I am not saying it won't happen but I just really don't see the point as no one is buying the shares they have now.

Typically when a company dilutes they dump at the BID and this one has none at this point.

As far as the halt goes, I seriously doubt that unless they really screw up. There are far worse stocks out there currently trading and they have done worse things than this companies non-performance..

Seriuos question here..Why even bother with a R/S when you can't sell the shares you have now? Did you notice the no bid? The only thing that a R/S would accomplish is having more shares that you can't sell, IMHO.

Unless they R/S and retire the shares and lower the A/S count then it is pointless, IMHO.

What they need to do is actually deliver on something at this point because shareholder confidence is ZERO..

Honestly I hold a nice chunk and until they actually follow thru with something I would say no.

If you do test the water I would only throw in what I would be O.K. losing..

The bright side is that at .0001 even if it only runs to .0010 it is a 10 bagger..

Well it finally went NO BID and an ASK of .0001..Dead money from here.

Based on the time frames they released their Q1 & Q2 financials, I would not count on it being next week but more like mid November. It seems that it takes them about 6-8 weeks from the end of the quarter to release the report.

Q1 Ended March 31 and the report was issued 5/17

Q2 Ended June 30 and the report was issued 8/16

No worries!! Glad you got what you needed. We should all be sitting on the bid, IMHO and pick up the cheaps so we can get as many shares as possible. I don't see us forcing the run by slapping the ASK but we sure as he!! can control how high it runs once it starts.

If we own a large chuck of the float and put our sell price high then we can make the "greedy herd" pay when the run starts. But that is just my 2 cents..

Remember that the pinks trade on NEWS and Greed so we just have to wait.

Because someone purchased 52,500 shares at .0008 which is under $50 worth of shares. It was a paint job if you ask me which is un-needed as this will run when it is time. I say Mid-November when the financials are released or sooner if they get them out sooner or some other big news.

I'm with you on this..I have seen dilution and if that is what is going on then it is weak to say the least. The Volume is currently at 15M so at .0005 that would be $7500 if they were all dumped at the bid, which they were not.

Ignore the static and watch the show for now.

BTW, The he!! with slapping the Ask at this point, it is time to bid sit and cherry pick from the weak and shorts (if any) for now.

You are thinking along the same lines as I was...It sure sounded to me that all the value will go with grafitti (and would have to in order to get that kind of line of credit) while most of the liability will stay with SDVI, IMHO.

My WAG is that we get close to .0060 tomorrow before it pulls back some on increased selling. You have to take into account several factors that have already been stated on this board.

500M shares are held by people on this board, some have been holding a while now and will be locking in some profit from the run. Some like Bechbum, Machias and even my self will be looking to trade some of our holding in order to move on to the next play. The only question you should be asking is what are the traders exit points and how many shares are they ready to dump into the run..

Interesting that a company very similar to this one is up over 90% this morning on "Increase in Revenues"..No numbers were given but the volume a price went way up this morning.

I still say that given the right news today we can see .01 before close...JMHO.
