apparently you can access your etrade account for trading via iHub with etrade's API. i think this is fairly new and i have no idea how to do it.

Just clarify, we are hoping for upcoming news. The company has not made any claims that a RM is coming, nor have they alluded to any news coming out about anything.

They deregistered their common shares so they wouldn't be encumbered by reporting requirements and burdened by responsibilities to investors. Why would they go out of their way to release any news a this time???

Don't get me wrong, I certainly hope they do, but it's important that buyers understand what they're buying, otherwise they'll just dump it to the bid when it doesn't move. It has awesome potential to be a RM play, but where did the idea come from, and where did the "news coming soon" rumor start???

So let's be extremely conservative and say that they're not proactively looking for a reverse merger prospect and they're just sitting around on the golf course waiting for someone to approach them.

Based on the current share structure, what are other similar shells trading at? And how does the value change as the OS increase?

Does a 15-15D allow them to dilute the market with impunity if they decided they wanted to?

We desperately need some kind of new information that's important enough to become a new sticky. We've not had anything relevant enough to update the stickies in months.

Anyone want to dig around for some new info that hasn't been found yet???

I'd sure like to see if there's any merit to the proposed event at a hotel in the area, and figure out which hotel that might be... Who's the best sleuth in the room???

looks like we lost the interest of the bid supporters. without news, i reckon we can expect a close at .0012 today. bummer, guess we're back to waiting for more news. hopefully something about a R/M or something positive.

WSGF looks like it may have positioned itself to run. 90M OS and they just filed a 15-15D effectively making this a shell up for sale. word on the board is that this could make a run on shell value alone.

just so everyone knows, i've had shares here for a long time so i'm extremely excited to see something happen...finally. there's a few new faces over there since yesterday, but not many. probably a good time to pick up some "just in case" shares. the bottom has been .001-.0012ish for about two months now.

seems to me that they're de-registering their common shares:

so they're either:
1. going out of business (which doesn't seem likely because why would they go through the trouble of de-registering their shares)
2. preparing for a merger (which doesn't seem very likely to me because there are better ways to prepare for a merger unless they want to dump shares to the market with impunity)
3. someone is cleaning house and trimming the fat (cutting all costs possible in order to start with a clean plate on one last push for success - that would explain why they brought back what's his face)
4. or they're all hanging up their hats and are preparing to sell the shell to someone so they can exit with a little coin from all their shares.

To clarify, I will sell them responsibly. My orders are already placed in smallish chunks along the ask. I will not dump to the bid.

I've got millions that I bought all the way down from very high. Bought light volume web it was in the pennies and then started buying heavy down to .002 thinking that was the bottom. Tried picking up a few million at .001 but couldn't get much more action by the time I place my order, everybody kept placing bids at .0012

I doubt we'll get any updates until the weather warms up and they can pretend to make an effort to schedule a tournament.

I'm still holding every share I've bought (unfortunately at very high prices) and think I will try to pick up a bunch of shares down here to "average down". I know this is a terrible play, but I'm a victim of my own weakness.

Does anyone know how many shares of convertible options were set to mature this quarter according to the last 10K??? I wonder if all the selling was from those options being sold into the market. Haven't seen any selling in a week or two. I wonder if they're all gone, and/or if there are more options set to mature any time soon...

That would be nice. Unfortunately I don't think we'll hear anything for a while, not until the weather warms up a little -- even though it shouldn't really matter since they're worldwide...

wonder what that's all about. someone trying to intimidate buyers in an effort to make people sell to the bid so they can get cheaper shares???

haven't been able to dedicate any real time to learning it, nor have i really been able to make time at work to trade so i haven't made any real money from it.

i used the news filter and searched for LOI to see news releases for companies announcing mergers or anything else that would create an LOI.

found any good tutorials or filter set-ups on line???

The short of it is that i'm guessing (hoping and praying) that WSGF is about to release a series of PR's and i'd sure love to figure out what its going to be. I wonder if they're going to announce a LOI to acquire WMDA (that's a giant leap and a total guess). the last company they acquired was Leiweke's Holding company, and now they bring him up again while he's on the board of WMDA???

looks like the .001ish could have been a bottom that we're bouncing off of. admittedly, i've said, "this looks like the bottom" quiet a few times on this bad boy and have lost a lot of cheese... but, this bounced off the .001 trampoline fairly well, and with relative strength.

we'll have to wait to see what she does at the first of the year when Patrick starts releasing PR's about new golf tournaments. if we ever hear anything about the acquisition it could really fly -- back up to .07 like it has in the past.

i'm cautiously optimistic (forced because i've been pessimistic long enough haha) that we'll all make some money before its over and done with.

sure did. the whole point was to buy a little at the ask. i wasn't claiming to have made an "investment" with those 1,000 shares. i've been here for a while and own enough shares.
