why do they even bother to have a shareholder meeting?

Maybe jen will report back who was on the dais (ie, seated at the card table at one end of the 15' x 20' room?), what was discussed and what he learned. And how many sh'holders besides himself attended. (Chips and salsa and warm Coke for snacks?)
