Taking Delivery of Paper Certificates:
Your opportunity for taking physical delivery of paper shares of ANY company is coming to an end.
Major brokerage houses have indicated and some have already put in place a policy of electronic shares only. What that means is that they simply refuse by operating practice to forward your request for paper certificates along with your signature guarantee on the stock power to the transfer agent.
Since the transfer agent requires a signature guarantee and your shares are now at the refusing broker you cannot get the proper request and documents to the transfer agent.
This means you take delivery now or forever have an agent between what you own and yourself. Now means today, not tomorrow.
Sale ends in 26 minutes. No more tax loss selling on Wednesday.
Happy new year.
Tax loss selling is almost over. If you are short, beware! Place your buy stops to avoid being killed when the buying takes over in the new year. A word to the wise.
"Victory is at hand" said Joseph Goebbels from his bunker in Berlin in April 1945. There is an unconfirmed rumor that his grandson is working in public relations in Helsinki for an unnamed mobile phone producer. Reuters can be relied upon to determine the validity of this rumor. LOL
To all HMGP stockholders: I copied this from another board.

To All , Here's an interesting article called counterfeiting stock or naked shorting that should be read because our stock has been a victim of this game. As you can see by the two paragraphs I posted the author asks investors, brokers to share it.

Sources – Information used was obtained from public records; the SEC; the Leslie Boni Report
to the SEC on shorting; evidence and testimony in court proceedings; conversations with
attorneys who are involved in securities litigation; former SEC employees; conversations with
management of victim companies; and first hand experience as investors in companies that have
suffered short attacks. This web site is sponsored by Citizens for Securities Reform.
What to Do? – Many of our elected officials at the federal and state level do not understand
most of what is contained in this paper. They must come to understand this fraud, and, more
importantly, understand that their constituents are angry.
Pass this information to everyone you know – put it in the public conscience. Then the
citizenry needs to engage in a massive letter-writing campaign. Feel free to attach this report.
Make sure your elected officials, at the federal level and state level know how you feel.
Ultimately, votes in the home district will trump money from the outside.

Here is a suggestion for long time members of this board.
http://www.performancejackets.com/straight%20jackets.htm
Do we really want a Samsung 3G license? I suspect that they will undereport their sales and dispute which phones are covered by the license. They will then demand arbitration to resolve any dispute. I suggest that IDCC informs them that they are infringing and then go to court when the amount reaches $500 million.
Foxwoods,We received a Fedex with our certs from Schwab today also. All is well. Now, we need a hammer from Keith. GLTA
paheka, look for that story carried by Reuters. LOL
jiff, The short sellers have driven down the price and have made a large profit. I don't believe that there is much more profit to the downside and they are vulnerable to positive news from the courts or a new license. The main problem now is tax loss selling. Therefore, I predict a recovery in the stock price after Jan. 1. JMHO
My certificates have been sent to Schwab and now they have to send them to us. The system is working. Keep them coming!
Houston 100 and Princeton 50 were busts. Now I am ready to celebrate the Secaucus 20. COL ( crying out loud)
my3sons, En La France, ze health care she is free, ze University she is free, ze retirement pension she is free. Why Les Americains want Nokia to pay? Zis is not raisonable. Nokia pay me les big bucks to expliquer zis to you. Comprenez?
(Reporting by Aditi Samajpati in Bangalore; Editing by Himani Sarkar)
Aditi is ignorant about Interdigital's earnings projections. Himani didn't bother to check on the figures in the report.
I am amazed that ayone pays attention to earnings projections originating in Bangalore.
I add these fools to my ignore list.
Certificate ordered from Fidelity today with no problem.
No more single digit HMGP.
penny,
Thanks
Schwab just called to say that the certificate is ordered. We shall see.
What is the bid and asked now? I tried to buy at .09 when it was the ask and I didn't get filled. Did they move it up after my order? TIA
riverboatgambler, How will the NSS problem be resolved if each broker requests a certicate for shares in their accounts and the TA simply responds by printing them. There will be certificates printed for more than the float. How does a squeeze develop? Will there be a dispute over who has authentic certificates? I am ignorant about the process and how it will be resolved.
TIA
lowman, please explain how Schwab or anyone can buy real paper shares and not airshares. I don't understand where they will find them.
TIA
Schwab has delayed sending our cert. The reason that makes sense is that the trading desk put a hold on them. The traders know that there is a problem and did not explain why to the rest of the company. They may be a cause or a vitim. I just don't know. How will they resolve it? If they buy immediately, they won't lose but they could have a problem if Hemi rises suddenly. Any other ideas are welocome.
Schwab called to say that they were putting the TA in their computer system and we would get a call tomorrow. What a crock. How did they transfer the shares of the other loyal Hemi holders? Lowman has been right on in alerting us.
kilo, do you have the tel. no. for Chuck? I asked for his number and their compliance officer and they refused, nicely.
Schwab gave us the runaround for 2 hours. First responder said the certificate was blocked, then supervisor said that the transfer agent refused to issue cert. We called the TA that Schwab referred us to and found out it was incorrect and they referred us to the correct one,(Transfer on Line, (503) 227-2950. They said no problem and only need a request from Schwab. Called Schwab and spoke to supervisor who said he would call TA and get back to us. That was an hour ago. He said that someone in authority would call us this evening. Unbelievable!
We can only conclude that Schwab does not have the shares to issue the certificate against.
I don't know what to do next. I expect a story that they will issue a certificate in 4-6 weeks but I don't trust them. I anticipate a story about Christmas and New Year delays.
They would not give me the number of their compliance officer.
What do you people recommend?

my3sons, Nokia is using, English law and now French law. Soon, it will be Chinese law. The stock is down because Wall St. doesn't care what an American judge has to say. It is difficult to be an optimist when dealing with Finnish and Korean thieves.
my3sons, " A FRAND in need is a FRAND indeed. ( corny, but I couldn't resist.)LOL
Do you mean DJI, golds, or both.
TIA
Data_Rox, Will Nokia have to license and pay IDCC for any IPR in the N95?
lazyeye, I misunderstood you. I thought your friends with deep pockets would welcome the opportunity for a ten-bagger speculation for only 12 Grand. I now understand that they need a blue chip stock for such a significant investment. Sorry.
lazyeye, your deep pocket investors could each risk $12,000 without any more information than what is now available. The potential gain is $100,000 within 12-18 months. JMHO
Trading is practically zero, regardless of the float. The outstanding shares are in the hands of long term optimistic stockholders. They don't want to sell and have used up their available cash so they aren't buying. Oil in the ground is growing in value. It will be fascinating to see the after hours dump when practically no shares traded during the day
A cockeyed optimist. Who wants to invest in a tiny oil company in the USA? There are vast oil reserves in Russia, Venezuela, Iran, Arab kingdoms, and Nigeria. A bunch of Americans on this board don't trust the morals and ethics of the CEO. Obviously, they think better of the heads of these countries. A barrel of oil you can reach is better than a million barrels you can't get, even over $100 each.
hotncold, there is an error in your message. The fifth line should read robbed.
unhubbabubba..lievable! Many thanks for a great job. We have a loyal stockholder base that has weathered adversity and ready for higher prices.
Turkey is invading Kurdistan and oil pipeline is threatened.Nigerian rebels kidnapping oil workers. Iran is run by mad men. Russia under Putin is controlling oil availability.
Hemi has oil reserves in Kansas. No Turks, Nigerians, Iranians or Russians. It is pure gold and worth far more than current market value, far more.
zip, your system sounds like the US Congress. It would never work. LOL
Following that appeal, they can appeal to Hillary.
AMCSATX, you missed the most appropriate description.
Finagle. Use trickery. LOL
