Negotiations are currently underway with respect to the completion of this commitment and the addition of further commitments.

They have an "asset backed $20,000,000 Financial guarantee commitment," and are still working out the details. There is no saying where this is from and that source may still back out of the "commitment." All AUMY has to do is release another PR. This is very suspicious.
