Good thing reorders have been a big green light.
"The Company has benefited from substantial reorders from existing customers as a result of the increased marketing campaign utilizing television, radio, six NFL teams, Major League Baseball teams and the World Football Challenge. "

lol no, it takes a little time to get a new product on the store shelf. However they have gotten it into ace hardware: http://www.cashengine2009.com/
Oh yeah and this:
"The Spongebob Squarepants Soap-Filled Bath Sponge debuted at a recent mini-launch in New England and, due to strong demand, the number of stores stocking the product was increased from 9 to 200 in just three weeks."
http://linkbee.com/spongebobHIT
I dont see that as having a big effect. If there was no interest the price would plummet, the fact however is that people are willing to buy at these prices, if people will sell but no one is selling.
The low volume indicates two things to me:
1. The company has been buying back shares, leaving very little float to be traded.
2. The float that is out there is held in strong hands that wont even think of selling at this price.
Interesting, which number were they using? Because OS has been going down now for how long? So if they were using an incorrect number you would think it would be higher. I would be interested to see where you got this information as to what number they are using for OS to calculate REG SHO.
356 huh that only makes since if the OS is 71,200. Which is fine with me because that means i own more then the OS which proves the NSS.
So either you just proved NSS or your 356 number is off....pick one....
"1 There are aggregate fails to deliver at a registered clearing agency of 10,000 shares or more per security;
2 The level of fails is equal to at least one-half of one percent of the issuer’s total shares outstanding;"
http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/Trader.aspx?id=RegSHOThreshold
I think you need to check the REGSHO again...maybe you have not checked it in about 15 days, but SPNG is on there.
What do you mean how do i know it? It is simple when they try to buy so many shares the price will go up, come on crash that is simple...
"When they try to cover such a large NSS position the price will sky rocket."
The problem is their position is so big, they can not touch it. When they try to cover such a large NSS position the price will sky rocket. True they can pick up a few shares here and there, at these prices, but just drops of water in the bucket. Once they are forced to cover the whole world will know it...
It is easy to prove, however proving it is not the hard part. Getting these guys to cover is. No worries though management has a plan in place, we get closer every day.
Because there are close to 2 billion 'air shares' sold by naked short sellers, that have the the supply/demand all jacked up. With that many shares added to the supply it is difficult to keep the demand up.
$13.5 Million in Orders / 11 business days so far this month = 1.22 per day at 20% profit = $245,000 PER DAY!

SB2010 what do you want them to say about the REG-SHO. That we are on it? Everyone already knows we are on it. If you were management what would you PR about REG-SHO?
Z i agree with you, all this bickering back and forth is useless, it will all be revealed in the 10k. The problem is that once the 10k comes out there are people who will say that it is all cooked numbers and that it is a lie. There is nothing that can convince these people. Not until they stop getting those pay checks at least
The only way the NSS would not have to cover is if there was never an accounting of shares before the company dissolves (goes bankrupt). Once this stock moves to the Nasdaq or any other method to cause accounting of shares the NSS will have to cover.
I use quote media (www.quotemedia.com). L2s are not too helpful delayed 15 mins, but i am just using it to learn.
About the trade types they all seem to be after hours trades, normally i only see 't' but have randomly seen the others go through after hours. There has to be a difference between them, but i cant figure it out.
REG SHO: Would not be on it if there was 'endless dilution' there would be plenty of shares to go around. Looks like you sir are the one ignoring the facts.
"the managements failure to instill trust, through endless dilution, is what's hurting this company and its PPS. "
No not yet buddy, i know you are excited like the rest of us but it does take a little time, we just started airing comericals for Sponge Bob. For now i am quite happy to see that our car wash sponge is selling out on amazon. Thanks for helping me find that.
"Only 4 left in stock--order soon. "

Oh nice, and if you click on the 3 pack you will see this:
"Only 4 left in stock--order soon. " Very Nice!!!
Try 'car sponge' i am showing us at #11 out of 50
SpongeBob, why do you want them to address the Reg SHO and what would you like them to say? I think being on the list speaks for its self, they know they are on it, we know they are on it. What else is there to say?
My question is why was Sponge Bob not mentioned by name in the new PR?
That would be great, pick up some cheap shares before the 10k.
First the product is for sale in major retailers, we have all seen the pictures of Sponge Bob at ace hardware stores in the north east. Second you need to learn a little about the direct marketing TV business. If a product is not selling through the TV ads they will discontinue the ads they wont keep airing them. The simple fact that they are still on means that they are selling.
Crash, dont forget HSN and all the direct response ads. Those have really been driving sales. Also please explain how you came up with 2 sponges per store on average. I think the average number per store is why higher then that.
Probably old, but i just found it searching around the internet, thought others might enjoy:

oh dang i know how that goes, no worries though. I have a friend who bought at .27 an hour before the crash on black friday. It is all good, when we get where we are going .16, .27 will all look great. By simple very conservative valuation this stock should be between 1$ and $1.50, and some are even talking about $20+ on the squeeze. My personal prediction is in a month you would love to be able to buy this at .16 again
Getting old for who? People not invested in this company? That is fine, i dont care about them. For us that are invested in this company, the PRs are great, lets us know what is going on.
Hasher i think you are missing something: in business over time Accounts Receivable turns into cash on hand, as customers pay with in the given time. It is the natural flow of money first Accounts Receivable then Cash on Hand oh yeah then buy Dicon and a bunch of shares off the market!
SPNG Banner Behind Home Plate SEA @ KC Bot 7th
Waiting for this next 10k is worse then waiting for Christmas when i was 8
I put in a .132 this morning, and it never got filled, i looked at the chart and assumed it did, just logged in to my account and it is still open
we are still on REG SHO, shorties just trying to cover cheaper, this was expected.
Ah thanks tattletell it is all coming together now. The cash for Dicon came from Accounts Receivable.
They will not cover until they are forced to, no matter what the PPS. Dividend, up list, and merger are all examples of what it will take (there are probably others). I am personally expecting to see a dividend by years end.
Done and done, all shares set to 14.99 that "Estimated Order Value:" is sick, would love to see them get picked up at that price
I am not too concerned with walmart. It will get there when it gets there and that will be a good day. Until then i am happy with the profits we are showing with out walmart.
