i c they called it historic but it isn't on the list! lol ok, tks
It says "Historic structure to be removed", and this was approved? thats odd, most historic structures are not approved for removal which is why they are either restored or allowed to get to a point where they will collapse and then are allowed for demolition to remove a hazard. hmmm, I think I've been reading too many conspiracy posts, the first thing I thought of when I saw this was, what a set up for failure, this will never get approval to be removed...yet another delay of progress.
actually, the pushing the dirt around was diring the c and d. the operator said they discussed it with inspectors who were at the site prior to the event, but failed to submit the request in writing, thus failed to receive the ok in writing. when kaka hit the fan, the inspectors said nothing, or so it seems since there was no mention of the verbal agreement in the write-up.
i fought the law and the law won... just kidding. i think you might be able to find something along the lines of abuse of power and authority but nothing will become of it. as soon as corporate counsel finds that gov may lose, a settlement will be reached, or the pre-signed resignation letters get dated. and bye-bye to whom ever.
only about a month or so. for guyer, fearn, and rice, it might be all-in time. or BONZAI!lol
i thinks he needs the money to pay K&P, and the plane, room, board, and a payment for permit.
yep, but rest assured, this will go round and round till the board turns blue in the splash...
maybe K&P need a payment? IDK, anyone?

Look out below...ummm, below below...lol!
but why would they fix something they plan to do away with? the cease and desist is from a valve that malfunctioned and spilled liquid...a lot of liquid, like saturate the ground. the operator then failed to notify the DRMS within 24hrs. because they felt they were going to be inspected the following day anyhow, reasonable assumption yes, but not allowable. They should have picked up the phone, woulda, coulda, shoulda... upon testing by the inspector the levels were within tolerance, if thats supposed to make things better, and it does, but not to the board. the company got smashed with a cease and desist. the valve was welded shut.
hang on a second, not enviroment friendly? there is a c&d in place, so for now, it doesn't get any friendlier. kinda like...how can you cause trouble if youre sleeping?
lol, it's great! .0005, .0007, .0009, .002, .005, .008, .01, .02, .03, etc!
one time .25, .35, .50, .85, 1.00, 2.00, all the way to 14.00 just on good news, i think it was change lights in every Walmart. a few days later Walmart issued a statement..."we don't have a contract to change any lights" the price crashed and the CEO jailed...lol!
sometimes the market maker posts prices that there are no current market for, they are are in CGFIA just not active...no market.
kitt, i don't think wally is engineer but rather a CEP and/or CSP at minimum. may be why the engineered dry stacking was deemed complex as too complex for the realm of the enviromental safety dept or personnel(out of scope), but needed to go to another department for review.
where i currently live the state conducts study for a proposed project like mass transit 250k later they argue the study, then they request another study, 20 yrs later they still studing and believe it or not, 10 yrs ago a question was asked, "how many studies are needed before you folks get off your asterisk and do something?" i heard the saying, so smart your stupid, and yeah that came over the 5pm news! lol!
looks like the mm's got on the phone and said it looks stormy outside. then poof! magically, 148m shrs appear! lol
semper fi
it's like humping mt. MF with a pack full of fruit cocktail, tiring. but in the end very rewarding, especially when you hand your buds all a can of fruit cocktail...everyone likes fruit cocktail.
just an add here > grandfather, uncles all construction trades, i grew up working summers for stuff like bicycles, skateboards, then mopeds, motorcycles, and cars. now i'm a carpenter.
Just a thought here...
Mr. Anderson might be ready to retire, just fed up with all the stuff he's had to put up with over the years and said to himself, I'm tired of seeing the cra* and wrote the letter.
I mean, 44 yrs experience! he's set already. And nowadays with the governments going belly up...who as a small business can afford to do work > 50k by fronting materials and labor and wait 3-6 mos for their first payment? If the government changes a procurement process, the wait is longer. The company ties up a lot of resources that could be used on other projects. I see our procurement guy using the 'ol, "if they (vendors) don't like it, we can buy somewhere else." well, news for him...the vendors have a larger client base to support, we are not their only customer and we are definetly not their largest and we pay the slowest.
For a small job < 50k government can pay cc so thats not as bad.
but still, to worry about future government work? yeah I guess if you build bombers, jet fighters, or nuke pwr plants etc. but there is a lot of other work out there. Government work is just another pc in the puzzle, not the puzzle itself.
Maybe this Anderson fella (in addition to helping out) is looking to build a client base. Could it be possible?
In this economy, I'd suspect a lot of people are doing side work in fields they are good at, or confident in their ability to perform in.
but it seems of late, every time close, it gets pushed back down. DI is moving up but volume down.
lol, why don't the "kid" just blow in her ear to stimulate her mind instead? lol too funny yer post.
Even better yet! i know, just an example<sigh>
i agree, a buyback would be best as it projects mgmnt's confidence in the future path of the company. too bad there isn't an angel out there willing to provide the financing for specifically reducing the share count in exchnge for percentage of future profits.
was just wondering if the recent dumpage wasn't longs taking a loss within the 90 day wash sale rules. if it were me i'd consider it since it offsets future profits or creates greater loss.
Imo, RS in general hurt the longs. espesially if they avg down, in avg down, they've poured more of their hard earned money into a stk. for those who bought .0001's the smash isn't as bad. however, if a rs is followed by a lot of good news, i also believe some profits can be taken. again, all only my opinion.
i kinda figured on verizon, they are everywhere! what about catv?
it's possible, but imo, without a buyback an RS may be needed next yr to address the restricted shares hitting the float. at last posted count here on the bd. the OS was somewhere around 20 - 23 BILLION shares and insiders hold approx a little over 3 bil.
another example is SEE$ a few years ago. also BFH$ had a nice run. HYG$ complted a few contracts and also ran pretty nicely. all a fews ago, some 4+ yrs ago.
oh i c! tks, yeah it looked as though stuck in time... pretty neat i think.
i was just joking around, but out of curiosity, which wireless carriers are in silverton? because of the packages, push to talk, unlimited messages, unlimited group calling, and of course dependability, this could also have some savings for a company especially if they rely heavily on the ability to teather a laptop or hookup a mobile router for multiple connections.
so what town do you go to to use internet? lol j/k
<ducks>
lol! this is a stock one can buy and forget about knowing where it will be 10 yrs from now...if it lasts that long!
Whats up with the pre-market trades? these l/o from yesterday? or are the mm's setting up?... most likely restricteds entering the float. more dilution maybe? idk
myayes...lol j/k, i use eturd
try a smaller oddball qty like instead of 10 mil try 5,090,000 and 4,010,000
Maybe she had too much grog...lol j/k
or if history is any indication...the carrot has dropped.
if permit and c&d lifted, some will wonder what the next excuse will be. don't be surprised if the bashings start, with the size of the O/S, real easy to cast doubt. IMO
for me, going to see this play out a little longer.
35 billion a/s is a lot.mm's know what buttons to push. give it a while, 1 pr does not make a run, report coming, if it's in there we may see some activity. it's going to take a lot to move this.
