I read that earlier. Maybe this is a case of the MM's lowering the stock to entice selling in order to cover and it will be short lived. Regardless sitting on the bid for a small portion. No way I am slapping the ask just to lose more $.

I think your post is misconstrued. You were saying you are not presently invested in the stock you just spammed. I feel your pain getting into this stock so high but I truly believe you just need to give it a few more weeks and you will make your money back. It's hard watching your money sit here when there are other stocks doing quite well but if you take a haircut on it now...a few weeks from now you won't be very happy. Probably just best to not be so negative about something you are invested in and sit back and wait for greener days ahead.

If Robert Farr bought $24,000 of Arsc on Dec. 30th at .0002 why does it not show on the historical?

Wow, I Learn something new on here everyday. Never been through a reverse split and was thinking it was somehow good and nothing to worry about anyway. I was thinking a decrease in share structure would increase the value of a stock the whole supply and demand theory. Thanks for your help there.

I was just reading up on some info here and came across in March of 98 they did a share decrease 1 for 20 split and 6 years later in Jan of 04 another decrease 1 for 4 split. Here we are 6 years after that with the CEO buying up shares (which brings his total to 189,352,948) just speculation but ...could we be in for another decrease in share structure?

How does a trade like that go through below the bid?

I realize funding fell through last year and others were left holding the bag. Whether I believe what the company says or not is irrelevent. It doesn't matter whether I believe it..just that others do...which will cause the value of the stock to go up which in turn will make a lot of people on this board getting in now a lot of money. I still don't understand why people want to bring out anything negative about somethng they are invested in...makes no sense unless the goal is to lose money. Which it's not so must be time to try to buy in as low as possible due to the potential this stock has in the next few months...only proving my point.

So lets recap. We have partial funding for a $21 million dollar purchase order backlog. We have 90 days or less to bring sec filings current and re list to OTCBB. After filings are current we get additional funding. We will have the sales from the backlog orders to look forward to and did I read this right...a spinoff of HYDRA? Wow...Anyone want to place bets on how high this can go?

Peeps have been stuck in this for a year after funding fell through last year. They have grown impatient and are selling at the first opportunity. IMO the news tells us uplisting will be in 90 days or less...but won't be today. People will have this on their radar and they think they still have some time to get into this, which is true. Getting in now assures getting in early. It's gonna climb in the next couple of months and folks won't be sorry for getting in. Actual uplisting will make this pop hard after its steady climb. All imo of course.

Just want to say thank you to the whole crew. Everyone here is amazingly helpful. I am learning more everyday and in my first 4 months here I contributed a lil to the market myself. Hoping that changes here soon. I know a lot of you really like that Boiler Room movie but hoping you don't follow that Don't pitch the -itch line ha ha..
