Where, besides some people's opinions, did it say that the financials were supposed to launch the stock to new highs? And why are those opinions any more credible than highflier who clearly stated more than once that he would be very surprised if the financials and the next PR would send the stock up?
Financials released - so the bashers are out.
Gee, financials on the 15th of the month - on time - reporting a profit and reduction in debt - talking about the need to raise capital in order to be competitive, execute a marketing plan, etc., etc.
Sounds like stuff we've heard before, thank you highflier.
And where are all the voices about the company needing to explain why it increased A/S or where its financials were - screaming that this is just another pinkie that won't come through?
It's not at .007 is it? And have you read any of highflier's posts over the last few weeks. He has hit it e every single time! For those of us holding long, we'll be patient. You seem to just want to instill fear in everyone.
Just checked your profile - only on here since March and most of your posts are bashing SNDY. I wonder why?
It's already hit .007 and bounced back.
Small observation - we know that they have increased the A/S amount. With the internet and social media as it is, this news is now gurgling and getting out. And to listen to lilpuppy and some others, you would think that people would be running into the hills screaming for dear life right now regarding this stock. Yet, in the opening 10 minutes - it has hovered where it has for days now.
No panic selling, so sudden drop in pps, no post after post predicting massive dumplings and loss of millions.
Hmmmm!
You are a class act! Thank you.
I think the dynamic for some on this board is to just glance at the headlines of the posts but not read the posts. So when Highflier says last week that they will raise A/S to almost a 1 billion, no one paid much attention. Today, they do it and all hell breaks loose.
They won't listen. Some want the bad news, others just like complaining, and others want to scare people.
1. If there is a seller, there's a buyer.
2. You don't lose money unless you sell at a loss and you don't gain unless you sell at a profit. Daily ups and downs are not gains or losses.
3. There is always more to the story than you know.
4. If you don't like what you see, sell and move on.
Highflier has been right each and every time! I trust him.
So, even though there is the ability to raise more capital, this is not a report saying that they are flooding the market with hundreds of thousands of more shares, correct?
So, once again, armageddon isn't actually happening …. except in the minds of some who haven't posted one good thing about this company in the last few weeks and can't seem to?
There is a difference between A/S AND O/S, right? Maybe some of the more seasoned traders/investors here can explain that difference for us.
Bozos? Have you ever been to Europe? Simply because the economies are not strong does not mean that medical equipment won't be purchased.
GM Tech, what is your response to the article I posted? Here is the link again:

Take a look at this article from last October:

Patience! If someone sold, that means someone bought. You can't sell without a buyer.
Forgive my ignorance - what is "BIP?"
Something isn't right here - TDAmeritrade shows SNDY opened at .0095, but no volume. What's going on?
So all of the doom and gloom posters who predicted the end of civilization yesterday for going down a few ticks - why aren't you here singing to the skies and dancing in the hills because of today's close? Honestly!
Once again, the mcnugget rain starts to pour. No matter the economy, people still need doctors and tests, treatments and medicine. For the Europeans, it's enough of a priority that they have nationalized their health insurance.
I can't quite figure you out. At times, you seem very positive about SNDY and at other times, it seems you want it to fail. Which is it?
Another fear monger among us. If you want to sell at .02, do it! Sell at .015. For every seller, there is a buyer and, with hope, your buyer will keep in long.
I don't have a lot of shares, just under 130,000 of them. Sure, I could use a quick 50K this summer, it would be great. I'd rather wait and see if 1. it could be more, and/or 2. I could pay 10% less to Washington and keep that in my pocket. I think this is a very good stock and could pay off, in the LONG TERM people!
End of the World posters because we're down to .0092? Weren't we .0008 and .0007 just a few weeks ago? Good God, people, get a life! You only lose money when you sell. Don't sell! Hang on for the long term so you don't have to pay Uncle Sam those extra Capital Gains Taxes. Keep tight and the price will go! It's in good shape. Immediate gratification is far less enjoyable than the good things that come to those who wait!
Let's stop hitting the apocalypse is now button, okay?
Let's keep our conversations on SNDY, not on promoting the political talking points of whatever side we might be on re: national health insurance. There are other boards for that.
SNDY is setting up nicely for a good run. Let's be happy for this.
Talk about pessimism!
No, it is not. The President's Report is yet to come.
Here we go, someone saying "heavy dumping." That means, of course, someone else is heavily buying!
We go red for one second and posts start popping up here as if the apocalypse is ready and we need to book rooms in a bunker somewhere. We go green for one minute and dreams of the pps going up from .01 to $1 start popping up.
Patience, people. Rome wasn't built in a day. We have a company that is giving every indication of no debt, of being able to move into the European market soon, and (surprise on Pinksheet street!), is a real company that professionals in the industry have heard of and recommend!
Calm down! Lose the trigger happy emotional responses and let it be what it will be!
After all this chatter, has there been word from the company that they're going to up the A/S number? Even chatter like that might scare away potential investors. And, I repeat - when there is selling, there is buying! By definition, you can't sell unless someone buys!
No, I don't. Today did go to .0105. Ups and downs!
Let's keep perspective: last December 20th (a little less than 5 mos. ago) SNDY hit a low of .0006. Patience, slow and steady. Don't get caught up with daily ups and downs.
So today, the stock matches its 52 week low. This is not a stock that has millions of dollars in financing. I was yanked in on this against my better judgement, a stupid decision. I got out with a loss of just about $150. I've been yanked in before by mining stocks. Never good on the pennies! Get out and take your losses on next year's income tax. At least you'll get something out of it.
Whenever I see a post about someone "dumping 200,000 shares" or such - it's annoying. Remember this: if someone sells a share, that means someone else bought it!
So instead of saying someone dumped 200,000 shares, let's say it as it really is - someone just bought 200,000 shares.
You can't sell unless someone else buys!
I'm suspicious by nature. With penny stocks, I wonder if I'm being scammed. I found this newsletter, the "Official Newsmagazine of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons." While it's over 10 years old, scroll down to page 21 and you'll see an article of Solos Endoscopy.
http://www.cns.org/publications/nn/pdf/cnsnews_01fall.pdf
What I like about this is that this demonstrates to me that 1) the company has been building up over time and is not some fly-by-night and 2) it is taken seriously enough to be included in a newsletter of a professional organization.
This gives me confidence. We're not investing in a P.O. Box.
So it doesn't bother you that it's proven they've pumped and dumped in the past, changed their name three times and moved from telecommunication to mining?
Here's something I wish I had seen last week:
Some things to remember regarding Pump and Dumps as well as Penny Stocks:
1. Watch out for the touting services including PennyStockGeeks.
2. Watch out for any message board content, do your own DD. And remember, there are no paid bashers!
3. Beware of the phrases: "naked short selling" which doesn't occur in the penny stock market or MM manipulation.
4. Watch out for the "Buy now or you'll miss the boat" messages.
5. Watch out for claims of breakthroughs - penny stocks are rarely leaders in anything but stealing money. Fairly new companies are highly suspect.
6. Watch out for price and volume upswings on no news. If there has been a pump and dump in the past (which AUMY has been), this should really set off signals.
7. No financials or suspicious ones? A company claiming it's worth $100 million or getting $20 million in funding that has but a few thousand dollars in the bank or in debt? Really?
8. Cancellation of shares, buyback programs, reverse splits and issuing new shares - beware, beware, beware!
9. Announcements with caveats should be suspicious.
10. Can't get anyone to answer phones or emails?
11. Predictions of astronomical gains?
12. When the praisers stop praising!
13. When the big deal falls through.
14. When issued and outstanding shares rise dramatically!
15. And if you think the price of the share is down because of shorting, because of bashing, if you think there are more buyers than sellers or more sellers than buyers - no such thing as more buys than sells and no such thing as more sells than buys. It takes two!
16. If you think penny stocks can be charted - forget it. Charting is a big gamble even with the big boys.
Once the promo is over, it's over and the stock dies.
I got caught on this one and lost some money, thankfully only about $150 dollars - but that's four trips to the gas station. Beware.
A slower but steady rise is healthier than a sudden jump. Let's go slow and steady, have patience, and it will pay off.
Let's get perspective - it went down 1%. This isn't a huge drop and the PR was just an anticipatory message.
But they haven't secured the money. Read the actual quote from the PR:
The profile for this doctor is here:
http://ccr.cancer.gov/staff/staff.asp?profileid=5760
This is real stuff! I lost some money on another penny stock this week that is looking more and more, if not already identified as, a scam of the biggest order. This stock is solid.
The minute I saw dilution, I sold my meagre shares and got out. I was in a penny stock once that diluted like this and the PPS went to .0001 and has stayed there for the last two years. All movement stopped. So, I took my loss - about half of what I paid and went took that money over to SN*Y. That's a penny stock worth buying.
