What they are working on takes time to process, negotiate and get signed.
If they were to send a tweet or signal they are working on something, that has to be vague, then everyone hits them for sending out meaningless info - so in essence they can’t win.

Ongoing sales of Rx products to schools, businesses etc. - example full container of 725 units sold to Calif School system.
There is plenty of room for improvement in many areas but to deny that Vyst is NOT making progress and not setting a strategic direction is to ignore the facts.
Rome wasn't built in a day and there will be fits and starts - cash constraints could delay some of the momentum, but make no mistake, they have made great strides in less than 2 years.
Onward and Upward.
Each and every one of the bullet points below is a huge win for VYST.
I especially like the royalty part - paid quarterly.
Looks to me like CMC is doing a lot of the heavy lifting just so they can use the Vytex patented process.
Appoint a producer for the entire Vytex product range;
Be responsible for managing and/or developing appropriate distribution networks, including the warehousing and shipping of liquid Vytex latex throughout the supply chain from rubber plantations to customer facilities;
Handle all marketing of Vytex branded latex products to potential natural rubber latex customers;
Act upon all infringement issues that become known.
Pay a royalty fee quarterly to Vystar.

Float not too bad - not much toxic financing- this is a good set up for an entity that wants to get on to the OTC
Retail is $899 - they can sell anywhere from 699-899 depending on distributors business model and how much profit desired
Generally wholesalers might procure their products at maybe 1/2 of the retail - just a guide - so when they take out admin and other overhead they make 20/25% or lower - again depends on their business model
Ergo $450 sell price 1/2 of $900 - my numbers are as good a guess as anyone else’s
In terms of VYST cost- no gauge on that but I am pretty sure they aren’t selling for less than CGS+markup.
Your point is well taken - just trying to show the HUGE potential here and my sale price is well within the normal range for a producer/distributor relationship

Even if the sale to the Distributor is $450 - that is quick turn revenue of 325K - no dist cost, no inventory holding - I’d say that is a pretty good result - would LOVE to see about 20 more of these.

Nope - strategic direction change to move production to Scott Electronics - needed engineering and supply chain support to hit their targets - but many ignore this fact - always want to paint the picture incorrectly.

What we are trying to figure out is - how do we get AZRH shares and did this buy out actually take place.
Doesn't seem like it ever got executed.
Did you or anyone else get any AZRH shares - that is the $64K question.
1 for 1 swap Graf shares for Azrh based on Feb 18 2018 PR. As far as I can tell no one rec’d shares in the swap- my graf shares are still in my fidelity acct.
Called fidelity today and they have no record of any notifications on this transaction. I emailed IR at Azrh - no response yet.
Suspicion - the transaction didn’t close but I can’t verify that.

I believe in 1 or 3. I don’t think 2 is an alternative yet - they would not get full value. Even a contract in hand still would still not optimize the other divisions.
I think the 70k square feet as part of the Rotmans reset is expansion space needed for other Vyst divisions - IMO only.
There is a lot to think about based on the latest news. There are those that think this is the beginning of the end - I say it's the end of the beginning.
The remake of VYST is just starting. The end of all the re-structuring is going to be behind them.
I will hold for the big reveal. If I am wrong, then so be it but I am holding for the foreseeable.
Have you developed your out strategy for those 20+ million shares
I have spoken to Vyst on more than one occasion. The most recent was a Sales Manager for the Rx400 to get the discount pricing for schools so I could provide the information to our School Superintendent.
I received a communication back in minutes and then had a follow up call to get some additional information on availability.
I sent all the pertinent information to our Superintendent and now it's in their hands to decide.
But they did respond - they did follow up and they called me back.
Just need some capital resources to get this developed - Gov't support would really expedite the process.
