The second one worked, just wondering where it said it was Techelm in there.
Nothing to tell, please do some DD on this company,
anyone can see what seeclear is posting about if they want, i believe he predicted the 0005's on that other stock, so get off his back, and stop flooding the board please,
this is about CYSG and CYSG alone.. which i think you should look into
SC.. I hope this is the part that applies to us :)
3) Better Execution: Perfect example for this is Reliance – RPL. Many large corporations do this for executing the important projects in a timely manner and once they complete the project they merge it back with the parent company.
Your guess is as good as mine, they havent reported anything at all in two years, have they?
Yea that is what it looks like anyway.
In 2005 Cape Systems inc became a subsidiary of Cape Systems Group Inc.
"As of January 12 2005, Cape Systems, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Cape Systems Group, Inc."

If you click on the company link Ineterested
It will take you to a small profile of the company with a bunch of ads, but in the top righthand corner, it shows what day it was updated, and if im not mistaken all of the companies owned by CAPE or in relationship to Cape, have been updated since September '09 or sooner.
yep it kind of makes sense.
Those are some harsh words they use for an example lol, but i would guess that it goes the other way too right?
heres something from wiki..
"Also, because a parent company and a subsidiary are separate entities, it is entirely possible for one of them to be involved in legal proceedings, bankruptcy, tax delinquency, indictment and/or under investigation, while the other is not."
im reading some wiki about it right now.
i think fucakeeater linked something on here that gave a good description of subsidiary.
And i think that if they actually File a legal SEC filing they have to report all of their revenue including subsidiaries and stuff, which may be why they went silent after 07? im not really sure about that though
haha whoops! i just blur words together when i read, i think thats called dyslexia.
And thank you for reminding me about the person on management i forgot about how they were connected.. do you remember their name?
herb i think the value of the subsidiary is still under CYSG.. and i do think we're sitting on a gold mine too lol
i guess i am assuming that their relationship hasnt soured after one year
i didnt get it backwards lol i wrote it correctly on there
just the types of business Cape associates itself with i guess i was pointing out :P sorry to confuse you
no they are not a subsidiary, they are a leading partner with cape and they shared a booth this year at PackExpo'08 where they introduced some kind of software that integrated stuff from esko and cape.
All three of those listed are the same Esko artworks too guys.. that is a TON of money..
Lol... Eskoartwork is located in Gent.. check out THEIR revenue...
http://goliath.ecnext.com/comsite5/bin/goliath2005_dbcomp_search_results_tt.pl
that is alot of money..
It appears that way, we will not know until they say SOMETHING but, if you check out all of the companies associated with Toms their revenues were updated all from about early September through early November.
Namely...DNPI, CYSG, Esko, (if that is the right one on there, im not sure) iTek(again, not sure if thats the same)and Open Terra
edit- pretty sure itek is something else listed on goliath
ROFL.. Watson (me2), figure out where that revenue stream is coming from.
true but, if they do report to the SEC.. would they have to file those?
Now that i read that again tho fucakeeater, it does seem as though CYSG would have to report those?
maybe cuz they're on the pinks none of it matters??
"The decisions and quality of management offered from the parent company affect the subsidiary, therefore making it crucial that one also has knowledge of the parent company when analyzing a subsidiary"
The parent company is CYSG so, their decisions affecting the subsidiary, which is a private company, is irrelevent, right?
"As of January 12 2005, Cape Systems, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Cape Systems Group, Inc."
http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=13643636
LOL so basically... Capes subsidiary made 158 Million in revenues and CYSG itself made 3.5 Million... HMMM why is all of that revenue under the PRIVATE company??
Tell me if I'm confused about this.
CAPE Systems is the subsidiary of Cape Systems Group Inc.
Im still blown away by this one.. 158 million.. really..
Nice, I can watch the RedZone channel and learn about how CYSG is funding itself with its own banks at the same time weeeee.
Very interesting me2.. Thank you Mods for the DD this weekend.
Me2DaMan...flooding my mainframe
Yay Me2, just in time to celebrate the weekend woot!
seems like we say next week alot but, the way this traded the past two weeks with the bottom 'hopefully' established its been a month since the last PR and even longer since they released unaudited financials..
I really do think..next week..should be an important week lol, whatever way the PPS may go.
Hoping its up up UP!
yep.. looks like your prediction might be right!
buys picking up at .002
That would be awesome fenian.
I didnt expect us to go much higher than we have today, if we can get a solid close going into monday that would be sweeeet!
A juicy mid-rare PR would be perfect lol.
Same, Ive been holding off until tomorrow to buy... I might've waited to long! we'll see..
yes.. that is why you trade any stock is based on speculation, good call.
hopefully we get a little push coming into close
That is a good point. ALL speculation but.. something worth thinking about
whenever they want penny lol
