pumping up the profits when they count?...listen to the drums moronda...we were told many moons ago to follow the money...the money stands at about 160myn when this hits...and thats a lot of press pads
how ya doin w/ the math MR. Fortune 50 Business Experience...what was the ratio of idc to the nasdaq on the close of business 5/31/94 and on 6/04/04...or did you think i forgot about what we were talking about 3 hours ago...im your worst nightmare...i remember all your bullshit...has idc not outperfomed the nasdaq in a ten year period....you complain about idc "fitting the numbers"...and you are trying to do exactly the same thing...a friggin moron knows the 1year time period as of today is just about as bad as youll get...but weve proved to you outperformance in the 2 5 and 10 yr period...whats it gonna be onciepoo
"the devil is in the details"...is a cute phrase when your trying to mock...even cuter when you inadvertantly praise
there is some element of 2g catchup...thats why its an accounting bear....it could be there's a big elemnt of 2g catchup...and they dont want it structured that way
you got something to say to me...say it to me...nobody here has an average cost of 26..or anything close to it...and yes...he looked me in the eye...which is a far cry from what you've ever done...ill tell you...if there's one great thing about the weakness in the dollar...its that your doubly screwed by owning idc...thats how much distate i have for you at this point
why would you think he was anything less than serious... ...are you sometimes not serious in very important business settings?...it was said in a very sincere manner...and was not the result of any probing on my part...maybe he just liked my face and wanted me to know he was gonna get the job done for the both of us[sic]
not sure what you mean...
u said ten years dickhead...monthly data means close of business on 5/31..since it is june 4..that seems logical...i could have used ocober 94 when it was .4%...but i had the intellectual honesty to go strictly by the book
delete
gman...he uses the same tactics...when someone gets the better of him...he runs and hides...and then comes back at a later time w/ the same bullshit ...like nothing happened
"pissing on our camfire"....just like onceinalifetime...i am convinced they are one in the same...same MO...he has a better "cover" than a "concerned fisherman"...he is a "concerned shareholder"...makes me want to puke
try try again...5/31/94 idcc was .6% of the nasdaq index...today it is .9% of the nasdaq index....so far youve been caught twice in one line of questioning....are you ever honest?...why should anyone trust you to be honest when you continually post incorrect information
because they are not what they say they are...they want the stock to go down...thereby vindicating their "position"
maybe you can come to the next asm and ask the questions yourself...why are the most vehement protesters afraid to show their face and ask the questions themselves...yet they try to get dedicated sharehlders to do their dirty work...i find it comical that not a single one of "marchma's 78 questions to ask at the asm" was asked
more intellectual dishonesty from the king....right onceiepoo....anyone can mine data to make their point...since you say idc has robbed us blind in the last 5 years...thats the period i used
what a freakin joke..."i thought their second qtr could have been better"...."thou loveth to hear thou talk"....if you wanted to be an analyst that is the carrer path you should have chosen
here is something interesting i found while "actually analyzing" the data i just presented...the peak valuation of idcc vs the nasdaq [1.7%]was actually reached on 2 occasions in 12/99 when the stock was 75...and last april when the stock was 25....it is very interesting that the level was exactly the same on both occasions
for an accountant you dont much care about the numbers...lets be fair and go back to 1/99...idc was roughly .3% of the nasdaq index...now its above .9% of the nasdaq index....when i think of you...the words "intellectual dishonesty" immediately come to mind
truely a classless comment by a classless guy....you lose..admit defeat and move on...hopefully to another stock
play w/ yourself all you want...and btw....the new directors recieved 51 myn votes...so 4myn shareholders voted for the new directors and against roath...since thats the camp your in...thats the relevant vote as far as im concerned
the expectation is for jpo approval in the near future...dont forget thay paid 19myn upfront 3 years ago..and have not come close to using that amount yet
47m to 4myn...you should be more than a little disappointed...thats about one vote for every word expended politicking for those votes..the word..."satisfaction" comes to mind
they might be able to ignore the announcement...but they wont ignore the earnings generated by the announcement....the only explanation i have is that there is somebody out there who is saying the nokia arb is going to be very bad for idc...i know this because a hedge fund i was pitching said this in is opening statement to me[btw..they bot at least 250k]
sanyo is a significant CDMA2000 producer....cha ching!!
it looks like idc will get an extra 5% {10.5 instead of 10} if they have to wait an extra 6 mos for the remaining 10myn...thats 10% interest!...having money in the bank is a wonderfull thing!!
i think the sellers are on the wane...buyers about to be in control...next stop 200 day at 19.40
loop...the only way to find out what i just said... would be to read this board or attend the asm...the asm is not recorded in any fashion
harry wasnt campaigning w/ me...we were talking man to man in plain easy to understand english...there must be some options expiring soon
first call 3 at 7.16am
funniest moment of the asm....harry introduced new board member alan zabarsky...as the former something or other at our "good friends from motorola"...that took some moxie
after the formal meeting i had an oppurtunity to talk to harry....i thanked him for what he has done...we talked for about 5 minutes...at one point he looked me square in the eye and said...these people have made profits with our inventions...and some of those profits belong in your pocket and mine...and im gonna make sure that happens
howard said "the rates that we have been able to get...are exceeding our expectations"
EVERYBODY will be paying both idcc and qcom for 3g...this is something that is basic knowledge for the idc shareholder
what was actually said ...was that idc's customers had no problem w/ signing because they know idc will be vigilant in signing up their competitors
just assume everyone who has sold a phone has been notified that they need a liscence......and that the potential liscencees have been identified and segmented
the message has been to wait them out until you cant wait no more...and maybe something like motorola or ericsonn or nokia arb will come along and then we can wait some more...that all ends in january...and then youll need someone to police the line to get in the door
go ahead sport...im sure they'll give you a finders fee
you have some high opinion of salespeople...i have found that salesman are helpfull when there is competition for your product...and the salesperson is a distinguishing factor for selling your product over someone else's product...that is not the case here...its all done at the legal level...the companies determine they have no legal recourse to idc's ipr...and they try to work out a rate...THERE IS NO SALESMANSHIP INVOLVED
do you think idc has made their liscencing terms clear to companies such as novatel?...by showing them the rimm and htc and sierra liscences
oops...i didnt see your whole post...although i would say...my info is much more current
