Maybe my regular Kroger was sold out of that flavor then, the only promo's I kept seeing were the guitar picks.
Thanks Road, I'll keep an eye out next weekend.
I would hope they are getting a cut of the deals that get signed, otherwise I don't see any incentive for them to really work with us. We can't pay our own bills as it stands now.
On a side note, went to the grocery yesterday and looked at the Quaker promo with Nick Nonas. Still no code on the box like everyone else is seeing. Am I the only market this isn't being pushed in???
Diarch, I'm referring to sustainability or hitting a break even point for revenue vs. expense.
No doubt there will be a wave in PPS with this.
doubt it, negotiations take months to work out...and you don't get to that point until a competitors internal legal/patent team reviews what they can and cannot get around...and determine if a license is necessary. If they don't think it's necessary then the legal battles begin.
It's a good step, but each step has a long stride.
Going to take a long time before seeing results from this...but as long as we pay them, unlike our last patent firm, this is a good step.
And all those hypotetical NDA's save, ehh, I mean restricts Laura from having to talk to shareholders. :)
Can't wait for the patent attorneys to fight this to the supreme court...got to do something to make money.
In all seriousness...this is much needed.
a 17% drop only fuels this fire...Can't wait to read all the non-supporting posts!!
Neom doesn't have any cash...next best alternative. But that was 8 months ago...wonder how many people are going to freak out over this.
As of the date of this Schedule, the Reporting Persons beneficially own an aggregate of 3,600,000 shares of Common Stock, which represents approximately 1.64% of the 219,257,318 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of August 8, 2011 as disclosed in the Issuer’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 12, 2011.
Didn't Neom just file an amendment stating the outstanding was actually different then what was originally reported on 8/8?
So, I guess this is going to have to be refiled in response to Neom's refile...unless of course there's another oversight 8 months later!
Settlement of the Rothschild Suit.
From 9/13
Nice find Pop, for clarification....if they are planning to use our IP would PayPal need to license or is it included with the eBay deal?
Simple, there's no one there to manage and make sure the proper steps are taken.
Maybe we'll see an 8k soon in reference to changes in exec. team, making them all permanent. Oh boy...that's a scary thought.
Sounds like Chasin Music Group is in the pipeline to become his 'baby' after July 2012. Note to self: do not invest in Chasin.
One of these days, all those kids in the sandbox will out-grow it and move onto the swing set.....and when that day comes, I believe Neomedia will have the entire sandbox to itself!!!
Yay to mediocracy and poor judgement!!!!
Now JP...George O'Leary can only be in so many places at one time. The bank is first...then irrelevant stuff regarding Neomedia is 2nd. If he has time, really important stuff regarding Neom is 3rd. How much do you expect from a part-time, contracted, interm COO?
Small side note: Anyone else notice that they removed "interm" from the executive listings? No biggie as they are still interm...but, only confuses would-be investors even more about this company.

Tu shay. Those are good facts and the market is evolving. But another fact is that O/S have significantly increased and debt continues to increase.
Bottom line is no matter how much they are moving forward, how much the market is evolving, how well they've adapted to the changes or how they've doubled their own revenue...until they fix these internal issues or reach a break even piont any success they have is going to be converted to success of another entity, at a heavily discounted price.
There's a lot of water to tread to even break even
The doors close if you can't pay the bills, and all the efforts go out the door.
I beg to differ.
Neom PPS has everything to do with what Neom is doing at the moment....which is hardly anything since Neom can't/won't talk about its successes. I think that's a fair assesment is it not? People's perceptions are only fueled by Neom's inability to talk to it's shareholders or even share within it's own competative market their successes.
Have you ever heard of 'perception is reality'. The reality is Neom is not informing the public or it's shareholders of anything it may be currently doing...so, perception is the company sucks and will continue to suck until they prove otherwise.
Consider this:
PPS currently at .0315...that's all you need to consider.
Now...how can we cheer for this team when we're losing the game b/c YA scores every possesion, and we are stuck kicking 80 yard field goals hoping the wind carries it??
I don't think bottom feeders is the appropriate term, rather, "Shareholders which have not, and will not, see a return on investment" is probably more suited.
I'm cheering on Neom to succeed, but (from hard lessons learned) will be riding the waves and cashing out each time because we all know what happens with each wave. The answer is more disappointment. Why put ourselves through more of that?
Ah, we're based in Seattle today according to that qoute.
Edit: btw, why wasn't Laura part of the summit??
I'm thinking Laura has a friend at that publication, and when the publication can't get info. from the parties actually involved...they reach out to her for comment.
Her doing that is like throwing vinegar on a cut...PPS is tanking as always, but Neom will praise it's competition.
Going on 11 months as Acting CEO...10 months too long.
I wish she'd spend her time selling our product as opposed to spending time talking about our competitors success.
Goes back to the whole why isn't Neom part of this since they are the owners of indirect and since they are the ones that first got involved with GS1
asleep at the wheel again
I want to agree with you JP about dumping as much as they can by July 2012...but, they have less than a year and billions of shares at their disposal. Neom hasn't released a decent PR since May...this is stil a day traders stock and there needs to be PR's for them to dump into.
Question is why isn't YA releasing hype PR's like they use to and get consistent dumping and maximize their return by July 2012?
small price for YA to pay to make more money.
Why can't we PR this stuff...she's talking about it in an online magazine so it's obviously not NDA.
My brand new box doesn't have anything on it, bought it yesterday
It does have the same promo about Nick Jonas on it though.
:(
should be expected
Keep reducing that price, YA will flood the market with new shares if such news were true.
One can only hope. At this rate I wouldn't care if another start-up company bought them out. Anything would yield better results for a shareholder.
trap door just opened
Very nice, my current break even is .052 so hopefully we exceed that today. Best of luck to you...if we sell I'll see you next week with freshly minted cheap shares courtesy of YA.
Look at the historical price actions and charts. You'll see many slippery slopes after reaching the top of the mountain. Do what you want to do and what you feel comfortable doing.
This guy is selling if it exceeds my breakeven. I know I can get more shares next week at lower prices. History repeats itself.
Sorry, should have clarified. The former 'resellers' section originally had around 24 or so. That section is gone now and has been replaced by the 'strategic partners' page...which actually use to have App Store, Neustar, Ovi, Samsung and a few other companies/entities listed as strategic partners.
Thanks Road, but wern't there about 24 companies listed before? Now only 11...
Anyone know who we lost?
