I honestly and sincerely wish you good luck with that. I for one am out and glad to be.
Farewell Mr. Manzo. Your product sounded promising, but this was a sucker punch. Good luck staying out of the triple 0's. It's a short trip from .001 to .0001.
Ray Barton is associated with "Peachtree Capital LLC" in his linked in profile
Peachtree is mentioned in their financials on Wyoming SOS site...
IMO the RS announcement is not a fake.
Ray appears to be a Police Officer in Suffolk County and involved in something called "Buzzcomb Development Group" as well as involved in Peachtree Capital? FWIW.
Following is "linked in" profile for:

.0004 is first resistance. After that there are a couple of resistance points up to .001 where the resistance is up to stupid level. If we break through .001 this could run significantly. IMO
Thanks!
Everything...doh!
hope the lab rats are enjoying a steady diet of ice cream and chocolate milk! Thanks to lactose freedom that is... Now don't go gettin' gas kids. We need good results here!!!

Go SSHSQ!
and if you get him to float on his back...you've really got something!
I'm holding for the entertainment value...emphasis on entertainment. They already got my value! LOL.
They've been looking for marketing $ for a long time. If flexpower is as good as the reviews say, it should almost sell itself?!?!?
Puzzling that after all these years they are still struggling to get the word out on a great product. I'm holding...
I know. Sorry for everyone. She only go me for a little. She seemed shifty to me. I'll keep posting just so she can't fleece anyone else with her "organic" junk.
so true...
hey we had a bid at 11:34. Gone when I blinked... LOL!
Good for you! I'm holding a small handful as well. We'll see what happens. I checked Nevada, but no new filings.
1 billion day a few weeks ago makes sense...
Do tell where...
They don't even tell anyone that they are a public co...all that was taken down. The girl is shady... If she did it once, she'll do it again. I'd run far and fast...imo
Not really about GDGI, but does mention the Levys which are definitely a topic of GDGI. This guy appears to be going to club fed soon as well. Pumps and Dumps put this out...FWIW
"The penny stock world is buzzing over the arrests of Best Damn Penny Stocks honcho, Eric Cusimano, his wife, Jessica Cusimano, and their partner, Jamie Boye. Jessica was released on bail, while it appears that the boys aren't going anywhere for a while. Eric was reportedly arrested in Panama on Tuesday and brought back to Brooklyn, NY yesterday. Some sources report Cusimano crying like a baby as the feds approached him on his boat.
From what we can glean out of the criminal complaint, it appears that convicted felons, David and Donna Levy, former partners/benefactors of the Cusimanos, have been throwing their compadres under the proverbial bus, as the stock schemes alleged in the complaint all refer to ones that have relegated the Levys to being guests of the federal governement. No mention is made of the more recent pump and dump schemes involving BDPS. It is of course possible that charges are pending with respect to those schemes as well. Invoking the old adage, "There is no honor among theives", it is also probable that like the Levys, the Cusimanos/Boyes will do their own impressions of a canary and bring other accomplices to light."
Go GDGI!
about as likely as a merger between Apple & Microsoft! Doh!
????? Nike? Where. When. Dd?
Someone posted today that the salaries for the two "founders" are 10K a month. If that is true, it doesn't square with the this. I received an e-mail back from them today stating that they are operating on:
"The reality is that with an annual TOTAL operating budget of approximately 200k, we have been very conservative on spending. Don’t just look at what was made, look at what was spent. Compare that to other companies on OTC spending $5m+ in a calendar year but showing the same or less revenue than us. We firmly believe that an adequate cash infusion into our Company will fuel explosive growth potential. We have worked hard over many years to establish the proper network, a trusted product with credibility, that will hopefully enable us to take this thing to the next level and beyond once we have the resource."
So if the two founders are each getting paid $120k/year that's already $240k. How are they operating on a $200 k budget? Either they aren't getting paid or somehow we aren't getting the whole story. They also started out saying they were doing a 30/1 reverse split and then pulled a 10k/1 RS. So it's anyone's guess how this ends...
The key word in these financials is "interim". These can't be Flexpower numbers. These must be Monarch's numbers. IMO
Unless they move into CVS, Walgreens or Rite Aid pronto this doesn't look very promising...
to the guy who posted that he called... thanks! Glad they are excited.
Not sure what they are excited about. Their fins tell I story that I totally did not expect. Did they put all their capital in a Cayman Islands account before going public?
10 million bid at .0001! Oops!
"So your sayin' there's a chance...!" (if you haven't seen the movie dumb and dumber you won't get it) LOL!
Go LYJN...
Hannah...time to put on the big girl pants and give us the facts, good or bad!
good volume... go FOGC
good volume... go FOGC
Go MGLG!
Great find! Thanks for that! Now we need financials...
I just want Hannah to put out some financials! Such a great idea, such lousy execution! Go LYJN!
That only proves that you "hunt and peck" instead of using the traditional typing position. LOL!!!!
agree! she really did a rotten deed. Hope it hangs on her as long as she's in business! Couldn't happen to a nicer gal. She owes me some $
right on! Classy
Uuuuuh I'll move on when I'm ready. I'm hanging around for now to remind everyone of what Bejan and Rasheed have done. Not trying to hurt anyone who owns this junk because I own some too. But this isn't a good move on the part of Flexpower leadership. I see 110 shares traded and the price is $1.41? Yea, this is working out great for everyone!!! gltu
: ) I was expecting a 30/1 split based on Nevada SOC page.
What makes no sense is defending this junk!
Here's an interesting read on Smith. Looks like they decided to inflict their "growing pains" on shareholders!
"Indeed, Smith has already suffered enough pain for an entire team. Raised in South Central Los Angeles in a house filled with drugs and alcohol, Smith met Esmaili during his first year of Cal Berkeley through a mutual friend. Esmaili quickly became Smith's mentor, showing him the ropes of his alma mater. Now the two friends finish each other's sentences like brothers. "We are like family, and this is a family business," says Smith.
And it's a family business that--despite its mission to eradicate all forms of muscle aches--may be about to meet the one type of pain it truly likes: growing pains."

Man did we get the shaft or what?!
I'm going to review flexpower into oblivion on every site I find. Reviews are my only recourse... Time for payback. What a couple of thieves!
Can't believe the 30/1 split posted on Nevada SOS was a head fake. That whole deal should be an SEC investigation! Something smells funny and it's these two guys hands. I was away from internet for a couple of days and came home to find this pile!
Flexpower is officially run by two scammers! Mark that. If they are this dirty in public co, what must they have done to get to this point as a private co? Who have they stepped on to get to this point?
I'm officially this company's worst nightmare and will post everything negative I find out on them constantly. I'm sure there will be plenty.
So you are here because....?
