It truly is a shame. I still watch...still hold some...still, damn.
It should. This will get cheaper. Man, what a bummer.
I've seen this before. No comment. Sigh.
Well, thanks for listening at least.
I wish they had been more tactful. That's all.
I understand what is trying to be done.
Unfortunately, I agree with you. While I have nothing in terms of amounts of shares as some on this board claim to have/probably have, this will take a HUGE hit in the next trading session. Is the business and agreement with NOC fine? Most definitely. Has anything else changed? Not from the looks of it.
Has the AS been raised to almost the billion mark? Yes.
Given the nature of the OTC this pretty much is the near-term death-knell for stocks in this trading range. It also dashes some of even the most moderate price predictions postulated here over the past two years since I've been invested. It also may explain the small, continuous selling we've seen at the bid for months and months.
I'm still positive on this company and it's direction---I've just seen this before too many times not to call it as I see it. And this is regardless of how many shares they plan to sell or not, whether it be a month, or a year from now.
GLTA
I kept telling myself that, too. I trimmed my position here before the financial filings started hitting. Been in this spot a few times with a couple other otc stocks that had something (confirmed) with a bigger company and didn't end up going through for whatever reason. I started feeling the same here.
My only gripe at this point, and it's a point made by a few others as well, is the lack of communication on anything beyond blog posts, save for a few good ones: dgu with NOC PR and Midland PR....other than that its just a ghost town. That makes new and potential investors wary, imo.
Here's hoping we hit it big!
Yup. I loaded up at the low to mid two cent range early to late 2014 anticipating that pop from the DGU demonstrations in fall.
It's definitely a patience play at this point and patience plays aren't typically played with on this ground level unless all potential future scenarios have serious clarity. We'll get there, I believe, but I'm really not too surprised at the stalemate/selling we've seen since fall went by with not a peep, but a blog entry.
I come back here from time to time to check on the progress or lack thereof. Always "next spring" when the ice melts/the paperwork is worked out/the claim is fully claimed/etc, which is fine---if anything was actually getting done. Dropping the lithium claims was a HUGE red flag for me.
You're right. This is a giant FU to the shareholders who've seen this from OTGI->RMRK and have just waited with bated breath.
Well here you go! 75k/yr for essentially filing filings...late...every time. You think for 75k he could at least manage that. Maybe he is still privately trying to get pay by the day going outside of the filings? Doubtful, but possible none-the-less. 7 million shares, too. Probably lucky to get a high triple zero for 20% of those in the future, but at a cost basis that low, it's free money.
Sometimes I think to myself, I'm smart and I could easily set up a shell, grease some palms, and start selling a dream/mine/product to shareholders on the otc market. It's really not hard at all. Luckily, I have morals and have only just lightly looked into this.
A shame.
Oh I know that too well--- it is probably related to their immunotherapy drug's recent hurdle of positivity. But dear god, man, have they just bungled everything about their current one.
They pretty much came out and said that with the new rebate being offered for belviq, they will be making much less and said the market was weak (for now). Their other drugs are promising, but far out, and also need money to progress.
I think investors see this as the last straw (the secondary) and are just leaving and taking what they can get until the next catalyst draws near. All, imo.
Hahha...selling more stock. God I love to hate this stock. Such promise...but so much fail.
Man...this stock just loves to eat up new blood. Watching..
You're right! But things were different then. RAM was looking for a buyout/cash infusion from sales of property. RAM just happened to have some good land in some of the main areas primed for horizontal drilling technology. Floyd took a look at us and many others and the rest is history.
Now...there is uncertainty in the future of oil price stability. There are larger producers over seas that can weather this storm better and longer. HK has tons of debt...tons! And there are better investment options that are ALSO paying dividends. All this and two board members quitting last week, and, well---I'll be watching...just not buying.
Expect a reverse split in the next six months. Sorry, just how I see it.
Will most definitely tank more on the director(s) leaving and continuing soft prices and demand compared to their high debt load. Could have really worked out in previous business climates...win some, lose some.
Looks like it. Maybe Floyd is freaking out in the board room. I'm sure him and many others in his industry with high debt loads are freaking out even if they are hedged for the future.
Two of the original board members from the newly formed company are gone. Hmmmm
Likewise, Mis.
Considering some of my purchases (had) been bought at 7.00+ and many others much higher when we expected this to just be the next big thing, yesterday was merely a flippers and short-term'ers paradise. Anyone still holding today is just not familiar with our moody 'ol lass: ARENA.
How about that MRI*? LMFAO
PS. The market knows how they executed their first drug...I'm thinking at this point they could have the cure for cancer and still bungle it somehow. /not bitter here
This is the ARNA I've come to expect. Great move yesterday, but its just phase 1 and the current drug is just not selling enough. Waiting and waiting some more.
That, too. Trying to temper my optimism here...but it is a nice change in pace after months of stagnation and bid whacks at every turn. The company update was very nice, but they really should have PR'd it. I do know that costs some money---but its the least they could do after so long, imo.
bid keeps rising...
Right there with you. I loaded some at .02 and really expected to hear something...anything by now. Still waiting.
Wow, still. I know the reasoning at this pps currently...but still, its quite shocking to see how low this keeps going.
WoW! Heading below 2 dollars. The cost of this debt isn't going to be offset nearly as much by revenue until oil rises again.
Count me in! I still come here to read. Better than days of our lives. When is that massively illegal short position from Bodie going to be covered anyway? Man...better average down!
PS---Think I could drive further south and get all of those unsold boxes of Marani from those costco locations at fire sale prices? Or should I wait for .0001 for that? I would do it...
I slowly clap my hands for your rational analysis and contributions to this board. Having gotten out in the two cent range long ago (seems like decades) I'm really not surprised at where this is now.
I wanted more on the contracts long ago. Well, nothing. It truly is a shame. Maybe the distillery could use a nice little smirnoff boost in the pants and go global with a proper marketing budget and realistic game plan. Because...I still like this damned vodka---but, it's not like Margrit made this 'vodka spirit' she just hijacked the trust of the distillers and scammed away.
A shame.
Still have a position here and have patience, but am slightly unnerved by the three accounts lightly pumping this on promotion boards all under the same guise of 'G6 stocks, LLC', "an awareness company". They've been at it for months now with just a few posts from each account every week. Not like its doing anything, but I'm hoping its not on behalf of the IR company.
Carry on good folks, carry on.
One of the accounts in question:

Click the triangle with the dollar sign and read away.
Won't they? Funny thing is...there would be a huge market for that.
Not entirely, but one cannot deny many got in expecting quick gains and are now exiting for ones that are moving today. A little of this and a little of that.
Yup...tons of stocks being liquidated to chase the new fad of ebola. Same **** different day.
WOW!
I check back here every so often and am just amazed at where this trading at this time. Oil is lower and its future appears to be a continuation of recent lows, but overall this is a reflection of their debt load in the background and recent increase to 1 billion dollars of their credit line, imo.

Yup...once again a sign that something is happening here still, imo.
Bid keeps raising here from the morning's dump. I can't recall any other RS play out like this in the event of no news or direction from the company. Other plays would simply sell off until the PPS flat-lined and interested faded. Not here....
The bid is at two cents now? Uhhh this has beaten my expectations for this RS. GLTA and may we prosper...I only hold 29200 shares, but that might not be looking too shabby soon. All imo...
This stock has more soap opera moments than any other I've invested in. It helps to just walk away and sift through the clutter later in the evening. GLTA
Volume above our new normal and ASK size decreasing...still, I wont hold my breath here.
