Once we see the delinquency tax notice on the Wyoming sos go current I think that will be the signal we are waiting for
I agree! Hoping we get some action in the otc soon
Taking us to the promised land lol
Good luck my friend
I love the MELT UP hypothesis brother!
Agreed! I’m not happy about the Em move but I think they did it for a reason that I’m not sure of but I do love that there is a big business that you can look at and watch on line, unlike other plays waiting on mergers !
I really meant the investing community at large doesn’t seem to care
Yeah! An update would be nice lol
“Mr. MacKay continued, "In addition to the delays in the change of control process, immediately following our purchase of the controlling shares of SFLM, the Company became the subject of an SEC Action. The SEC Action arose out of the Company's Reg A offering originally filed in April 2019 and involved actions taken by the Company's prior management and legal counsel. We determined that the Company's best path forward, the path that impaired the least amount of capital, monetary and human, was to settle the SEC Action and, in a manner of speaking, get on with business. The Company agreed to the payment of a $25,000 civil penalty and to being ineligible to sell securities pursuant to Regulation A and Regulation D for a period of five years. In this regard, in March of this year, the Company submitted a waiver request, such that it would be able to avail itself of Regulation A and Regulation A; this waiver request is still pending."
Well that came from MacKay himself in the tweet
Yeah
Amazing nobody cares about the CEOs posts on x
Not sure!
The Company has engaged Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC and Stifel to assist the Company in its evaluation with acquiring Biolase assets whatever they may be tho
It will be interesting to see how far and high they take this while still on the EM
On January 4, 2023, Plaintiff PIPStek, LLC (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sonendo, Inc.) filed a lawsuit against BIOLASE, Inc. in the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware, alleging that BIOLASE’s Waterlase dental laser product infringes two PIPStek patents. A third patent was subsequently added to the case. The Complaint seeks unspecified damages and injunctive relief, as well as costs and attorneys’ fees against BIOLASE. BIOLASE has answered denying all of PIPStek’s allegations and also asserting that the asserted patents are invalid and not infringed. BIOLASE intends to continue to vigorously and fully defend itself against PIPStek’s claims. The parties have exchanged preliminary contentions. Trial in this matter is currently set for May 12, 2025.
It’s patent not trademark infringement based on PIPStek a subsidiary that used lasers. Stoney bought them and put it on the shelf.
The trial is not supposed to go till May 2025
Could very well be man
I agree brother
I’m sure they will have to split at some point but I’d prefer them to go pink than to split for the OTCQX 10 cent rule
Yes I think for 30 days?
Yes me too 🙏
I pretty much agree Rich.
I think the timeline is a bit shorter though
They have been beating estimates lately and as we know we’re once on the big boards and have analysts watching.
Biolase has no money to defend the patent lawsuit so I’m sure that’s why they made an agreement with SONX!
It may move faster than expected. My only fear is that they don’t meet the 10 cent otc requirement by December 2nd and feel the need to split
For sure
I’d like to see them start just as pink current and work the price up from there and then uplist to OTCQX.
If revenue and company size is as big as thought the price will respond nicely without a RS
We are due for the OTC as a whole to pop imo
A couple sites have some interesting things to say.

As Sonendo, Inc. explores the strategic acquisition of assets from Biolase, Inc., real-time data and InvestingPro Tips provide a clearer picture of Sonendo's financial position. According to InvestingPro data, Sonendo's market capitalization stands at a modest 1.76M USD, with a Price / Book ratio for the last twelve months as of Q2 2024 at a low 0.11, indicating that the stock may be undervalued relative to its book value. This could be a factor in Sonendo's ability to pursue acquisitions.
InvestingPro Tips highlight that Sonendo holds more cash than debt on its balance sheet, which is a positive indicator of financial stability and could give the company an edge in the acquisition process. Additionally, with an RSI suggesting the stock is in oversold territory, investors might be witnessing a potential turnaround point for the company's shares.
Moreover, the company has been aggressively buying back shares, reflecting management's confidence in Sonendo's future prospects. This could be of interest to investors considering the company's strategic moves, such as the potential acquisition of Biolase's assets.

Well let’s bring in a nice exciting company that’s making money
I wonder what is taking so long? I wonder if they are selling the business or developing a new plan
Company Biolase agreed to comply with certain process milestones which require, among other things, the entry into a purchase and sale agreement with a so-called "stalking horse bidder" SONX by September 30, 2024, filing a bankruptcy case by October 1, 2024, and closing the sale by November 15, 2024.

Item 8.01 Other Events
On August 30, 2024, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sonendo, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Biolase, Inc. The Company is evaluating the opportunity to serve as a “stalking horse bidder” in connection with Biolase’s potential pending bankruptcy case under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware for the sale of its assets.
The Company has engaged Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC and Stifel to assist the Company in its evaluation.
It’s been 9 months, time for the CEO to execute his plan
Yeah! Sounds like this lawsuit won’t go to trail due to Biolase’s bankruptcy.
Sounds like they are working out a deal of some sort

Nobody is biting on the CEO’s moves or tweets so-far
