You're just being nice to her so she'll send you some cados, crow!
I bet she sees right through you!
gooooooooooooo cdex !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pennyboy was the name of one of his stock-picking sites or chat room "forum", I think.
And now we have our very own penny right here on this board!
How lucky are we!
goooooooooooooo cdex !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
~kidd ...
"There is still an active SEC and DOJ investigation of which I am a part."
Can you answer this question: Why has this taken 10 years and apparently still none of the scamsters brought to court by the SEC and/or DOJ?
hi ~kidd ...
Penny sure rambles on doesn't he. Can he r e a l l y think he's fooling anyone?
Hope life is good!
hey, 'loco ...
Can it be he's still in bidness, still helping his "clients" make lots 'n lotsa money? Finished out his sentence in merrie olde but just couldn't resist the pull of the US and so came back?
http://www.corporationwiki.com/Florida/Boca-Raton/nigel-ramsay-P827200.aspx
what's the word for 'pshawwww' in Scottish, crow?
Don't know which of my posts you're referring to, penny.
Want to give the gist of what it said (before it was zapped), what you agree with?
ps ... you're batting 1000, penny ... you've replied back to back to two (2) zapped posts!
"Barb, Lori, etal
Just wondering if 4X4, Wasp, Stormy, Scared, Wina, Yart, Chip,Broadsword, Tex5000,etc are still around somewhere? I'd like to hear from them is they are."
I've long since lost touch with 4x4 ... never really "knew" wasp ... stormy appears here from time to time ... I'd guess scared is no longer interested ... yart vacated lonnnnnnnnnnng before most, barely knew him ... chip? do you mean chimp? have lost touch with him, too ... also Broadsword ... never was in contact with Tex.
I regret having lost touch with those friends. Parenthetically, I always thought it was so funny and ironic that stormy and I were at such loggerheads for so long and then ...
I hope all goes well with you.
"We tried, we really really tried."
Wonder who that person is!
Remember "Rebel Without a Cause"? I think that was it ... when James Dean walked on the school seal in front ... didn't know he wasn't supposed to?
Note: seems I've hit my posting limit of five (5) for the day imposed by ihub so ciaofernow.
btw, arloco ...
what high school is it that we went to together? I can't remember and Pennypot doesn't seem to want to say. Was it Samohi?
I sure do remember those. Welp, it worked then so why not do it again! (added: as some poster used to say, lather, rinse, repeat ...)
I think Lucent was nothing more than the announcement of an NDA, wasn't it? What other company do you know of that ever issued an announcement of an NDA? I can't think of any ...
Should have known you'd get there first!
Just ignore this ... read Arloco's instead!
This might be it ... (really love the headline ... projects record placements!)

CDEX (CEXI) Projects Record Placements of ValiMed MVS Units in 2010
By Justin Kuepper · Friday, December 4th, 2009
CDEX Inc. (CEXI) expects its userbase to rapidly expand as its products are provided to companies similar to Cardinal Health, Inc. (CAH) and McKesson Corporation (MCK). In his “CEO Corner” section on CDEX’s web site, CEO Malcom Philips reviews the company’s performance in 2009 and sets the stage for 2010.
CEO and Chairman, Malcolm Philips, reviews CDEX’s performance through 2009 and sets the stage for 2010 in the “CEO Corner” of the CDEX Web Site. Mr. Philips reflected upon CDEX’s progress through the global economic downturn of 2009, concluding that based on recent sales activity 2010 will be a year of record placements of ValiMed™ MVS units, driven by improving economic conditions and the recent introduction of the “Pay Per Use” pricing plan for hospitals. The list of world class hospitals that have made ValiMed MVS a part of their Medication Safety and Narcotic Return Validation Programs continues to grow and lives are being saved. In addition, Tim Shriver, CDEX COO, provides a management briefing update on technological advancements in the CDEX product lines. For a complete review of the briefings, please go to the “CEO Corner” of the Management Briefing section of the CDEX Web Site (www.cdexinc.com).
About CDEX
CDEX develops, manufactures and globally distributes products to the healthcare and security markets. The ValiMed product line provides life-saving validation of high-risk medications and returned narcotics. The ID2™ product line detects trace amounts of illegal drugs, such as methamphetamine. CDEX expects to advance its patented technologies to serve additional markets. To meet its plans, CDEX must strengthen its financial position as stated periodically in its SEC filings. For more information, contact Malcolm Philips at mphilips@cdex-inc.com.

(Or maybe it's this ... sickeningly, cloying sweet, appropriately restrained gratitude to his many supporters and unbridled euphoric excitement about the future)

THE CEO'S CORNER: What’s New
February 11, 2010
While the best thing about 2009 for much of the world’s economy is that it is our rear view mirror, we did end the year with a great ASHP show [see press release for December 14, 2009], an upswing in sales [see November 30, 2009 CEO Corner], placement on the GSA schedule for the future [see press release for November 23, 2009] and recognition of the lifesaving capabilities of our ValiMed™ MVS in award of the 2009 ASHP Literature Award for Pharmacy Practice Research to Dr. Jim Stevenson and his current and former staff at the CS Mott Children’s Hospital of the University of Michigan Health System [see press release for December 2, 2009]. We are starting the New Year with a bang -- signing a supplier agreement with McKesson Inc. and continuation of our sales momentum (more on that in coming months from Greg Firmbach, our new President). Awesome work by the entire CDEX staff!
With evidence of a thaw in frozen corporate hospital budgets, it is time to accelerate our marketing and sales efforts, which I am pleased to report, can be done thanks to loyal investors stepping forward – they are as much a part of the CDEX team as our Tucson based staff. Finally, with the upswing in units under contract and the need to look again at increasing production for 2010, I believe it is time to bring in a commercialization management team with medical and public company experience to take us to the next level. To complement our President Greg Firmbach’s strengths in sales and marketing, we are beginning a search for a new CEO with outstanding product commercialization and public company experience. Several candidates have already contacted us and we look forward to hearing from others who may be interested and qualified.
In addition, as we expand our revenue base we will bring in additional scientific support to give us a new look at our product and technology plans, which include reopening our efforts in explosive detection, an area in which we have received inquiries from other companies.
Many of you know that Tim Shriver, our COO, has been the Company’s technical rudder in moving our technology from ideas to marketable products. I think it is safe to say that he has been the single most important individual in the Company’s advancement. While Tim has been a true work horse for the Company since its inception, with Greg moving up to the position of President, Tim will be able to step down from the day to day rigor of the COO position. He will continue to lead Technical Operations and support the Company going forward.
In my last CEO Corner I noted that the CDEX story for 2009 was pulling through during turbulent economic times with the support of clients, employees, shareholders, vendors, and investors. The CDEX story for 2010 is shaping up to be the breakout year that 2009 should have been and getting back to our 2007 and 2008 trend of record revenues. Thanks for your interest and support of the Company and stay tuned for the future.
Malcolm Philips
Who owns their "office" bldg? And their R&D space? Are you sure they even pay rent?
He's going to explode all over the room first, teeth flying in all directions like bullets, internal organs splattering on the walls and ceiling like cattle innards, shreds of stretched skin floating down like a burst hot air balloon!
Can you even IMAGINE what his bp must be?
He kinda reminds of me Salieri in his latter days, gone totally round the bend and off the deep end.
ps, penny ... "Maybe you two went to the same high school??? Maybe."
What high school would that be, pls? You who have so many facts at your fingertips would surely know.
Your "humor" was too subtle for me.
If you first bought in 2006, then perhaps it's understandable that you never saw warning signs earlier. And by 2006 it was too late to matter anyway.
But if you bought even just a few years earlier, you couldn't have missed the PRs and posts alerting anyone who had half a brain to the true situation. This despite some threats which, given certain unsavory international associations, were taken quite seriously.
I hope you didn't sink a lot of money into this pretense of a company.
Quite a lot of people did, to their regret. Only a couple of investors (that I'm aware of) who were badly misled were able to get some of it back either by making the principals offers they couldn't refuse or by other means.
It's just too bad the SEC/FBI didn't put a stop to it when they were apparently seriously investigating. I'll never understand why they didn't.
well, Harry ... for some reason your post is gone.
But yes, you did mention sea urchin ... forgotten how you referred to me but it could only have been me ... something to do with the sea I think. Why would I make that up?
Odd you don't choose to answer my very simple questions.
hjc ... since you bring up my name ...
I really doubt that jennifur needs your "back-up support" on here or anywhere for that matter.
These "quality personnel" you write of ... an opinion on your part, Harry. Nothing more.
Here are some questions for you. Not for Jen or clozer or diamonte or elrheo or anyone else ... just for you.
Note: The last one is a yes/no question and if you don't care to reply to the first ones, maybe you'll follow the example set by Jen and answer it, at least.
Where were you when the depth and breadth of this scam was being discovered ... for instance when the Weil article brought the initial spike to a sudden end, as Mark Baker sold and others immediately followed his lead?
Other for instances ... where were you when tommyboy and Nigel Ramsay were pumping it all over the boards and (unsuccessfully) to outfits genuinely looking for land mine solutions? When tommy's very good Pittsburgh friend was involved in so many behind the scenes operations? When an ihub board moderator made a pre-arranged call to a small Cleveland radio station, acting so surprised that he actually got through? When the Christians quietly bowed out? When it was announced that the SEC was investigating the company? When MP posted about himself in the 3rd person as an SEC savvy lawyer who was going to (officially) join the team at the top and make everything right?
Where were you during and after the Capitol steps "demonstration"? Were you there watching it? Did you read any reports or posts about it?
At any of those revealing moments, did you do anything to try to get to the bottom of it all? Did you do any dd on your own? Did you do anything later? Did you do anything EVER? Or did you just close your eyes and ignore what was staring you in the face, hoping for the best?
Here's the simple yes/no question -- actually two of them:
1/ Were you ever paying attention?
2/ Were you ever open to considering that there was something very rotten in Denmark?
TIA for your honest replies.
jennifur ... it seems to me the only question anyone needs to answer for himself or herself is:
Would you TODAY, for the first time, buy shares of stock in cdex, or participate in a company fund raising of any sort ... knowing what is in the public domain about this company, including its documented track record and the activities of its principals, as well as the activities of its promoters, throughout its long history?
To be perfectly clear, given information known about the above both before it morphed into cdex as well as throughout its more recent history since around 1999 through to the present, would you TODAY be a first-time investor?
What would be your answer to that question?
"Why would someone carry a grudge(being ignored at a trade show) for at least 10 years."
You must be referring to SPIE.
Ya gno wot, 'arry? There are photos showing how forcefully that person was "ignored."
And other photos showing what the "display" -- which I believe was cordoned off and guarded by a woman, so no one could get too close -- was actually made of and how it was put together.
Maybe you didn't know that.
You might want to think before you jump to any more conclusions.
There's a great saying, 'arry ... there are always two sides to a pancake, no matter how thin the batter.
And all this time I've thought arloco was a medium going into trances and prying rocks loose from the gravity of black holes and channeling the left over dust as it floats around in the ethers!
btw, pennydear ... if you should happen to want to know what your great grandmother had for breakfast on her 12th birthday, now you know who to ask.
Also, crow ... isn't it too bad blkhoc and 4x4 -- remember him? my psychic twin -- aren't around here anymore ... and chimp ... they'd have some choice commentary to add!
gooooooooooo cdexxxxxxxxxxxx
I think he died a few years ago, crow ... no doubt a broken man.
... and besides your not having a clue about circleflies (who also happens to be a board friend of mine) just for the record, penn, Mary Ramsey's instrument was the viola, not the violin. Doubt you've ever seen her anywhere or know the difference between the two. But it makes a good story for you to tell, like all the others.
Love your litany of things you've said that Jen confirmed. Really really important stuff, all of it!
How'd that happen, btw, that BD signed certs as ch'man that continued to be used when he was no longer that? Kinda makes a farce of what's supposed to reflect company authority, doesn't it?
Also ... how could any of those you mentioned have gone to the sh'holder meeting? Thought you had to be a shareholder to do that, or doesn't that matter to cdex anymore?
PS, mr keepin' it real ... have you noticed how skilled certain peeps are at getting you to volunteer information?
Pennypot ... you sure stayed up late last night! Didn't say much, but stayed up late saying it!
This Mary Ramsey ...
"Transfer Agent" means The Nevada Agency and Trust Company, the current [as of 6/60/08] transfer agent of the Company with a mailing address of 50 West Liberty Street, Suite 880, Reno, Nevada 89501, Attn: Mary Ramsey, and a facsimile number of (775) 322 5623 and a telephone number of (775) 322-0626 and any successor transfer agent of the Company.
or the violist Mary Ramsey?
welp, it's getting late in NS so I'll look for more breathtaking revelations demain.
dormez bien, penn.
repeat: oops whoops!
go ceeeedexxxxxxxx !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oops whoops!
(tm xenophon I think ... but arloco as duly appointed Hall Monitor would know for sure)*
ps ... can't b'leeve pennstreet's waving around a phony cert!
very very phunny stuff phershirley!
*unless she resigned her appointment for some reason.
(pps ... this could get as entertaining as in the old days!)
lol !
This won't hurt, did it?!
crow ... ~kidd tried to tell him that and now you have, too.
I doubt he'll ever b'leeve it.
It's as if he (and a couple of others) can't bear to admit what he knows is the truth.
Perhaps b'leeving in loch/cdex is their sole raison d'etre ... possible? It certainly seemed to be Art's.
Why are you stalking me through private ihub mail, "pennstreet"? Have you been banned permanently from the public board? Or just temporarily muzzled by your handlers?
Do me a favor and don't send me any more private emails, OK?
Thanks a lot.
diddy ... just read yours ... are YOU getting private emails from him, too?
welp ... it wasn't private emails ... it was replies to me that I hadn't read so they appeared as private emails in my mailbox.
very strange setups ihub uses. (And THIS comment will probably get this entire post zapped!)
so before it disappears ...
goooooooooooooooooo cdex !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
why do they even bother to have a shareholder meeting?
Maybe jen will report back who was on the dais (ie, seated at the card table at one end of the 15' x 20' room?), what was discussed and what he learned. And how many sh'holders besides himself attended. (Chips and salsa and warm Coke for snacks?)
"We tried, we really really tried."
Does anyone remember this period, way back in 2001? Kind of when the VISIBLE high drama all began!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(from a personal e-mail to me dated May 2, 2001)
Before leaving for the US I had a chat about LOCH with the partner, XXYY, of our law firm ZZZ. XXYY is a securities specialist and started life in the backroom at the SEC. He's well connected. I asked him to take a cursory look at LOCH. Well, long story short, he told me to stay well clear of the stock and all parties related to it. Word within the SEC is that they are extremely confident of gaining convictions, both inside the company and against promoters, but it will take some time because it seems that virtually every rule in the book has been broken! XXYY told me his contact said it's an extremely difficult and complex story and goes way beyond the obvious; whatever that means!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(the above and subsequent events prompted me to write a limerick)
SEC vs. Henry M. Blair aka ...
"Your schools and the dates if you please.
We're losing our patience so don't tease."
"Oh, sirs, I implore,
I can't tell you more!"
(Blair suddenly falls to his knees)
"Wisconsin, Chicago, let's see ...
at each one I got a degree
but you won't find me there.
(by now a blank stare)
Cuz you see, they weren't really me."
"I had to, I hadn't a dime!
(now gulping a tonic and lime)
I don't mean to balk
but can't we just talk?"
"Well, sure, we've got oodles of time."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
But unfortunately the investigation came to naught, though not from lack of evidence. So the scam continues unabated.
NO idea what any of the perps are going to do, except continue to try to bleed the b'leevers even dryer. But I think that's a given.
They've managed to do very well for themselves so far and no one's stood up to them successfully (except on an individual basis).
Why ANYONE would voluntarily go to Tuck-sahn in August when it's blistering hot is beyond me, especially to a sham sh'holder meeting!
Jen ... what do you expect to learn?
Good morning everyone!
How are you this bright and sunny day?
I do so hope this post doesn't violate any terms of service for this board.
What a great ad!!!!!!!!!!!
And a mere $6000 ... it's a steal!
C'mon, crow and diddy ... you KNOW you want to be their first and second customers. I bet they'd put black olives and mushrooms on the pizza at no extra charge if you got two!
"... to help make cdex even more successful."
than it ever was? for whom?
that's really the funniest PR I've ever read!
What I ALSO have noticed is the post of mine you replied to has inexplicably gone missing.
Funny, that.
Wunner who the "key person" in this astounding company is who contacted john@stockguru.com.
goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cexi !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
