From their report issued a week ago (9/21)

"The Issuer has amended its Articles of Incorporation with the State of Wyoming, as follows:
(a) The effective date of the Amendment is September 6, 2010;
(b) The Issuer amended Article Four of its charter to increase the amount of authorized from 1,000,010,000 to 5,000,010,000 of which 10,000,000 remain Preferred Shares. The par value for the shares remains $0.0001. There were no other changes to Articles."

Remember that Authorized and Outstanding are two different things. If the second one jumps dramatically then we have a huge problem. Guess we will see after they release the financials, IMHO.
