Yours would have been better!!
Less supply will result in a higher price as demand increases.
Such a simple concept.....
Someone thinks this stock will move up.
Were you referring to my emotions??!!
Just unbelievable. It's like Groundhog Day.
There can't be more than a couple of million shares between where we are and 2-3 cents! Probably not even that many.
No doubt.
Not going anywhere until I get the price I am expecting.
Pretty obvious that this isn't going anywhere until "someone" gets all the shares she wants.
They probably did that because this stock is such a dud and they want to lose money.
97% buys this morning!
I hope they have to wait 52 weeks - I would frankly rather see 84 million 3's, 4's, and 5's, etc.
A shortage of 2's doesn't seem to be a problem - 84 MILLION so far.
66+ million on the sell side. Ken better have something real good up his sleeve, because this thing is sinking fast.
Doesn't appear that many here are selling for a loss! HTLJ 2011!!
3,000,000 shares? Where did they come from? That is a pretty big chunk of the "float" if they aren't dumped shares. And why at 1 cent when we could EASILY move to 2+ with a little buying?
I guess they decided to reissue the 20 million shares that they canceled.
This is just ridiculous.
Merry Christmas et Joyeux Noël!
Lorel,
That is what I thought, but some were saying a while ago that the 20 million had reduced the shares to 30 million. So we are in agreement that the shares are really 50 million, but also that we are still quite undervalued.
Okay, I am starting to get a little confused with these names and purchases:
We currently have 30 million shares after the 20 million were "retired"?
This lady (Sylvia Costa Manning) has 14.5 million of them
Able Income has 6,160,000 of them
Vince and Ingrid must have significant positions as well - even a couple of million each lowers the float to 5-6 million.
Are my numbers right, and if so, why are we stuck at 1 penny?
690,000 @ .0115 - How did that one happen?
Guess the stock is taking the day off.
Nov 2 shares - As of November 2, 2010, there were 23,308,191 per 10-Q
Shares for debt - 11,111,112
An aggregate of 650,000 shares of the Company’s common stock from sale.
Total 35,069,303
The rest (around 600,000) must be bonuses or something.
It seems reasonable that the company was buying shares at the lowest possible price - they gave 11 million to Terry Lee and Gary Lee. Why would they PR and buy the shares for significantly more than it appears they have actually paid? We have all been posting for months that this is a 2011 play and that now is the time to get in on it. There are logical reasons for the low price, but equally good ones for why the share price will increase dramatically in the future.
The smartest thing for the company to do right now is pay off their debt. That was one of the obvious purposes of the Premium Homes deal. Pay off 2 million in debt, WITHOUT adding to the share total. It was mentioned earlier that they seem to be hibernation/cash savings mode. Premium Homes may even be profitable, so that may help pay down the debt, as well. We can see from the balance sheet that as soon as the debt is paid, they will begin to turn a profit. When they announce a profit, the stock price will move quick.
Quite a bit of "paint"- took out one of the 8's!
Somebody wants VLCO to move!
Some must, that would explain the early trading. This company, though, just gets stranger and stranger.
So you believe it will only go down from here? There isn't any possibility that the share price move up from .14? If it returns to .25 where it sat for a long time, 10,000 shares nets $1100 - not bad. What say you?
L2 looked so thin last week - shouldn't take much pressure, but it hasn't been there.
Understood - not bashing. I had just hoped we would get more traction from the fantastic news last week.
I hope that doesn't mean another share dump tomorrow.
Good post - there is no dilution, there is no giant self off, there is no significant walk down. Just a good company, with good leadership, a good plan, and a great future. There can't be a lot of shares between .14 and .35 - accumulation charts prove that.
I was afraid we would see that after the interview. Sure takes the momentum out of things.
Looks like .14 to me!
Good times ahead!
Those three states come together and form an economic region. Middlesboro is in Kentucky, but very close to both Tennessee and Virginia - right where Cumberland Gap is (Daniel Boone country).
With the debt paid down by the recent deal we are closer than ever. That was a great move - 2 million in debt PAID, new company ACQUIRED, no NEW shares.
