I believe the prize they are after are JB's preferred shares, which he has to sell in November to these guys,k which would then give them majority shares... I could be wrong... yes we need to unite and force an agm.....
:) What makes you think all whales are against this? One should never assume things.
Doesn't hurt to plan for the future...it is a good time to take stock...no pun intended.
So, in a nutshell...we have to get the Board elected..... where do I send my proxy vote to? :o)
But, there was no "contract"...only a Letter of Intent, which I was led to believe legally meant nothing. Perhaps I was mistaken?
Is it true that the CEO Bogolin is now on vacation....while at the same time the share holders are waiting for an AGM date so we can plan our own vacation? Jeesh.
If Q3 in mid-November does not show huge returns, I will switch to the dark side. It is time. :o)
I believe this statement was in reference to a post or ten made by The Big Guy at least a couple of years ago, where he said he paid the fuel blending plant a furtive visit late at night and commented on what he then saw..... I totally agree... why visit late at night when you can see more in broad daylight. :o)
This is really hilarious to watch, once one recognizes the familiar patterns in play... methinks it is time for my signature to go back to the short squeeze... as I think that one is going to be fun to watch! lol :o)
I agree...sounds like Sousa knows the company is ready to take off and wants to get a piece of the action.... kinda smart on his part actually... he recognizes a winner. :o)
Haha, yep... like I predicted...now pulling out all stops to try and kill the company...those that did are sooo screwed. :o)
I fully expect it to be a good one, but it is the November one I am interested in. :o)
People....this is end game....expect the worst onslaught now to try to kill the Company, because come a full quarter of results, the machine will be validated....I personally expect this to come by 3rd Q, meaning mid-november....then bang zoom to the moon, Alice! The question now is, can JBII withstand the onslaught until then... My money says yes. :o)
Believe what you like, this IS huge. :o)
tic toc.
WOW! This is huge. :o) Start your engines guys, if Bogolin will give you the keys.
LOL, so true. 8 year plan. :o)
Good point, and thanks for the clarification..perhaps someone thinks we will not vote for him.... lol
I believe, and these are my own thoughts here, that they have to have an AGM to satisfy legal requirements that have nothing to do with being on the OTC.
However, if there is not yet a B.O.D. to vote for, this might explain the delay in the announcement of the AGM...what is causing this delay is up for speculation... I have my own ideas which I choose to not share...but Bogolin is part of my theory.
:o)
What rumor was posted elsewhere?
If it is a hearing, I predict it will take a month or more to get the results of the hearing. Such is the way it works in a red tape world.
Because they are legally obligated to provide the AGM.
Naw, with the share price this low there would be a stampede of people wanting to express their displeasure imo. :o)
Thanks for the correction... the whole point of that e-mail was to shoot down the idea of a conference call AGM.
Whether you attend or not is your choice.... my opinion is that they are legally obligated to call one, and soon.... it should be in the by-laws - if it is not in the by-laws then it should be added..... we, as shareholders, need to know when the AGM will be held, so that we can plan for attending it... to be held hostage to the whim of any CEO to choose the timing is not right.... imo
:o)
Some legal definitions of an AGM:
"Gathering of the directors and stockholders (shareholders) of every incorporated firm, required by law to be held each calendar year. Generally, not more than 15 months are allowed to elapse between two AGMs, and a 21-day's written notice of its date is required to be given to the stockholders. The main purpose of an AGM is to comply with legal requirements, such as the presentation and approval of the audited accounts, election of directors, and appointment of auditors for the new accounting term. Other items that may also be discussed include compensation of officers, confirmation of proposed dividend, and issues raised by the stockholders. Called annual meeting in the US.

Here is another from Investoopedia...
"Definition of 'Annual General Meeting - AGM'
A mandatory, public yearly gathering of a publicly traded company's executives, directors and interested shareholders. At the annual general meeting, the CEO and director typically speak, and the company presents its annual report, which contains information for shareholders about its performance and strategy. Shareholders with voting rights vote on current issues, such as appointments to the company's board of directors, executive compensation, dividend payments and auditors. Shareholders who do not attend the meeting in person are asked to vote by proxy, which can be done online or by mail.
Investopedia explains 'Annual General Meeting - AGM'
The annual general meeting is typically the only time during the year when shareholders and executives interact. If a company needs to resolve a problem in between annual general meetings, it may call an extraordinary general meeting. Activist shareholders may use annual general meetings as an opportunity to express their concerns."

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
An annual general meeting (commonly abbreviated as AGM, also known as the annual meeting) is a meeting that official bodies, and associations involving the general public (including companies with shareholders), are often required by law (or the constitution, charter, by-laws etc. governing the body) to hold. An AGM is held every year to elect the board of directors and inform their members of previous and future activities. It is an opportunity for the shareholders and partners to receive copies of the company's accounts as well as reviewing fiscal information for the past year and asking any questions regarding the directions the business will take in the future.

Public companies in the United States [edit]
Every state requires public companies incorporated within it to hold an annual general meeting of shareholders to elect the Board of Directors and transact other business that requires shareholder approval. Notice of the annual general meeting must be in writing and is subject to a minimum notice period that varies by state.[1] In 2007, the Securities and Exchange Commission voted to require all public companies to make their annual meeting materials available online. The final rules required compliance by large accelerated filers beginning on January 1, 2008, and by all other filers beginning on January 1, 2009. The "e-proxy" rules allow two methods for companies to deliver their proxy materials, the "notice only" option or the "full set" option. Under the notice only option, the company must post all of its proxy materials on a publicly accessible website at the time

I do not believe that a conference call would legally qualify as an AGM.
Thanks for the link...it looks just like any other permit modification request, all of which I may add have been approved in the past. :o)
I put in an order this morning for 400... :o)
They can scream sell all they want...I am in buy mode...just waiting for more funds to clear...while I feel sorry for those who need to sell at a higher price, I myself am taking advantage of these low rates. Lol good luck to all investors!
:o)
Hmm, I see .47... I wonder if my .50 small bid got filled... will have to check when I get home. :o)
What a wonderful read! So good in fact, that I am going to put it out there again>>
1 million JBII shares were sold & 1 million JBII shares were bought in a single hour. Over a year has passed since the SEC complaint's hat-trick of volume. We have moved into this same key area of intense supply and demand. How should we be positioned in regards to JBII today? There are many risks and rewards associated with the stock and it is very difficult to decide who to listen to. One extremely useful piece of DD many forget to consider in detail is the market's reaction to news. We all know that share price is dependent on news and we can all tell the good news from the bad. To be a truly successful speculator, it is crucial to study the market's contrarian volume at specific price points when polarized news is released.
A stock's chart history is crucial for determining future events because we can see how smart money (professionals) have positioned themselves in the market. It is easy to see and here's why: Professionals trade in much larger volume compared to the rest of the market. A professional cannot simply at any time enter an enormous buy or sell order at the market and expect to get a quick and predictable price. In order to quickly fill extremely large buy and sell orders (especially in a thinly traded stock like JBII), polarized and misleading news is required.
A free market determines on its own what is a fair price. Even in the face of terrible news, there is a price worth paying for a company's shares. On a bar chart: the volume, spread, and closing price in relation to the bars around it give us a great deal of information.
Study the chart below to see where professionals were selling into the trap up-move prior to the news of the SEC complaint (almost as if they knew it was coming). Then see how price was marked down quickly and massively in the last hour of January 4th, 2012. See the undeniable evidence that smart money stepped in and bought every share being sold by panicked sellers in the morning of January 5th, 2012. The amount of demand was so great that it quickly overcame the supply by an enormous amount, forcing the share price up, up, and away. Also note how on January 12th, 2012, when an "Independent / boutique research firm analyst" on Seeking Alpha posted that JBII sounded like a "Can Of Worms?" attempting to reason that jbii was a scam, price was once again rapidly marked down into an area of overwhelming demand.
The SEC complaint was released with 20 minutes left of trading on January 4th, 2012. (Unheard of!) If a trader was lucky enough to be watching the stock market in the beginning of the last hour, he might have been able to sell his shares at inflated prices. The majority of weak shareholders were forced to sell the following day, but by this time, the market had adjusted price to a level where it made more sense to go long. Here's why: The first trading hour on January 5th, 2012 was a 30% gap down. This, I'm sure, was terrifying for all those waiting at their computers to sell when 9:30AM EST rolled around. A flurry of sell orders slammed the market, but professionals were there to absorb all of these sell orders in a controlled and purposeful fashion. They knew exactly what was happening. The sheep were being led to the slaughter.
Spread of last hour of Jan 4th = 196%
Spread of first hour of Jan 5th = 42%
Volume of last hour of Jan 4th = 786,466
Volume of first hour of Jan 5th = 1,047,657
Notice increasing volume between these two hours on a 30% gap down, but a greatly decreased spread. That is indicative of demand equaling supply even though there were 1M+ shares sold in one hour. (That's the single highest volume hour in JBII history on horrible news therefore the most shares that have ever been sold in a single hour) The rest of the day is an intense 150%+ rally from the day's lows. That is indicative of demand overwhelming supply as there were not enough shares available to satisfy the bulls, so price was marked up. So, we have a day where the future of the company is in question on potential fraud charges, yet demand is greater than supply by a large margin. Hmmmm. Counter-intuitive? No, we have just been shown the price that smart money has picked representing a bargain price to buy in the face of this newly released news. Those behind the millions of dollars in buy orders on January 5th took into consideration every risk that being sued by the SEC for inflated media credit valuation created. They decided to go long because they knew there was no fraud. There was every incentive for stock manipulators to drag the share price down as low as possible. We have seen similar situations on news in jbii's trading history to date, just look at the chart. Look for wide spread down bars on high volume with the following bars trending higher.
If there is a vulnerable company on the otc it will be manipulated. Every stock is manipulated to some extent. If you have information nobody else has, there is a huge financial incentive to lead all other investors in the wrong direction. That is just how the free market works.
Don't get me wrong.. I am glad #3 is finally built... now it has to prove it can run consistently..... let's see what Q3 looks like mid-November.... that will tell us all that we need to know. imo
Personally I expect to see the continued pattern of fuel production increasing from Q to Q.
:o)
Naw, the company progresses more each time... cfp soon. :o) texas tea...black gold. lol
As a Long, it is great to see #3 finally built.... not to discourage anybody, but it still has to prove itself.... which I have no doubt it will do in due course..... next step..... proof of constant up-time, and THEN look out!! :o) P2O Works...now let's prove the damned machines will work. lol
Not one doubt in this investor's mind!!!
:o)
One small machine for man, one large machine for mankind. lol
If it does I just load up on more cheap shares.... it is the beauty of being in this for the long run.... lol
Always patient! Definition of a Long. I was just fishing for information with that post. LOL :o)
Perfect, thanks for the clarification! :o)
If it can go whenever it is ready, then they must have their HTF permit changes, no? And is that not a material event? Hmmm, the plot thickens... anybody have a status on that permit?
:o)
Sure looks like someone is purposely trying to screw the company doesn't it?
You wish! Haha ain't gonna happen. More good news on the horizon I predict. Lol
