of Defense (DOD) level certified data sweep"
I don't know about you guys, but I don't think the DOD is going to 'certify' anything unless they are a customer and need to certify it as part of their security requirements and procurement process. Can anybody think of a bigger customer of the top of their head?
I think you are right. Surprised that the address would still show up in google after so much time has passed.
All training and back-up parts management for Data Center Maintenance is located in Minnesota. In addition, the Company has technical coverage and sales offices in 15 other states, including Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and Wyoming.
Clip from http://www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/companyProfile?symbol=QSGIQ.PK which has QSGI corp address updated to Krusecom, so assume the rest may be up to date as well....but I'm thinking probably not.
EXACTLY, look at the A/D line!
Float Locking, MM have to cover during a symbol change. They play with fire and a couple of them are going to get BURNed.
Wonder if they smell like chicken or beef....I'm thinking burnt chicken. LOL
Wish I was a little more comfortable on the phone. Wonder if we could reach Micheal Sheerr (the president of Keystone Technology Management) and see if he still holds 10% of QSGI? I think he would have too, insiders are stuck holding the bag during BK proceedings right?
Wish my crystal ball was working.
DD is what it is, whenever it can be confirmed or denied (especially from the direct source) the end result I'm interested in...good, bad or indifferent!!
Love it.
Well, when all else fails pickup the phone. Kudos VLF.
I wonder though...even if he did have ties I'll bet he couldn't say anything at this point in time.
Good job on the followup!
